I could write a book about me terrible experience with Wayfair. I am just going to says don't do business with them and safe everyone time and money. They will not return shipping money even when it was their fault. Worst customer support I have ever had.

Wayfair - which i will call Way-Unfair postponed delivery 2 time, then they refused to cancel my order! Way-Unfair refused to refund my hard-earned money and they took more than a month to (According to them) deliver the products, (Which I never received) and Way-Unfair admits they were having "Problems" with FedEx during this time. Wayfair are Thugs and extortionists because they are now saying they will not refund because I put a dispute with my credit card company (This is because of principal, who would pay for something they did NOT receive! Wayfair CROOKS! Don't buy from Way-Unfair!

Be aware that WAyfair will send you a completely different item by a different brand that they scam people to sell for a higher price. I paid over $300 for a rug that is $220 on every site b/c they said it was called Connie by Greyleigh when in fact it was just a Safavieh Adirondack rug. Maybe they messed up and didn't white label correctly, but they refuse to easily return and refund the rug after sending me one I did not purchase. Extremely rude combative customer service rep on top defending their scam. Will never buy from Wayfair again EVER.

Got my first order from Wayfair. Ordered 60" rug, they sent a 30" rug. Sent email to customer service. They wanted me to take picture of product and give model number. Rug came in box with no spporting docs. This is after I gave themthe order number. Never saw such a lame company before,

I just spoke to Lakesha a customer rep with Wayfair US - the Canadain office HAS NOT responded t my requests for a refund after refusing to cancel a back ordered shipment and then shipping it to an address in the US!

I should have read all of the reviews online before I ever ordered from Wayfair. This has been, without any doubt or exception, the worst online purchase company that I have ever dealt with and I have been purchasing online for well over 20 years.

I placed an order with Wayfair on 4/27/21 and they said to expect delivery before 5/7/21. It arrived 5/8/21, in a box that was completely mangled with parts falling out of it all over the ground. Inside the box, parts were missing and some parts were bent, warped, twisted, scratched and completely unusable.

I took pictures and contacted the company immediately. They said that they would send out replacement parts right away and I would have them shortly.

WRONG! I just received them today, 6/2/21,25 days later. The boxes I received were completely mangled and open, again. The parts inside were mottled, rusted, bent, and most were unusable.

This company does not care about its customers once they get your money. They could care less if you ordered something for a birthday present, mother's day present or for any date whatsoever. They will not expedite replacement part shipping for ANY reason.

Most of their crap comes from China and you would be better off buying from anywhere but Wafair.com.

I urge you to save a lot of stress, anxiety, anger, time and money by NOT EVER purchasing from this company. If you do, please do not say that you were not warned. Many, many people have left negative reviews and you should take heed and listen.

I will NEVER EVER use this company again.

This company totally sucks and should not be allowed to do business in the USA.

Frustrating

I save their coupon every month and finally decided to order but placed my order over the weekend from a friend's home and unfortunately my coupon was at home. They refused to honor my coupon or any coupon because I didn't have it with me. Customer service advised me to order immediately because stock was low and to call back today with the code when I got home. When we returned home last night I called at 7:30 pm and they closed at 7:00 which seems very early for an online customer service. My rug was still in stock even though they told me it was going to sell out. Then they sent my order out at 10:30 pm last night after they closed so when I called back this morning they said it would cost $30 to cancel the original order and apply my coupon for 10% off so it wasn't worth it. Apparently they don't care about repeat business because I won't order from them again. Had I known it will cost $30 if the rug doesn't fit I would never had ordered from them. As we recover from covid and other businesses support safely shopping online be careful with this company. Even Bath and Body Works has started adding some free shipping and return days which they never did precovid. It's not the fault of the people that try to help you when you call. Wayfair has terrible and inflexible return policies and they are apparently not in this with all of us together. Shame on them during such a difficult time for all of us. The entire ordering experience felt like trying to get up an escalator that was going down. So frustrating.

I ordered Zayne Standard Bed from Wayfair and I must say that it has been the best bed of my life since it so comfortable and stylish. I don't have to hear that irritating noise that low quality beds make. Moreover, I also got free 2 day shipping offer from Wayfair. The bed was delivered at my doorstep within 2 days with no shipping charges. The Delivery boys themselves set up the bed in my room and didn't even ask for any money. Although I did pay them, 20 bucks for that job but I must say that the boys were quite cooperative and hard working too.

The best part of my order was I also was able to get 10% discount on my order online. I got the code from couponmonger.com/wayfair-coupon-code-20-off. Who would miss the opportunity to save.

