My husband and I use Wayfair quite a bit. We ordered a vanity and it came damaged, we contacted them on 5/7/22, sent pictures, and we were told that Non Stop would be giving us a call to set up a pick up date in 2-3 business days. 5 days later I called Wayfair and explained we did not receive a call. I was told that they tried to call me on 5/12/22 and they sent me an email. I looked through my call log, no unknown missed calls, voicemail and no email. I gave them the benefit. Was told that I would get a call in 3-5 business days, again, and to look out for an email if I miss Non Stop's call. Again I called on day 6 and sat on hold while they "got in touch with Non Stop". Today I call because I have not received a call and I tried contacting Non Stop-it's all automated no person- I spent an hour on the phone and was told that Mario spoke to Non Stop and they would reach out in 3-5 business days and there was nothing more that Wayfair could do. He asked if I wanted Non Stop's number, I verified what I had with him and he said that was the correct number, I asked why he could speak to someone and I could not... He did not have an answer. I told him that I was not ok with another 3-5 business days, and that we have been storing a large piece of furniture for several weeks, (mind you he is a "manager") and he said there was nothing more that he could do to help us. I asked for someone above him and he said that there was no one. He kept speaking above me, he would not listen when I asked who was accountable for the failure, Non Stop or Wayfair, he said Non Stop. Wayfair is accountable for all 3rd party businesses they use! I don't even know where to go from here... Anyone have any ideas...

There was no option to check out as guest. Very soon after placing an online order, I started to receive a barrage of junk emails from Wayfair, at least once per day, and long before my order would arrive. One email arrived bothering me for feedback long before my order was even shipped!

I suspect Wayfair will be selling my personal info. I never elected to receive promotions. But after the very first email I received I immediately unsubscribed from all. But the next day, I receive a promo for a Wayfair credit card. This may likely violate Federal Privacy Laws of the FCC.

I will not buy from Wayfair ever again, and as and independent electrical contractor, I will recommend the same to all my clients who also would not wish to receive so much junk email after ordering from Wayfair. I will be blocking Wayfair from my email box and posting this same review on online sites.

This is a scam and a half. Why is the shelving so gosh darn expensive? There is no reason a single plank of wood and some metal should cost such an extortionate amount of money.

I ordered several boxes of tile that came chipped or broken and reported the damage with picture of the tile in the box showing the broken pieces. Since then, I've been put on a marked list. Any returns or cancellations have to go through executive resolution. This is completely unfair. I've been a customer since the 1990s and had problems only with broken tile - whose fault is that? When I spoke with Wayfair over the phone, they mentioned a few returns I've made as well. So they don't expect returns and they're a mail-order company?

Bait and switch and unprofessional

I just spoke with a supervisor who was extremely rude and laughed at my problem three times and talked down to me like I was an idiot. They had an item on sale and put it on backorder. Than they just cancelled it because it was their error and priced it too low. No communication on it. I found out by checking on when it was going to be delivered. They charged me a month ago for it and now I have to wait 10 more days for a refund. I believe I should get the cancelled item because of their error for the same price. Not the price it is now with 10-20% off. They said they can't price match! That is not price match if I am asking for a product that I paid a price for from the same company. It is switch and bait when wayfair says it is this low price and than says I can't have it for that price but I could pay $200 more if I still would want it.

6 Month Delayed Delivery

I ordered 2 items in January and still haven't received them. The new arrival date is now July. If your items aren't available for delivery, please take them down from your website.

My spouse ordered an over-the-toilet wall mounted cabinet. Wayfair sent the wrong item. He went online to get the shipping label for the return and was charged what seems to be s restocking fee. Again, WAYFAIR SENT YHE WRONG ITEM. This is unjust. We will never order from this company again.

Baiting and switch

Ordered items at extreme discount due to sale.
6 weeks later notified that order was cancelled due to overselling items.
When they offer you an items that are less quality or not same for more money.
Bait and switch.
Wayfair overselling on purpose to hook you in to purchase what you don't want.

