We paid to park our car at a lot near our airport. When we arrived to the lot very early in the morning, the lot was closed and there was no one in sight. We tried to find someone and called Way.com customer service to ask what we should do. They said no problem we will refund you but first please wait a few minutes for a manager. The same agent came back a while later and said sorry you don't get a refund because you didn't cancel within the cancellation window. The point was we didn't want to cancel, the service we paid for was not available! We almost missed our flight and had to find last minute alternate parking. Horrible unreputable service. Horrible customer service.

Dishonest liars and thieves. They quoted $190 for 14 days. When I arrived, there was suddenly a $112 upcharge because I had an "SUV" When I pointed out that my "SUV" was one of the smallest cars on the road and that it was in fact three feet shorter than the sedan right next to it which was NOT charged an upcharge, I was told "That's just the way it is." Do not waste your time believing you will pay what they quote you online...YOU WILL NOT! You will pay 50-60 percent more that what they quote you.

I parked at the Santa Ana Marriot and realized there was no shuttle. Immediately called to try and get a refund and they would not oblige. I was told the hotel had to send them an email letting them know I did not park there. The hotel manager emailed them before I even left and cc'd me in the email. I forwarded the email again on Friday and Tuesday to follow-up on my refund and no response. I called and was on the phone for over an hour arguing with a representative. Seriously, you are going to make it this difficult for a customer to get $35 back? I will NEVER use this service again.

Fraudsters

Please never make a booking with these guys. Their service fees are too high, and while booking, there was no mention of the additional price I must pay at the parking location. When I called and asked about the parking place, they said they were overcharging more than their typical pricing. It is high time someone sues these fraudsters.

Per my earlier review, Way claims a refund has been processed (5 weeks later, it has not). Way says "thanks for letting us know", yet the Westin Hotel told me they had stopped accepting Way reservations at least a month prior (and Way STILL features the Westin as a parking partner. DO NOT USE this parking reservation service. Not only have they refused my refund, they ABSOLUTELY take ZERO responsibility for the additional fees I incurred as a result of their incompetence.

Contracted for a parking spot at the airport when I got there there was availableand I had to scramble and spend an additional 240 for airport parking. Read the small print.

Though lot full issues are not so common, it usually happens when the lot fails to update us about the issue prior to the check-in or if an issue occurs like existing vehicles couldn't get moved out of the lot due to unexpected flight cancellations. I booked parking for a 7 day trip. The advertised cost was $10.95/day. At checkout with my 10$ promo code it should have cost $67. It said total 94$ without any explanation but after contemplating I ended up completing the checkout anyway because we really needed to book parking. Anyway, when I received my confirmation receipt it stated an additional 28$ taxes and fees and 133$ ( minus 10 for promo code 123) For a total of 151$ WHAT! I immediately attempted to get a refund to start the process over yet customer service first attempted to blame me saying that the price could have changed because they fluctuate. They also didn't return my message when I asked for a refund rather than a credit as I don't need 151$ worth of parking and the point was that I was overcharged. I purposely chose the cheapest lot and used a coupon to attempt to save $ and was told one price then given another price at checkout and another after paying. THEY STOLE MY $$ and will not reimburse me. Who do I report this to it's not fair! I have photos to prove it all. I will NEVER USE THIER WEBSITE EVER AGAIN. Thieves!

If you click on the parking lot's name, it will take you to another page with all the details of that particular lot stating that the prices starts "from" that particular lowest rate. So it can get changed for some days as per the availability and demand of the lot. It's the same for all lots and unfortunately, we are not the ones who decide upon those rates. We always show the breakdown of all the charges included in the transaction before proceeding to final check out. It is up to you to decide whether to proceed with that lot or to choose another one which might be on a lower side. However, we see that this reservation has been refunded from our end and you will be receiving it in 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Do not use unless you are positive that you want to use the parking space because if you cancel they will only refund your money with waybucks. What can you get with waybucks?

I paid for long-term parking (10 days), lost my flight, and they did not return my unused 10 days, stole it. On top, the parking place was extremely unorganized and slow, which contributed to losing my flight, they had charged me $5 extra and I had to take an Uber back to the parking lot. It was just a stressful day, and around $200 total lost. I contacted Customer Service and they denied any support, instead said they would not return the money for unused days, and I also could not recover the extra $5 per day the parking lot charged. Don't use Way.com, their policies are design to steal your money unfairly.

Horrible!

