Way.com/Way app-do NOT use this third party reservation company. I had all documentation and information for a refund for 4 of the 5 days for a parking garage reservation and they will not refund 4 days even though we were only there for 1 hour of parking. The parking garage would have been happy to refund me under the circumstances but I booked thru Way so they gave me the Way customer service phone number which I called right away and left a message. WAY will not reimburse me because I "opened" the reservation even though I had proof that it was closed and hour later. I consider this stealing. I didn't use the service and was willing to pay for the day (hour) I was parked but nope they are keeping all my money.

Ridiculous! I'd used Ways.com for years. Never again! I paid for 2 weeks of parking in Oakland. Had to return after 4 days. Oh well. No compromise! No partial refunds! A category 4 storm approaching the Florida coast forced me to cancel my plans, including parking at near Laguardia airport. Way.com didn't refund my credit car, they just created a reward point system account with those funds. I find it difficult to actually use it. So deceptive. I called their customer service to ask why my refund was turned into points that can only be used through them. The quickly agreed to refund my credit card within a few days. Their main flaw is that their app and website do not provide options to get this credit back to a credit card.

I parked at the Hampton Inn for my trip to the west coast, service to the airport was sketchy as to many people rushed to board the shuttle. Absolutely no organization on their part! The return was better call and get picked up within 15 minutes get to the desk they gave my keys and told me where the car was parked. I started my car the radio was blasting loud and the station was changed! My wife's seat was moved from the pre set, so who sat in the passenger front seat! Now this was late evening so I picked up about 11pm.
The next day at home I noticed a fresh ding/gouge in the driver's door and a few scratches in the passenger front door. I was furious, I called and they didn't want to know anything! I thought the car being a Mercedes they would be careful, think again! Can't be trusted.

I booked the parking at Pearson Airport and at the end they charged me in USD, Don't trust these crooks they charge Canadian In Canada Soil in American dollar. It is disgusting!

Don't do it people! I paid for parking at the LAUREL parking lot. NO SHUTTLE! I sent an email to Ways to ask for my money back. They will not! Their answer is that they are not liable for the shuttle pick up. I'm tellin ya if I didn't get there a few hours early, I would have missed my flight! Go to a reputable park and ride EVERYONE! You can't depend on a driver! No good! I give them a big fat ZERO!

Be careful booking they add service charges to your price as you pay and if you need to change to come back sooner they will not refund you for the extra days. They refer you to a link in their website that is not detailed on the booking confirmation email that they sent. They can only add days not take them off!
Will never use these guys again!

An absolute scam company. I bought the airport parking and arrived at the parking lot at 3:00 am. They did not have any spots for my car. Instead they asked me to park my car in an unpaved area and to leave my keys with them so they can move it around later! Something that no one in the right mind would do. I called the customer service and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and finally they gave me a bunch of nonsense excuses. I was almost missing my flight and decided to get out and to find another parking spot. I am fighting with WAY.COM for a week now asking them to refund my money and did not have any success yet... do yourself a favor and ignore this company when it appears in your search for any services.

It is most unfortunate that your company does not make it understood that consumers are booking parking through you as a third party and not directly with the location itself. It is unfair that you have a fine-print cancellation policy that necessitates contacting prior to the arrival time - which was arbitrarily set by me - and, moreover, that no one was answering the phone at the location when I was trying to call to cancel at 6:00am, a half-hour before our estimated arrival time. Your company is misleading. I'm sure that many consumers do not realize that they are working with a third party and not with the actual place of business. It is also unfair that you charge consumers the entire parking fee for the entirety of their booking. I will be posting reviews and contacting consumer grievances agencies in the hope that I can help other consumers avoid the trap you set.
