I booked through this company for airport parking on a recent trip. It wasn't anything but stressful. I planned to be at the airport early leaving plenty of time to park. Turns out the location wasn't accurate at all. I tried there provide location and Google and called the driver. No good. They clearly state on their website you have to cancel before your arrival time. Okay, unless you don't provide a cancel link on your email or app. Think you can cancel through the driver? Nope. Did I mention you might need to catch a flight soon? Save the stress and go somewhere that is a quality parking lot and don't book through way.
They are awful. They only drop you at arrivals and at random locations and picking up took them close to almost 2 hours. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR WITJ THEM.

Way will not refund your money or give you a coupon for future parking if when you arrive at the hotel the shuttle is not running. This is what happened to me

I reserved and paid in full for this parking almost $400 in May. On our departure day (July 2), I received a confirmation email that this lot was confirmed. When we arrived the parking. We were told to leave because the lot was full. We called Way.com right away about this issue. As we were extremely short on time, we had to rush to find new parking. We found a new long term parking that costed us more than $500. We paid and went straight there.
Later on the same day, July 2, way.com sent us an email to switch to a new parking, but we already parked at a new location that we found while rushing to the JFK airport. On top of that, this new parking Way sent had a very low rating (1.8 out of 5).
If we were to go there, this parking was not at all appropriate, and seem not safe for our vehicle at all.
We requested for a refund of almost $400, Way.com refused but offered Waybucks, not a refund. This company overbooked parking and almost made us missing the flight. We also had to pay much higher for new parking.

This was my first time using Way. I was disappointed. After making my reservation, I received 2 emails (to junk mail) stating:
"Dear XXXX, Your booking is confirmed with us. Please review the information below and save this email for your records. Confirmation No. # OG(9 numbers), Dallas Lovefield Inn DAL Airport Parking, Check-In: Aug 02,2022 11:30 AM.
At the very bottom of this email, was a statement in grayed out text under Access instructions stating "For customers and staff safety, our shuttle services have been temporarily suspended." In order to read this, I would have had to scroll to the 4th screen on an IPhone 12, after seeing my booked confirmation number twice."
When I arrived at the parking location, I could not find a main office for the motel. I drove around twice looking for some help. I looked up the motel phone number and got someone who told me he didn't know what I was talking about and that his motel did not do airport shuttles.
I tried to reach Way but their mobile homepage has no links to contact them. I finally found a number and after waiting for several minutes on hold, I got someone on the phone who told me the service at that location was discontinued. I had to quickly scramble to find alternate parking on short notice. I asked for a refund since these messages were not only in my junk mail but obviously designed to prevent someone from noticing the service suspension. I was told that I had to cancel before the reservation to get my money back. I asked to escalate the situation to the person's supervisor and he said that would not be possible and I would be charged.
I would suggest people be careful using Way – I am a case study of one person – but I was very disappointed with how I was communicated with and treated.

I set up parking near O'Hare airport through the Way.com website. A critical piece of the location I chose was that there was a shuttle to and from the lot. I parked my car and got the shuttle to the airport and all was good! When I arrived home, the email instructions were to call the shuttle number, so I did. I called multiple times and there was no answer. I double checked the number to make sure it was to the hotel and it was the correct one. Since I couldn't get through to the shuttle, I decided to take a cab to the hotel. Since I made the reservation through Way.com, I felt that I needed to deal with them not the hotel. When I called, I was told that the shuttle service is not something that they are liable for and was directed to the "Terms and Conditions" section of their website. It does state that they are not liable for any issues that arise with the shuttle. When speaking to the Customer Service Rep, I strongly suggested that this information needs to be very clear when someone is making a reservation near the airport b/c 99% of the time, people are making their choice b/c there is parking AND shuttle service! I was offered a $6 refund which hardly helped with the $38 cab ride. Bottomline, if you decide to make a reservation for parking, don't count on the shuttle service.

I couldn't get the documents they needed so I asked them to cancel the policy which they did and there were nice until it came for them to give my money back that they took out of my account they hung up on my husband twice and is now sending a check when I didn't pay with a check I paid with my debit card it's gonna take me 2 weeks to get my check because they haven't sent it out yet and they have had this paper work for almost a week now very poor attitudes and customer service when someone needed to speak to their supervisor they hung up on my husband I need my money back didn't take you two weeks to get your money!

Refund terms and conditions verbiage are not clear when booking your reservation. It will state that you can cancel and receive a refund. However, under the terms it states, "All ParkingPass can be cancelled any time before the parking pass start time and Way.com, in its sole discretion, may offer refunds in the form of credit." This credit they refer to is waybucks credit as in points toward your next reservation. When canceling prior to the start of your reservation it does not give you the option for a refund to your method of payment, only waybucks credit. If you cancel after your reservation has started the terms state, "Once your reservation has begun, you will not be able to cancel your reservation and will no longer be eligible for any refunds. We do not offer refunds for unused days after your booking dates." However, I have read reviews when customers have canceled less than 24 hours before the reservation started and they were not able to request a refund to their method of payment. I, well in advance to my reservation date, did cancel and was only able to select the waybucks credit option. So I reached out to way via their chat and was able to request a full refund to my method of payment and was approved. They stated it would take 7-10 business days for the refund. Please note per their terms and conditions "Cancellations made on the Way.com app will only be eligible for refunds in the form of Way Bucks." so, it may be in your best interest not to use their app. I hope this review was helpful. They receive 4 stars because while they don't have the option during cancelation to refund to your method of payment if you put in some time, inconvenient as it may be, they will work with you in issuing that refund.

This app was so easy to use and the price was great looked at a lot of apps but this one was the cheapest. Parked on this car park before so easy to get to minutes from airport just make sure you leave plenty of time to find a space. The car park is huge so you could be near the bottom. Take a pen and paper and right down the number bus stop your near because when you get back youll never find your car.

This is the second time I have used Way parking, its very easy to find and so close to the check in only 10 mins walk, most of which is under a canopy. The price is very reasonable and the ease of booking on line is great. I would highly recommend this airport park.

Self parking service, very easy to find and staff were very friendly. Great value and no long wait for transport to or from the airport. I booked airport long term parking through this service but unfortunately missed the flight. I notified the hotel the next day that I had removed my car. At that time I had thought that I was asking for a refund through their website but two days later after no action I called and my refund request was refused because I hadn't called the day of the reservation started. Mind when I called I was still in the period of the reservation and they would not even refund the remaining days.

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