Beware buying large items from wayfair. I called them concerning my shipment and they told me to call FedEx. I called FedEx and they told me to call wayfair, the shipper. My large items were left in front of my apartment complex. Very heavy items which I could not carry up the stairs. Which I called earlier and was trying to make arrangements to put be in front of my apartment door when the first consignment of the package was delivered. I have to pay a pro to bring the items in. I am so disappointed. The most annoying thing was, I received an email from wayfair to review my purchase. Because my review was not good, I was not allowed to submit it. So all the reviews you see on wayfair are fake. I will not buy from wayfair again or recommend anyone to. Thanks for reading

If I could give them a zero star I would! I am still in the middle of the nightmare so to appease my anger I'm posting this review! I am in the middle of a very stressful renovation and ordered a turquoise fridge and stove! What they have put me through in regards to the delivery of these items is nothing short of emotionally mentally abusive! This past Saturday was my second day waiting seven hours for delivery that never made it. I never received a call from the driver or the delivery department the entire day touching base with me or letting me know the situation! The company would not allow me to speak directly to the delivery department here in Dallas so I was kept waiting at the hours ticked by only to have them close by five with no contact from them they all got home! Even worse I was abused by Meagan and Camille Who are the managers that work in the shipping department! It was a horrifying experience that actually drove me to tears until I finally reached a wonderful supervisor who helped call me down and agreed that I should've never been treated the way that I was! She didn't notified me that the delivery was canceled without my knowledge! When I woke the next day I received a text message from them saying "enjoy your fridge and stove! I called them on Sunday and hopes to get some answers only to find out that my delivery date had been rescheduled without so much as a phone call to discuss with me what would be the best day for delivery nor was there an apology! I am still waiting for my fridge and stove but I don't believe they deserve a dime of my money after how I've been treated so I'm looking for these items elsewhere! I'm sure I'll be waiting for seven and eight hours this coming week without any contact again! These people do not care about the customers whatsoever they have no liaison team to rectify extreme problems of this nature! I'm actually traumatized by this experience! Do not order a large appliances with these people!

Do Not Order Express/Next Day from Wayfair! 0 Rating!
I paid the extra express fee on an item that Wayfair listed would be delivered next day. I needed the item to complete a bathroom renovation that was in progress. 3 days after the item was suppose to be here I call Wayfair to get my express fee refunded because I have not received the item. First rep told me this was FedEx problem because FedEx already picked up the package. I called FedEx they told me it was Wayfair's problem because they have not received the item. I called Wayfair another rep tells me my item is at Wayfair but she could only put in a ticket to the finance department about my express shipping refund and this would take up to 2 or 3 business days if approved. I asked for the finance department number she said there was not a number. I then said just cancel the order. She said the order could not be cancelled because it has already been processed. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor gives me a refund for the express shipping fee but tells me the order could not be cancelled until 10 days have passed and it could be considered lost. If the item arrives I could return it and pay the return fee. This item that I order for Express Delivery which Wayfair put on my order to be delivered the next day is still sitting at Wayfair. This product is not on back order- it is at Wayfair. They are clearly not rushing this order and blaming it on the pandemic. Do Not advertise that you have Express Shipping and have customers pay for it if you are not going to provide the service. I am getting ground shipping speed which is free, if the item ever comes. Then I have to pay to return it because I needed the item 3 days ago. Terrible Customer Service!

Terrible Policey

I ordered an adjustable sofa from Wayfair for $389, while still waiting for delivery, the price of the item dropped to $289. I called Wayfair and asked the to do a price adjustment since i haven't received the item yet. They said they don't do that and it was against their policy. I was shocked because all their comparators do price adjustment when item goes on sale within 30 days. Customer service rep recommended to cancel item and for me to reorder it, she placed me on hole for 30 minutes than hung up. I got an email confirmation that the item was canceled but i was charged $160 handling fees, rep never mentioned that there is a fee. Just horrible experience, I'm going to delete my account and will tell all my family and friends about the bad experience.

Terrible towels

I bought towels from Wayfair. When I washed the towels they basically fell apart. I complained and received a phone call the next day. I wanted to return them but was told that they would send a replacement set and they would not do that. I received the replacement set and the same thing happened. I expressed my concerns when I received a review and asked for a return label. Nothing happened. I did the same again. I called today and told it was too late to return them due to a 30 day return policy. My invoice number is *******961. Now I have two sets of towels which I am just going to have to throw away. Will never buy anything from Wayfair again!

I want to share my experience of buying at Wayfair. I was recently renovating my house, in that company I bought furniture and decoration accessories at a very good price, they were all of good quality and according to what they advertised, the products all arrived without any damage, before as planned and they were exactly as described, in quality, size and price.
They send me offers without being intrusive, it has very good service and a variety of products, as well as the list that one can have on file to compare products or future purchases. While my other experiences were very frustrating, stressful, I ended up buying everything at Wayfair, which accompanied me in this process with excellent service.

I purchased a sofa and the price was reduced by $150 the following day. I called customer service and I was told they do not price match their own website and could not help me. That is why you go to a brick and mortar store as they would have gladly credited the price difference. Will not be ordering from them again as the merchandise is carried by other retailers at a similar price who provide better customer service.
