Wayfair is falsely advertising availability, breaking contracts, and refuses to cancel the order. They are a dishonest company that misleads customers and fails to honor the deals they make. In our case, we ordered a table and chairs on 28 February to be delivered in early March. This was pushed back to late April, but that date was pushed back to mid June. Who knows - perhaps they will push it to September, or next year, or never. The chairs came on time (in March), and they won't take them back until everything is delivered (in June, maybe). So you cannot cancel or return until everything has been delivered. This is cheating the customer, and we will never, ever purchase from Wayfair again.

This company is absolutely horrible when it comes to returning their horrible products. I ordered vinyl accordion doors that were horrible and pillow cases that were even worse. I tried to return the items online but could not do so. I had to speak to the "executive resolution team" and was told that they would only pay for return shipping if the item was damaged. I was told that not liking the horrible items is not a reason to return them. I have never had this problem with AMAZON. If you shop online avoid Wayfair at all cost because in the end it will cost you.

I ordered a $200 item from Wayfair about two months ago with a delivery date of March 20,2022. Today, April 11,2022, I called them after they ignored my emails to their quote CUSTOMER SERVICE which there actually isn't any such thing there. They coldly refunded my money back. Not even an "I'm sorry" or something like "Why don't we see what has gone wrong". Not ANYTHING! So as a brand new customer and no longer one now, they just apparently enjoy wasting money on advertising when they can't deliver what they advertise. No one cared that they tied my project up two months or more since now I have to start from scratch to find replacement items. What a pathetic company, run by morons apparently using seed money since no one this inept could get a business to this size using the model of how they treated me as a first time customer. I have yet to see any "customer service" rep be so mundane, so unsympathetic, so machine-like absent of any personality or brainpower to understand the frustration of the customer they are supposed to be "servicing".

I am really shocked by all the negative Wayfair reviews. I have furnished 3 rentals homes exclusively with Wayfair products and have been really pleased with the quality and delivery. On the few occaisons there was an issue, Wayfair corrected it immediately with either a refund or a replacement. Yes, some pieces are a challenge to assemble. Before you buy anything, read the reviews, people are good about reporting the level of difficulty, The reason you're saving money is because you are assembling it. It's not super easy, so take that into consideration.

Disgusting

I had ordered a product from wayfair. One piece was missing so I ordered one. The next thing I know while building my tv stand is another piece of furniture is not fitting. What kind of company is this where I have to keep ordering things for one piece of furniture. Can't even get one order correct. Would not recommend this. Customer representative does not know how to help at all either.

Ordered 8 chairs. Two per box. First delivery 2 boxes, 4 chairs. Complaint. Second delivery 1 box, 2 chairs. Complaint. Not able to deliver, not in stock. However, 100% of my money was delivered and taken at order. Never again. They can't count anything but money they have not earned.

Today the shipping company contacted me back. And they also confirmed that the parcel was lost in transit. (and unable to locate), the shipping company advised me to contact the store for a refund.

- Did not come on the day it was supposed to, we had to re-schedule.
- The fabric on the bottom was torn upon arrival

Two purchases, two failures.

Bought a living room chair and a small nightstand from Wayfair in the past two years. The chair came with an oversized seat cushion, so I wrote for a replacement and got ANOTHER oversized cushion. Recently, the nightstand came with a paper surface (think of Contact paper) and it was wrinkled, so I wrote for another replacement (still waiting). The piece had several parts that were cardboard! Also certain edges (not visible when facing the nightstand) were bare wood. It was on sale but WAY TOO MUCH for its shabby quality. I am done with ordering from Wayfair.

I would give this a zero if I could not because of the item itself but because of the price. Here is why… we don't even have the chandelier out of the box yet but opened it to get the right size light bulbs. I looked up the item number on the side of the box on the internet (model#9285rob) and found it over $50 less at two different companies! I called Wayfair and they will not price match or even give a credit to my account. All that I was offered was a 10 percent coupon for a future purchase. I am starting to think Wayfair is beginning to cater to its professional accounts as that is where you find additional promo discounts and, I am sure, better service. In the past, I did get good service from Wayfair which is why I purchased this item but will certainly think twice in the future.

Wayfair's executive resolution team is the worst thing to happen to Wayfair. They do not care, they are very unhelpful and unprofessional. They take a very long time to respond to you and when they do provide little or no solution to your problem! I have spent so much with Wayfair and was really happy with them until my account got transferred to the resolution team (they do this when you return an item, customer service would not be able to access your account only the resolution team will) It has been a nightmare shopping on Wayfair with my account transferred to this team!

To start off… I work for a large online based company, so I am definitely one to understand delivery delays. However, you would think Wayfair would have some courtesy to notify the cst about these delays. Instead the website is showing not shipped but expected to deliver today 3/21. When I contacted customer service I was not happy! They proceeded to keep telling me that they are at the mercy of the delivery service. I understand this but if they knew it was going to be delayed they should notify the customer! I have a housewarming party on 03/26 and I won't have a sofa! I now have to go rent one so my guest have somewhere to sit! Which Wayfair made it very clear they do not compensate for the delivery delays! I will not be purchasing from them again! The customer service I have received is unacceptable! I think I need to send my customer service team in to train there employees.

9 days later still not picked up. Was told 8 months ago I was a business client. Found out this week I wasn't. When I told them how I was informed several times I was misinformed months ago and had ordered thousands of dollars in items they transferred me at least 12 times and no one, not even they're executive resolution team said they could fix it. That is atrocious behavior and the worst online service I have received yet. You can't even write to them to document it'! I was told they don't have emails among the executive team. Do you be. Ieve this? There was not even the feeblest attemp to fix it or resolve the issue.
