I was checking my checking account only to find an order that I did not place taken out of my account for$400.16 and I cannot get any help to resolve this matter I want my money back I have never purchased anything from wayfair I am going to my bank and I am going to call Better Business Bureau how they got my address and email I do not know and they are always sending emails scammers and thieves I will call Help me Howard on Fox News in Florida.

We got a duel set of memory foam pillows
A king size bed foundation and a king size mattress
The pillows came quick and were great but then problems started
We got the head board and foot board 3 weeks later
And it was all busted up tried to call and kept getting hung up on
Another week goes by and we get the bed rails and storage pieces once again all beat up
And hopefully on june 10 we will have our actual mattress
The order was place on April 28 2020 its ridiculous for the price we paid so bad in fact we had to order another mattress from a local company and low and behold we had it next day
If I could use 0 stars that would be more accurate. We have ordered 2 sets of Items from this company and had 2 huge issues. First order was a mattress, sheets and comforter, and headboard for my nephew stationed in England. They couldn't find the airforce base that has been ther for 85 years to deliver it. After about 3 months and 12 hours of 8nternational phone calls he finally got the stuff.
Figured I would give them another shot and ordered some wood planks for an accent wall. Received 4 sq ft less per box than what they had listed, now it is no longer even accessible on the way fair website, and I have to pay 75$ to ship it back for a return.

I attempted to stop a transaction before the product shipped. I submitted the request well before it actually shipped--even before then I had attempted to call the company to stop the order but I was ALWAYS put on hold for over 45 minutes each time and was unable to speak to anyone without wasting precious time left in my life. Still they informed it was too late to stop the order because it was "loaded on a truck". When I returned the product, they charged me almost half the cost of the product to return it. I would recommend NEVER to use this company. It's service is the worst. I give it ZERO stars.
I purchased a bed frame for a twin bed. The shipment was immediate, however the shipment was lost by FedEx and was never received. I spoke with FedEx who put a trace on it BUT I have not been able to reach anyone at Wayfair to ask for my money back. No matter when I call, the auto person says it's a 25 min. Wait time. I've waited up to 45 min. And haven't gotten through. I had to purchase another bed frame (thru Amazon) which was delivered within 3 days. I just want to speak with a human being at Wayfair! Nothing on their website is helpful relating to my particular case. Very frustrated.
I advise you DONT buy anything from wayfair, if you order something they dont have theyll lie and say they have it just to get the sale and make you wait a month+. The customer service is just a game of hot potato passing you from representative all telling you a different and inconsistent story. Literally the worst time Ive had buying ANYTHING. They suck so bad the incompetence is borderline impressive, from being told incorrect arrival dates w/ reps assuring that your product will arrive within the week (lies), to the broken app and even more useless and convoluted website, just go somewhere else i promise you're better off.
I waited 2 months for a couch that I was told was in stock, then told, when I CANCELLED THE ORDER, that the couch did not actually exist. It was delayed four times, three of which I was put on an hour long wait as I tried to get in contact with customer services. Then, they only gave me a total of $70 off and refused to go past that.
I was on hold for over 45 minutes. My stuff has not been delivered and it has be days since it said it would come in. There was not email or information indicating it would arrive late. Once on hold the lady was super nice and I do not blame her for having to answer unhappy callers all day. Basically all this to say they need management or system changes.
Enekole the customer service representative for Wayfair was the best in processing our refund. She was polite, friendly and professional. I give her 10 stars.
I've ordered a number of items through Wayfair. My most recent order was for a storage shed which they indicated wouldn't ship for 5-6 weeks. After consideration, I cancelled the order and ordered the same storage shed from Walmart. Although they were supposed to confirm my cancellation within 1 business day, 3 business days later I received notification that not only had my order NOT been cancelled, but that the unit had miraculously shipped, and was on its way to my door. This after contacting customer service and being told that they couldn't reach the warehouse where the unit was to ship next month, but not to worry as they should honor the cancellation since it wouldn't have shipped for weeks. Apparently they want the sale more than the cancellation, so disregarded my request in order to make a buck. Now I have two sheds enroute and will have to hassle with dealing with the Wayfair clowns and returning this one. I'll never do business with them again. Recommend you check their reviews before using them as a supplier. They have crappy reviews for a lot of reasons. My complaint is in dealing with a company that just wants my money, will make me wait for weeks for a delivery, then ignore my cancellation and rush something out to get a buck. Screw Wayfair! Done!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE is all I can say. Especially for me being a new customer. Not only do you stay on hold for hours at a time to address Wayfair's MULTIPLE mistakes, but their customer service is awful. I ordered a couch over 2 weeks ago that they never even charged/shipped. Couch is now 700 dollars cheaper. I asked for them to charge, Finally ship the couch, and adjust the price to the sale price. BUT NO. They said they don't price match, AT THEIR OWN COMPANY, for a transaction that hasnt even commenced because of their own mistake! Instead they prefer I cancel the entire order because they won't adjust to their very own sale price. Which makes no sense because I could just cancel and re-order at sale price. EXCEPT, I will never place another order with them again. So I cancelled. DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I'll be leaving this review on every platform I can find
Don't purchase anything on here, it's over priced for the poor quality and they never delivered a carpet I preferred. This morning I woke up to my account being over drafted by 108 dollars! I never made a ourchase that day. Of course I tried to call and been on hold for 40 minutes. I tried to called bumerous tone for the carpet and no luck.
Purchased 2 self warming beds for cat. Not self warming. Wanted to return, products have to be returned separately, so 2 return charges of $8.50 each. Shipping fee to send to me was $4 total.
I called to try to get this lowered. On hold now for over an hour, no one answers.

