It's a trap

This is all a lye! No way! It's a trabajar. I wanted to book a carwash pass, as it looks wonderfull how they sell it. Don't ask how this will end! No carwash, the codes they send are fake, they repeat the charges every month and I finally got someone at a funny helpline that promessed me to cancel it and send me the confirmation email. I'm still writing for it.

Very disappointing customer service

I reserved a spot on the app for 1 week near Orlando International. The Website said cancel anytime prior to parking. I got to the parking lot and was told If I park on there lot I need to leave my key. The place looked like a dump so I said no I'll go somewhere else. The attendant said just contact the web site you won't be charged. I was charged and contacted way.com several times they said because I went to the lot No refund. This is a scam company and the customer service is horrible they kept the money It's worth going to a reputable company I would never recommend using this site. BEWARE!

They make it seem like you and a friend each get a $100, but you don't. We followed all the rules on the offer page and didn't get what we were promised. After an agent talked down to me a manager more politely explained that I would not be getting the $100 because my friend purchased gas, which didn't count and referred me to their terms and conditions which were not linked to the offer, on a different page. Ironically, gas is one of the things that does qualify us in their own terms. But even if it gave us the "$100" it would only be a credit applied in very small amounts to future purchases so there was almost no way to actually get the $100. Don't fall for this misleading and dishonest offer.

Money Back Guaranteed is Misleading!

Used the parking garage near Newark once and it was seamless, no complaints there.
HOWEVER, money back guaranteed & refunds 24hrs before cancellation is very misleading. You get 'way bucks' not an actual refund. They need to be 'way' more upfront about that. I paid for a $98 parking garage but now I'm having issues with my car. I wanted to use the refunded money to pay for a Lyft. Now I have to pay for a car & have almost $100 sitting in an account Ive used only once.

Parking lot nightmare

First off all. The reviews are all fake it's like a communist country that scans all communication before posting. They the only post good reviews nothing negative.
Purchased parking for 2 cars. Showed up and attendant requested me to go around and come back because parking lot was full and shuttle couldn't not get out. Lot full with cars waiting in street with heavy traffic. Could not cancel thru way app and way.com makes it impossible to get a refund for incompetence and not fulfilling obligations had to park somewhere else. Way wants me to show receipt of other parking for a refund. Sent receipt in and still no refund.

The customer service were not helpful and not flexible, I wasted time talking to them and they were not fair, we made mistake booking for 17 days wrong airport, we tried to cancel they wanted to charge us 17 days because it passed the checking time by one hour, try to edit or change they were not flexible at all, I will never think of booking with them again

They publish lower parking rates to get you to buy the parking spot. Once you get to the parking lot they dont honor the rates or simply refuse the parking. Also its very very hard to get a refund out of them.

I arrived at the La Quinta Inn in Costa Mesa and the person at the front desk told my wife there was no airport parking there.
I did not feel safe leaving my vehicle somewhere where staff don't know what is going on. I called to get a refund and both the customer service person and manager were like robots just repeating that they can't issue a refund because the hotel desk person did not turn us away.
Park your car somewhere where the employees know what's going on.

Way.com overbooks spaces with parking lots. Confirmed reservations mean nothing. Early flight out of Orlando, get to the lot and attendant notifies us that way.com oversold their reservations, even thought booked and confirmed 3 weeks prior. Attendant turned away 3 other way.com customers while accepting reservations from other customers. Had to scramble to find another parking option and made just made flight. Customer service at way.com is non existent. Terrible experience!

Double charged for one overpriced booking
December 23, 2022

I was charged twice for one booking. When I emailed, they said there were two bookings in my account and there was nothing they could do. I filed a complaint on BBB (where they have a D, by the way) They called me back from one number and left a message to call another number. I called one number and it immediately hangs up. I call the other number and it says it can't be dialed. I found way.com when I was looking for parking in an unfamiliar city. When I went back to comment on the site that has the recommendation, I realized it was way.com's personal blog. To top it all off, their price was more expensive than if I had just booked it with the garage. Never never never again. Crooked company

