I rented a car at a long term parking lot off of JFK and my flight was canceled. I took my car home and brought it back the next day as I rebooked the flight. That flight was also canceled and Way will not issue a refund or credit because I did not cancel prior to the reservation. They are telling me to contact the lot and the lot said to contact Way. How was I to know the flight was going to be cancelled twice d/t bad weather? Meanwhile my destination rental car was booked through Priceline and they have refunded me the money for the canceled reservation. I will not be using Way again. I do not want to post my ticket for privacy reasons
Booking a spot AND to be charged for parking happened easily.
The site had the address for booked Parking was at Rodeway inn in Revere/Boston MA.
After going through traffic and constructions we arrived to the place just to be given a map for a DIFFERENT location of a parking lot by hotel receptionist. And driving back even 6 minutes is not fast in Boston.
When we made it to the parking lot that was Packed we saw bunch of cars turning around at the entrance.
I went to the guy on duty and he just showed me LAMINATED printed paper to take a picture of and said there are no spots available. And it didn't matter that I pre booked 2 days prior to be certain I will not have a parking problem.
We had to rush in a search for a different spot so we can make our flight.
What kind of service is that. They made people drive all away to the parking they booked at just to tell them their booking mean nothing. No text alert, email or calls. I couldn't believe that was actually possible for a company to do.
We had to pay "cash only" at parking at a different hotel. Thankfully they had a spot.
Because of this situation our trip started more stressful than it should of been.

Please be aware that this company has the worst customer service ever. I parked my car at the Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Parking and when we picked up our car, the windshield was all broken and they added miles on our car. It has been almost a month after we picked up the car and no one responded to our emails and multiple calls. As a matter of fact, a girl hung up on me and told me she doesn't care about my concerns. It isn't even the money that I ended up spending, but the lack of care and respect to a customer. Please do yourself a favor and do not use their services. It is the worst!
I brought parking from 223 12th street in Tampa. What a joke. People are so greedy. The owner of the lot overbooked during Lionels concert. Finding other parking was difficult. The App CS was useless. Never using this App again.
Scam website and zero customer service.
Reservations get lost with no record and phone is on hold forever. I once got thru to an outsource to India and it disconnected. I had to do a chargeback and maybe coincidental but the card was compromised shortly after booking and had to get a new card. Do yourself a favor and use spot hero. It's cheaper anyway.
They said it would take 5-30 minutes to be picked up, it took 45! Then we sit in front of a hotel for 20 minutes, in a hot van. We still had a two hour drive to make. Ridiculous!
Our car was not were it was supposed to be parked but several towns away. They couldn't tell us where is was or when it would arrive, despite requesting a 2:30 pick up, we finally got he car around 4pm (after a 9 hour international flight and bus to get from airport to the car pick up location). Was driven from Chelsea to Revere! The people in the pick up/drop off location were unhelpful and no explanation on why so late AND told me I was being "impatient". Very unprofessional and will never use this Way parking location process again. Tried to call Way 6 times but no one answers. Expensive and definitely not worth having your car taken and parked somewhere in the Boston area but who knows where!
Big scam alert! I needed to pay exactly double from when I made the initial purchase. Then when I got to the parking lot they told me my truck, which is only a RAM 1500, was too big and needed to pay for 2 parking spaces! Then they didn't even have a direct shuttle like they advertised. Several emails to way.com but of course they have been ignored. So pay the few extra dollars and choose another way to park or pay a lot more in the long run.
This web site is a bunch of scammers they advertise $12 per day and at the company website it was $9 per day nevwrmibf my bad
I booked it at a rate of $12 per day and then I was charged $17 per day they still advertise it as $12 but when you check out you can even seethe total of how much do you pay for it so you check out and then you see they charge whatever they want.

