The shelf is beautiful, floating Kohler shower shelf but the return policy at Wayfair is less than customer friendly. Brand new unable to use it, 16 days past the 30 return policy and 'sorry Charlie no returns!' Anyone doing a remodel that involves a contractor's schedule be careful, make sure any items you purchase on this site will work you could be stuck like I am out $137.00. I was purchasing my bathroom faucets on this site, but now I've deleted my cart. I'll buy on Amazon, much more consumer-friendly.
Assemble at home furniture in a box. We paid WAY, way, way over what could be considered "fair". To say this stuff was overpriced is the understatement of my month.
While unpacking the small side tables, there was a chemical stench. It is so powerful I stopped and took them outside to open the rest of the way and unpackage. They will sit outdoors for a few days in the sun while they stink up the porch. My fingertips and palms were covered by black filth upon completion of the assembly.
My biggest disappointment is that there was no Barry White CD to play while I assembled this ridiculously over-priced garbage. Now that it's over, I need to go to the store for some healing salve.

If your product arrives damaged or is of poor quality they will still charge you shipping to return the item. In my case, it was a sofa which I was charged over $100 to return. The sofa looked great online and had more positive reviews than bad but it was of horrible quality. It wasn't until after my payment had been processed that I was able to see multiple bad reviews stating the same, that it arrived damaged and/or was of horrible quality. I'm talking worse than buying from a discount flea market quality. It's almost as if the reviews are filtered by the for potential buyers… Im extremely disappointed and will never buy furniture from Wayfair again.
I have made several purchases from Wayfair, and more often than not, the "estimated" delivery date is way off. I believe this is a "bait & switch" tactic used by the site to encourage purchases, with the consumer believing they will receive their items quickly. I have had purchases never show up. I have had purchases "delayed" by more than a week from original estimated date (nothing to do with global shipping issues, as I can tell that a shipping label has often not even been created until the original estimated delivery date). And I have had items all of a sudden become backordered after I have paid the money to receive it within 3-5 days. I will be extremely cautious when purchasing from Wayfair in the future, and I'd encourage any other buyers to beware of the supposed arrival dates, as they are likely very inaccurate.
They enter my address wrong in their system, and they couldn't fix it, then i had problems with Fedex because they couldn't find me house to deliver. I called Wayfair 100 times, they said our system can NOT change your address, how *******@cked up is that
I first placed an order back in July it was a bed well when they delivered it they just delivered the rails. I had to call in and notify them about the situation they sent a replacement. I received my supposed to be bed in like a week I ask the delivery guy was that everything and he said YES this was in July. Once I got ready to put bed up which was in November guess WHAT I'm MISSING the Foot part of the bed. I called back in only to find out that it's on back order. Oh wowwww……I won't receive my bed until May I have been very patient and it's very frustrating that I been waiting on the other part of bed for 6 months. This is some BS and not to mention the customer service SUCKS THEY DONT CARE‼
Ordered a nightstand online with my mom's money and the furniture came with a wrong screw. I expect what I order online to be exactly how it is advertised. Wayfair underperformed and I will not be interested in their products any longer.
I've ordered 4 times. Have had issue 3 of the 4. I never received first 2 orders. Was hell trying to get my 500 dollars back. Second order was crap came on time kids love it but came like pre freaking termite and damage. Alot of parts didn't fit. 3rd one was ripped and came without the blower for the inflatable I didn't count that as a bad time because they sent me another and discounted it. 4th was a chicken coupe they won't send me after I've already bout it saying oops we had the wrong price up there I'm so sorry. No that's not my fault at all. So they said I can cancel it or wait who knows how long because no one is answering them. They are so full of crap it is unbelievable I highly recommend using klarna and buying stuff with payment options through that anywhere else besides this crap company.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY! I ordered this table in December waited until the end of February for it to arrive. While unboxing I noticed it was missing the base of the table making it unusable. I checked online and saw it was backordered with no communication of when it would come. Had they called to let me know of the unexpected backorder I would've chose a different table or cancelled my order. When I reached out to customer service they offered me 20 percent off and explained I would just have to wait another couple months for the base to come in and be without a usable table for 6 months. I appreciated her willingness to help and the compensation for wayfair not fulfilling there delivery but when I got off the phone and checked my email I seen I was only refunded $50 (3%) instead of the 20 percent. I called back and at this point asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Maggie the supervisor who was incredibly unfriendly and cold. The reps were all extremly kind so I was suprised by her attitude. She said they don't typically offer any discounts for unexpected delayed items that will take months to arrive. Instead of honoring the reps offer she said the best she could do is let me keep the $50 refund and a 10 percent off coupon for a future order. I expressed i rather use that 10 percent towards the table being i would never order again but they couldnt do any better then the $50. I just bought a new home and have been furnishing the whole house. I have bought furniture from many companies and I have experienced delays with some of them as well. The difference between Wayfair and these other companies is that I was notified and given other options. When I called with inquiries I was treated with respect. Apparently that's too much to expect from such a company as Wayfair. The supervisor offered seemed more bothered to be speaking to me than willing to help me or acknowledge my frustrations. Now I have 6 chairs and table with no base taking up space in my house while I wait for months for the rest of it to arrive. I would never shop here again and already shared this with family and friends who are shocked with the handling of the situation. Extremely disappointed is an understament.