To begin, this is the worst service I ever had in Miami, I waited for them 2 hours just to pick up my call when I need them to pick me up from the airport, ever answer; o took an Uber to the place where my car was parked and nobody was there; and when a person from next door call the person in charge, he showed up upset, and disrespected me.
They are thieves; they don't provide what they offer; they don't refund your money; and at this point, I lost my cruise because of the waist of time from this people.
Use PARK AND FLY, this is a serious company, no this horrible "WAY" company, "PARK TO GO MIA", 3915nw 25th st. Miami.

I have parked with way in ATL horrible 1st you wait for shuttle forever and coming back shuttle not a guarantee I have come back from trips twice no shuttles for the day and had to Uber and ways response shuttle is not guaranteed. I will never use their service again very inconvenient.

Booked a 3 day parking pass in New Orleans through way, and boy do I regret it! Their app took me to a restaurant and when I drove to the nearest lot, there was no attendant or way to validate the QR code they send you. Had to pay to park since their awful customer service line didn't pick up to help me. Finally got ahold of them and they refused to refund my original reservation on the basis that "no one else had an issue that day". This company is a scam, beware.

I was considering using this website to make a parking reservation. Before completing my transaction I decided to research their site and saw that it had many 0 star reviews with people saying that the site failed to provide the service they promised leading to severe travel difficulties. I did not complete my transaction. I did not receive any confirmation emails or texts. I did not receive any receipt or record of completing the transaction. Upon seeing this charge on my account I contacted them and informed them that I had never received any confirmation of the service that I was being charged for either by email, text, or purchase completion page. They said that they have a strict policy that refunds cannot be given for cancellations less than twenty four hours before check in for the reservation. I did not have an opportunity to cancel because I was not aware I had been billed. They have failed to deliver a refund. At best this is a result of them having a shoddy purchasing interface; at worst it is an intentionally slimy method of securing more business that banks on people not wanting to make a fuss over losing $50. If it was the former I would expect a refund and would consider giving them further business in the future. The fact that they haven't makes me think its the latter and I will never do business with them in the future and strongly advise that nobody else does either.

Please note; I do not have a method of uploading a "proof of purchase" because I do not have one, which is the heart of the entire issue

In your case, we need to figure out why you didn't receive any confirmation because usually it happens when a customer misspell their email while booking or sometimes it goes to their spam/junk email folders. The reservation can also be viewed under My Orders in your profile by installing our Way app. If this is not the case, then you may please send us an email with the subject line "Review" to [email protected] and our dedicated team will reach out to you to investigate upon this issue. I used this service for airport parking around holiday travel and had a terrible experience. I reserved parking under a specific daily rate, proceeded to checkout, and headed to the parking at the scheduled time. I didn't get a confirmation email until right at my reserved parking time, and it was for an amount more than DOUBLE what I agreed to pay. There was no breakdown of costs, and of course no reference on the receipt to the price I agreed to pay during checkout. Of course, you can't cancel once the reservation begins, so when I contacted customer service they said oh well, too bad.

Their terms and conditions state that" pricing is subject to change without notice", and that "final charges may be different than those posted on the website"--meaning that they can do exactly what they did to me, and GO UP ON THE PRICE at any time between confirming your reservation and the reservation start time.

Unfortunate, because I previously enjoyed using this service, but they clearly don't value sticking to their word for business and pricing.

Not to mention, at the location I rented from, the shuttle was not in service and the hotel staff originally said there was nothing they could do about it. After waiting for 30 minutes past the scheduled time with no update, they finally contracted service, who had no responsibility to adhere to stated service times. Thankfully I have expedited security service, which was the only reason I didn't miss my flight. The whole experience was terrible. If you do other take the risk of using them, make sure to call ahead to confirm you can actually get the shuttle service you sign up for SMH.

I booked parking at SeaTac Express Parking using Way.com. I spent $120.71 (CAD), drove three hours from British Columbia, got to the parking lot, and when I called them they told me they had no spot despite the fact I had one reserved. As a result I had to park at the airport and spend another $300 for parking. If Way.com had done their job and only posted places that had available parking this all could have been avoided. I will never use Way.com ever again.

Booked through one email, they charged me for the full amount...at end of trip, when I went to pay the parking lot, they claimed I'm not in system, so they charged me again. Called Way.com and their claim is that once a reservation is made, they can charge me and if the parking lot can't find the reservation they can charge me as well...what kind of ridiculous rip off is this? Now I have to go through my credit company and dispute the charges...never use this third party joke again and book directly through the parking lot