I booked an airport parking through way.com at the Rodeway Inn airport parking lot. However when I reach the place I was turned away because the parking is completely full. The manager told me that they repeatedly asked Way to close down the listing but it didn't happened and they ended up turning many people away on that day. After I was refused service, I had to ask my friend to park at their place because I couldn't find any other alternative parking lot due to time constraints (my flight was within 30 mins). When I contacted Way, they first told me that they need the business to confirm that I was indeed turned away on that day but they couldn't call the business and there were no complaints at all from that day. But I later learned that the parking lot received many phone calls that people are in my exact situation. After many email, Way learned that I didn't park at an alternative parking lot, and they used the excuse that I can only get my refund if I can provide alternate parking receipt, even if the manager at the parking lot confirm that I didn't park there. I have submitted a charge dispute and also report this business to the federal trade commission and also the BBB

Horrible refund policy

I made a booking on ways web as a guest. I did not receive any email confirmation. Upon day of I forgot I already booked and made another booking. I called back to have 1 of the bookings reversed and was told not possible. What is most interesting is that the agent supervisor told me that it is not mandatory to send my confirmation via email and.just check the app. Keep in mind I created a booking as a guest. Now I ma fighting a battle with them to simply issue a credit or refund on my account for future booking.

Horrible service

No refunds allowed. Be careful booking with them. I couldn't get on to my flight and didn't end up needing the parking service. Since I booked through way I had to request from them. They did not give me my money back and were rude about it too.

HORRIBLE DON"T DO IT!

Booked parking for a trip. Pulled up to the parking lot - very sketchy, and lady said they weren't accepting cars. I said I had a reservation and they were all booked up and someone from way.com should of called. Called way.com spent forever on the phone they said noting they could do and had to park at the airport twice as much money. HORRIBLE!

way.com suppresses negative reviews

way.com cannot be trusted. They are clearly in bed with the vendors that they direct traffic to And will not post negative reviews that damage those relationships. A month ago my car was vandalized at a parking Lot that they promote near the Atlanta Airport. The local police told me they are here all the time because this is a routine occurrence, that the security at the lot is totally inadequate, and that I'm fortunate my car was not stolen as that happens frequently at this lot. Yet the reviews on way.com are all 5 stars. No way is this possible given the frequency of car break ins and thefts at this location. I wrote an appropriately scathing review of the parking lot management for way.com. They did not publish it. I just checked and other reviews have been posted subsequent to mine, again ranked 5 stars with glowing comments.This is fraudulent, unethical, dangerous to consumers, and totally unacceptable. I wish I had time to pull the police records to find all the other vandalism victims at this lot and fille criminal charges against way.com and the lot management. I just may do it yet! Do not trust way.com!

Bad Service and scam!

They lied about the Shuttle service hours on the app. They said shuttle appears in 15 minutes interval - while the shuttle doesn't even appear until you call them and an Hour and a half interval.

Poorly operated!

If you have time to waste speaking with someone in India and not getting any satisfaction, this company is for you! Booked parking in Syracuse with shuttle and arrive at hotel to find no shuttle, hotel staff didn't know anything about the reservation and couldn't even arrange for a taxi! Almost missed flight!
Customer service totally unhelpful had to dispute charge! Who needs this kind of aggravation!

Horrible service

There is no ability to get a refund for any reason. They only give you credit on their app if plans need to be changed. If you receive poor service from one of their partners, and you try to let them know, they give you the run around and you end up out of luck.

My overseas flights were delayed by a last minute connecting flight cancellation so I arrived one day late to my origination and my reserved parking.

Using the Way app from Europe, I did the right thing & extended my existing parking stay by one day but unfortunately their practice is to charge the customer for a brand new reservation plus a $30 service fee plus tax.

Way.com "Customer Service' is a joke & totally unreasonable. This company uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, & deceptive methods of business.

However, when you extended the parking on November 1st, the rate was $15 per day as the lot operator changed the amount from October 31st to November 5th due to high demand. You have extended for one day and 7 hours and that costs you for two days plus taxes and charges. Hope you can understand our position in this matter.

I had a flight canceled twice yesterday. 7am and 3:00pm due to fog. Because the parking lot opened my reservation when I pulled in at 5 am I cannot get a refund or a credit. I was not able to use the service despite providing my flight cancellations. $58 gone just like my vacation.