They charged me finance on their non interest when they advertized interest free finances, then when I complained they said it was my fault because I didnt deal directly with their bank, I also never recieved their card either, 26%, if I had known I wouldnt have used them.
Yes the pictures on the site look good. However, upon receipt and assembly you will realize the poor quality. The coffee table depicted here has a cheap plastic tape like coating over the top that began peeling off with regular cleaning within 5 months. Upon complaint they sent us a new table top which we obviously did not want. I mean ~~~~ We know what's going to happen in 5 months if we choose to clean it. When we pressed the issue we were continually told that we did not buy "accident insurance". So, since Wayfair considers cleaning your furniture an accident I would stay away from buying their products. It aint gonna last!
A very bad company I payed £350 3 week ago. Have taken 2 days of work waiting in still not come. How they can take your money not deliverer your goods. Hi ow they get away with it so do not buy from Wayfair
I ordered a TV stand. Ten minutes later I requested to cancel this order. They informed me the order could not be canceled. They lie. They are very deceitful. I canceled my Wayfair credit card. I will never do business with company again.
The very first time I order online with Wayfair I scheduled be home service and they gave me a timeframe of when someone should come out, and it was past the original timeframe and when I called to the customer service she tells me that the service guy will not be coming out. This was 15 minutes before the time frame was over because they give you a four hour window and it was literally 15 minutes before the timeframe ended. If I had not called I would never have found out until way after, and the customer service rep was not willing to advise or suggest any other remedies for this and wanted me to wait 48 hours until someone could come out. I I feel like because this was on them that they should've been able to have someone come out later in the day or the next day since this was their fault and the service guy didn't have the kind courtesy to give me a call that he was not going to show up. Their customer service for me has been the worst experience I have had with online shopping and I will never shop with Wayfair again nor will I recommend it to any friends or family. I am only selecting one star because I have no other option otherwise I would've not given them any stars at all.
Advertisement states mattress will be delivered to the door, ours was dumped unceremoniously in the driveway over 150 feet from the door. We are both disabled so the delivery was critical to our choice to purchase from Wayfare. The box was dropped from high enough that it split. I registered a complaint with customer service and surprise surprise the other two parts of my order, a platform and box spring (another bit of shady advertising as there is not a spring in the thing, just a steel platform with a cover) both of which weighed over 50 pounds each were dumped several days later in the same location, nowhere near the door. This goes to show how much influence they have with their delivery agent (FedEx), exactly none. We had to pay the neighbor kids to help us get the stuff on the porch and Wayfare made no offer to compensate us for our additional costs or the inconvenience. This is by far my worst e-commerce experience with any company.
If you go by the pictures, you will be disappointed. I just bought a shelf unit to fill a wall in my kitchen based on the picture on the website. The picture made it look about 7' tall. When I got the package and started putting together, I realized it was more of a plant stand than a wall unit. Luckily they took it back and gave me my money back. But be sure you read all the specifications and don't go by the pictures. They lie!
This is false advertising with wayfair/handy I went to purchase 4 raftan chairs with red cushion and firepit for 89.00 I used my debit card and then my credit card to get this set but they didn't accept either reporting to better business bureau. That's false advertising and I Screenshots of item.

In December we ordered a cat tree. It was supposed to be delivered by the end of the month. We get an email saying it won't be delivered till mid-January but that's not a huge deal.
It was supposed to come in two boxes with DIFFERENT parts in each box. One was delivered to our house and the other was "delivered" to a Walgreens down the street. There was no second package delivered to ANY store in the area. A few days later the second package shows up at our house. With the same parts as the first package. Okay, there's absolutely no way to assemble a cat tree, we call Wayfair.
They say they're so sorry for messing up our order. Also they no longer carry the cat tree we ordered so we can't get replacement parts. So we now have a bunch of cat tree parts with nothing we can do with them. But they have another cat tree that's cheaper and bigger! They'll send us that one and it will be delivered mid February. Cool.
Awesome, two boxes, here comes the cat tree kitties! Wrong. AGAIN we received two of the same half of a cat tree. At least this one can form a partial tower so we decide to assemble it before we give them a call. Just in case something else is wrong. Glad we did. One of the platforms had the fabric attached to the wrong side of the particleboard so the only way to attach it to the cat tree would be with the fabric facing down. Good thing they sent us two boxes of the same parts? I guess? Box number two had that piece with the fabric on the correct side.
We call them for a second time, explain the situation and they assure us that the second part of the tree is now on the way and will be delivered March first. March third we get an email that says, "your order has been cancelled at your request." Honestly guys… I just want the money back at this point.
So I call Wayfair again. 45 minutes later I get a refund. I'm never gonna order even a single piece item from them.