I ordered a daybed that said the trundle was included. I even took a picture so I could have it as proof. When the daybed arrived there was no trundle. After waiting and hour and a half to speak to someone I was told it an option you have to check before adding it to your cart. I told them that was not a option and the product overview and description CLEARLY states TRUNDLE INCLUDED. They want me to pay an additional $170 for the trundle. After putting the daybed together I now have to take it apart to return it. What an in convenience. Now I see why they have bad reviews. Also, I went through the ordering process again on the bed I ordered and it still salad trundle included without any additional steps. False advertisement at its finest. The bed was pretty good quality too. I will not be ordering anything else or referring anyone to Wayfair.
Wayfair billed my credit card that hadn't been shipped. When I called they said that it was still at the warehouse. It had been several weeks since I placed the order and since they couldn't tell me when it would be shipped, I asked them to cancel the order and put my refund back on the card it was charged to. I was told by the representative no problem. Then I received an email from a supervisor telling me that they didn't owe me a refund. I emailed him back and explained to him that I hadn't received the order, and in fact I was told that it hadn't shipped. I received another email from a different rep saying that they were sending me instructions on how to return it. Again, I had to call customer service. I received an email that they issued my refund and had put it on a store credit. I emailed back and said I didn't want a store credit because I won't be buying anything from Wayfair starting immediately. I told them again to put it back on the original card. After numerous calls and emails they finally put it back on my credit card. So many representatives were involved that none of them knew what was happened. Something similar has happened before, this time I've learned my lesson.
Ordered may 2nd and on 17th have not received product coustmer service only gives you a runaround and call back in 3days. Got that answer 3times. Look for items on other sites. Very rude coustmer srrvice
Received half of my order by the estimated date of delivery. The second half still says "not yet shipped" and yet the estimated delivery is today, really? Called them, was on hold one hour, then they put me on hold again. They have no way to communicate with suppliers to check on missing items. Their solution is just to wait for a week and if the item is still missing, cancel the order. What?
I've purchased a couple of things over the past two years, including queen size bed and outdoor umbrella. They have a good selection of options. The reviews on their website are legit. I like that people can add pictures of the products when they receive them, so you have a better idea of what you're getting. For my two orders, i received the items on time and the products were exactly as i expected. No issues experienced. I would buy from them again
I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a sofa, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the sofa arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the sofa the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this fabulous sofa. Next purchase was a new king sized mattress and box spring. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Next purchase was new hardware (drawer pulls and knobs) for the whole house. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another mattress and frame for the guest room and several miscellaneous purchases of yard games and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.