I made a purchase and within 45 days noticed a ~20-25% price reduction. When I inquired with Wayfair on refunding the difference, they would not accomodate. I watched for 60+ days a number of items and saw EXTREME flucuation.

Eh, I would look to use either Capital One card or different retailer to ensure peace of mind that I am getting a fair shake. Keep in mind this was a $3k purchase too!

Hit and Miss... Mostly Miss.

It's hard to find what you're looking for. Pricing is all over the place--many prices are just absurd. Quality is also all over the place. We received two items that were great. We received three okay items and two items that were garbage. We will not order from that company again. This is why I don't buy from Wish and why Amazon and Walmart have become so hit-and-miss. But there's no "Sold by Wayfair" to guide you to decent products the way Amazon and Walmart have labeled products on their sites. AVOID WAYFAIR!

Wayfair has lost my return after they shipped it to the wrong address initially and I never received the items. They shipped to my credit card billing address rather than my shipping home address. The items were picked up Saturday 05/7/22 according to Fedex and a resident in that building but now no one knows were they went and Wayfair keeps making excuses and a Case Manager named Kim A. *******213 keeps making excuses every time I contradict her reasoning as to why the order missing isn't their fault. It is Wayfairs fault. Fed ex was called by Wayfair so they paid the return. Fedex number was given to me from wayfair to call to report the error. I even was told by Wayfair initially this happens often.
Kim Case Mgr even said they cant track items returned then retracted that and said I had to wait for 3 plus months for a refund. I am now filing fraud complaints across every entity I can because Wayfair messed up and keeps justifying wrong over and over. At this point due to all the different answers given I have no idea what is going on other than Wayfair sent my items to the wrong address and blamed me for it so they don't have to refund me. I log into my account my address is correct so why send to the billing address instead of the shipping address?

I spent over few thousands with Wayfair for the first time and I must said I regretted for every penny of it. No Value, No Quality, No Customer Service, No Return, No Relationship with Vendors. It is just not worth of the aggravation, frustration over it. Don't & Please DONT feed them any business

We orded a couch about 8 weeks ago to our new house with a delivery planned within 2 weeks. One month later we called with little help or sympathy from customer service. They finally discovered it was lost. Told us to cancel order and ask for refund and order again. We said no no you do that from your end. After some debate they did with a schedule for delivery in two weeks. After 8 weeks, still no couch, no care, or concern from wayfair. They claim its a shipping issue and out of their hands. Well it is your shipper, you need to take ownership. It has been so long w3 dont know whether two cancel order and fight for a refund so we can purchase somewhere else, or wait it out? Would no reccomend this company.

Delivery? What delivery?

Waited weeks for dining table. Had Saturday delivery scheduled. Never came. Said they couldn't find my place. They had correct address. Rescheduled Tuesday. Waited all day. Guy called he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. Never came. Called Wayfair and informed guy just decided to bypass me and move on. Would never buy from them again.

Purchased a fire pit for $800 back in 2021 through Covid first time" uncovering it on Mother's Day the entire pit is rusted and they will do nothing about it they told me to throw it out never will I purchase from them again the worst quality terrible personnel terrible customer service terrible

Horrific experience

I had the most horrific experience of my entire life with Wayfair. I literally called customer service at least 10 times to ensure that I have an order replaced and expedited after they sent me the completely wrong item. Needless to say every single time I called I would receive different contrary information. I took so much time out of my own busy work schedule, it was like speaking to Wayfair customer service was my new full time job, and yet nothing was done to help expedite my order even after they had sent me the wrong item to begin with. Everyone up til this point with their fake concern, telling me that an item had shipped and left the warehouse when it was never even picked up at all. Please order from any other company other than this one. All I want is the correct item that I ordered. I don't want a refund. I just want my item expedited. I could have ordered it from multiple different sites, but unfortunately ordered from this inefficient unprofessional company. I spoke with the rudest supervisor on May 6,2022, named Linda who was so unhelpful and dismissive, Showing absolutely no empathy to my situation and not trying to resolve my problem at any capacity whatsoever. Having the correct item expedited to me seems like an easily correctable problem, but apparently this company finds simple problems like this impossible to fix. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!
