Poor, rubbish a d zero customer service along with the items, order arrived damage, missing pieces complaint but no valid response received, I sent pictures 3 times but frustratingly they kept on asking gor that will definitely contact online fraud team yo chase them and help me with refund
I ordered to beds for my twins with next day delivery promised. When it didn't arrive last week or the week before I kept chasing it up. There was no communication or attempt to provide a definite delivery date. When I tried to cancel, they asked if I would like quick delivery! Now I am waiting to hear if I can get a refund and cancel my order next week!
I bought a barbecue from these people thinking they looked like a well organised company. It cost £800, comes on a pallet and needs two people to move it apparently. Well I wouldn't actually know because they lost it in transit, one of the girls I spoke to joked about how a recent order had fallen down the back of the driver's seat...Anyway, been waiting since the 25th April now and as of this moment in time not a clue when it's going to arrive, what a flipping shambles, couldn't organise a p#ss up in a brewery

Ordered a bedroom chair that has never appeared, delivery dates repeatedly missed, and item still showing as not dispatched. Was told that despite the order not even being dispatched the supplier was refusing to cancel the order! Clearly Wayfair are now just an ordering agent for suspect suppliers.
Have used them in the past and when delivery issued arose, the customer care team in Ireland were 1st class in resolving the issues, the people you deal with now, overseas call centres, are little better than clowns. Current situation is, no chair, no refund and out of pocket...
This is my first time ordering from wayfair and I've got too say that I would NEVER order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone! I waited 3 weeks for my table to arrive as they kept on delaying it which meant I've losts out on 4 days of work as had to be here for the delivery and when it finally came the table was missing the legs and they said that I now have to wait till the end of the month more stress then what it was worth and I've lost out on more money than the table was worth very disappointed, stress and out of pocket with no help from the complaint department absolutely terrible company
These thieves have stolen my money! I didn't get no items and they promised to put my money on to my account the resolution team a bunch of useless people who hate their job and poor customer service they are ignoring my email I can't go to the ombudsmen yt as they are not registered! I want my money back!
I am extremely disappointed with the way my recent order was handled. I purchased an item on sale for approximately £59 in November, with a promised delivery time of two weeks. However, the item was damaged during transport and did not arrive on the scheduled date. I was not informed of this by Wayfair and had to contact them to find out what had happened. Upon doing so, the item was reordered with a delivery time of six weeks. During the fifth week, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or options. When I contacted Wayfair again to inquire about this, I was told that the item had been discontinued and that I would receive £10 in compensation and a refund. It has now been almost two and a half months since my initial order, and I still do not have the item or my refund. Furthermore, I will now have to pay a higher price to purchase the item since it was originally on sale.
The representative I spoke with, Ksenia, was polite but did not seem to fully understand my concerns and was unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. It felt like she was following a script without truly comprehending the situation. Wayfair should take responsibility for these issues and provide customers like myself with a reasonable solution.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of common sense shown by Wayfair and will not be making any future purchases with your company.

Item not received and diverted back to them by their carrier, still not been refunded after near 3 weeks even though it was promised on 13/12/2022

My poor boyfriend tried to buy a bedroom set from them. Absolute nightmare. Nothing went right. One item was cancelled, all delivered separately and all late, and the wardrobe was badly damaged. They wouldn't take it back in the van it came in and took all the packaging away. Returning something large and getting a refund from them is a complete utter nightmare. He has wasted hours and hours of time.and had to arrange all the pickups with couriers as Wayfair don't do that for you and the couriers wouldn't pick both items up at the same time either. He has had to wrap/package it all back up again at his own expense… Complete JOKE OF A COMPANY. AVOID! They take your money and that's all they do.
I purchased a sideboard from Wayfair for £620. After waiting almost a month for it to be delivered I received an email from the courier stating that out of the 4 parts that make up the sideboard only 3 were being delivered. When we received the delivery some of the parts were damaged. When I requested Wayfair send me the missing part and replace the damaged parts they refused until I returned the parts they had delivered that were damaged. When the collection was arranged the Wayfair courier failed to collect the order. Wayfair ignored my emails so I was forced to raise a dispute through PayPal.
Wayfair is a scam. Do not order anything from them. I ordered a mattress which I was suppose to receive on 28 November and I still haven't received it and now my estimated delivery date is 27th of December. I request you to please please stay away from them.
My nan order a sofa over 3 months ago you have gave her repeated delivery dates and you have failed your high standards of delivery and not only have u just given the money back you have it for months and done nothing and have no explanation of why you have cancelled this Order I shall make sure everyone knows of your outrageous lies.
The worst customer services experience I've ever experienced so far. I would avoid where possible. Would rather pay more from other more reputable companies. Also worth browsing around if you find something on here, chances a good you'll find it cheaper elsewhere.
Henry arrived at the exact time the booking was for.He certainly knows his stuff! Assembled a quite tricky table and chairs set expertly. Polite, very friendly man who I would highly recommend. First time I have used the Handy site, but it certainly won't be my last. Like a breath of fresh air finding such a great site. Thank you Henry!
I ordered a mattress from Wayfair on 26 July. I was given a delivery date of 28 July and a DHL tracking number. I checked the tracking number on 28 July and DHL hadn't even received the parcel. I contacted Wayfair and I was informed that an investigation would be carried out and a replacement sent if necessary. I received an email from Wayfair on 2 August confirming that the replacement had been ordered and telling me to expect an email with confirmation of dispatch and the tracking number. I contacted Wayfair again on 3 August when no email had been received and I was told that the courier had not collected the parcel but it would be sent the next day. I had still not received confirmation of dispatch on 5 August so I contacted Wayfair again. This time I was told the mattress was out of stock but I could expect a mattress to be dispatched on 9 August! I have already been waiting for the mattress for ten days and 9 August would be too late even if the mattress is actually delivered. I have wasted enough time 'chatting' with Wayfair's 'customer service agents' without getting a resolution and now I'm going to cancel the order. Wayfair is totally unreliable. AVOID!
One day a sofa is £643 and next day is £979
A bunch of unprofessional agents to talk to when you give them a call plus I've been keeping my eyes for this sofa and normal price was £643, and SALE for £459 and then come back after few days and they rising the price like crazy, now the price is £979. So one day the price is £643 and in few days you add some more money? You all just play with people's money? Not using this app/website anymore and i won't recommend it either
Two weeks ago I tried to use a Wayfair gift card online & the website said that the card wasn't registered or the code wasn't recognised. I called them & after 2 hours of being passed around various depts they told me that I had to contact them by email. I also had the receipt from Tesco where it was bought which confirmed that the card had been activated & I sent pics of that as proof. They then told me that I should return to Tesco to ask them to double check that it had been activated. This was very inconvenient for me but I did it & Tesco were kind enough to double check & give me print out of the transaction. I have sent pics of this to Wayfair, plus the card & the original receipt & despite me contacting them regularly they have still not resolved it. It has put me through a lot of undue stress. I have no idea why they don't want to resolve this for the customer. Currently £100 has been basically stolen & I am without the mattress that I desperately needed to buy. I would recommend that you don't shop here & definitely don't purchase a gift card. Criminals!
Answer: Misleading advertising, inferior products, make you pay to return products, generic answers when you complain, as though one shoe fits all, not a customer centric. Company, absolutely disappointed with them, I thought nonsense like this had stopped 20 yrs ago, people In lockdown due to virus and some companies using the opportunity to sell rubbish online with fake advertising - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM save yourself the frustration, money and waste if your own preciouse time - they really don't care about you at all
Answer: Had to use them, as we were given a gift card, not refundable. Will never ever use them again.