Way.com reached out and asked that I drop the dispute with my Bank so they can refund me. I did & they ghosted me. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. DON'T BOTHER USING THEM. They sold me a parking spot that was not available. Embassy Suites closed its system online, but Way.com continued to sell parking spots at their location.
I DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS! We booked hotel parking for the airport at SFO. The morning of our flight, we were denied at the Embassy Suites Hotel for parking. They said they were full and we would have to request a refund from Way.com. We had no parking for a family trip of 20 people and we missed our flight. We reached out to Way.com support via email. There was no response. When I called to request a refund, they told me they reached out to Embassy Suites and the parking attendant said they were accepting parking the morning of the reservation which is a lie! Way.com refused my request for a refund. I will dispute through my bank. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!
Update: I did end up getting a refund, but I had to fight for it!
I made dup order but could NOT get support to cancel and refund my credit charge. It only give me the stupid way bucks whatever it is.
They have a full refund guarantee, but then rather than refund you, give you a small fraction of "way bucks" in return, effectively stealing your own money under the guise of a money back guarantee. Total trash company.
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance they will NOT refund you a penny it doesn't matter how much you spent! The deceptively put on their app if you cancel after 24 hours you are only subject to a $5 fee but will be refunded. THIS IS FALSE and I am not sure how they have not been sued yet for falsely advertising a cancellation policy. They will take weeks to respond and won't give you your money back even if you emailed prior and did not use the parking. I am out over $100 dollars after booking parking by the Chicago airport but chose to go elsewhere because the lot was NOT safe. Total scam.
Booked parking close to DFW at a comfort suites. The clerk refused to honor the reservation. I immediately had to find another location in fear of missing my flight. Buy the. We location did not offer shuttle service. I ended up paying twice as original due up the taxi cost.
Way app doesn't have any contact info listed, had to search internet to find a number and customer service was non existent. Instead of helping me with a refund, she is asking me click on gas icon to share my location for gas deals. They refunded the original booking eventually and asked me to wait 10 days. But showed no concern that I ended up paying twice the cost due to taxis. Will never use them again.
Booked 3 separate airport parking reservations with Way. They only booked 2 of them, charged me for 3. Trying to get a refund for the one that never happened is still ongoing. CS is no help, ridiculous.

I prepaid the parking spot for $119.84 with way.com. When I arrived at the parking lot, the attendant refused to honor my voucher and made me purchase parking for an additional $174. I tried to refund $119 from way.com but they declined it. So, I end up paying for one-week parking over $300.
I don't recommend using way.com services nor trust their customer service.
They sell parking for lots that don't exist or who don't know anything about Way.com. Places you could park for free. Then when you aren't able to check in to parking, they tell you you can't cancel because you've already checked in. Huge scam. Just don't do it.
I had a similar experience to many of the reviewers. I paid $47 for a few days of parking near the airport, but when I arrived early in the morning the lot was dark with no open entrance, and no one answered the phone number posted outside the gates. We spent 10 minutes driving around the perimeter trying to find an entrance (even a pedestrian one) and could not find one. We almost missed our flight and when we found another lot down the street, the couple in front of us had had the exact same experience not being able to access the lot in question. I immediately informed Way.com and they have refused to refund my money. Shamelessly bad customer service, total fraud of a company.
I used to love to book all of my airport parking with Way.com but recently It ent to book parking at my local airport park n fly hotel and the rate was double what it usually is. I did some shopping around and found it at its usual price on another parking site. I went back to way.com and saw that they offered to price match and beat a price by 25%. So I emailed their customer service asking about this policy. They did not respond. I emailed a week later asking for someone to get back to me and still no response. I ended up booking my parking on the cheaper site and way.com lost out on this business from me. I just received an email back from way.com customer service agent, Nabeel. The email didn't really answer my questions at all and it's far too late as I have already completed my trip and it has been nearly a month since my initial email about the price match. The response just sort of said that their prices were based on availability and time of year and that I wouldn't find a better deal, but that has nothing to do with price matching the price that I found in another website, as this is something that they said that they did. I can actually still book at the competitor's site for half the price of way.com. I'm extremely disappointed because way.com was my preferred place to book airport parking but I won't be using their services anymore. Beware their false claims of price matching/beating.
Booked online for a short notice travel, didn't get the confirmation until 12 hrs later, too late to use the parking. Despite multiple attempts to reach them same day, was not able to get the product nor a refund. BOOK DIRECTLY from car parks, is cheaper and better service. I will never use these guys again.

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
