Recently used ARB Parking at JFK.
Arrived at 5am and was told my 2012 GMC TERRAIN was a SUV and I had to pay $7 per day extra for the 4 days. My terrain is smaller than a Honda accord but still had to pay. The attendant than said I had to give him $25 CASH Only! And no receipt was available I feel this cash transaction was money for them. Used them at Newark and no extra fee. Will never them again.
I reserved one month of parking at SFO in September 2023. They advertised $9.75 per day but when
I submitted the charge it came though at $12.00 per day plus a $75.00 service charge, about $130 more than I agreed to. I tried to call them but after several hours of trying with no one picking up the phone I finally gave up
It's a great way to make money for Way.com. When a flight gets cancelled or sickness hits and you are dealing with many things at one time - having to lose over $50 because the rule states that cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the parking time seems like a scam. Sometimes you don't have the time to cancel. I will never use them again. Just a scam.
I purchased $75.75 for parking with this company and did not receive the email on time to park. Had to pay an additional parking $90. When I contacted them they said they sent the email. I tried to stop payment with my CC company but they deputed it. I would not recommend this company they are rude and just rob you. I don't know how to upload pictures or videos.

I should have read the message boards from other users stating that way.com inflates the user ratings for parking sites. The lot we picked had a 4 star rating on way.com but a 2 star rating on yelp.
We had multiple issues with the parking lot (overbooked, fully automated/shared lot attendant without the ability to allow aaa access, 25 minutes for a shuttle being 45 to name a few) but I didn't blame way.
I reached out to let them know that this lot reflects badly on their company, and they responded with "we don't reimburse for Uber expense." Good to know that you won't give me money for something I didn't use.
Some lots do accept but poor customer service, not worth it. Junk. Charges make it worse than short term parking. Inconvenient and usu need to pay a taxi to get back to airport since >80% if the lots don't even know there is this scam relationship
This gas station's pumps malfunction; and I was charged $180 for $60 worth of gas. They refused to give me a refund of $120, which I am owed.
I was told by the app that there was parking I could pay for in a hotel parking area. When I called the hotel they said that they were not contracting with Way and had no arrangement with them for parking.
Will never use again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to cancel my appointment and the person I talked o just hung up on me. And then I ended up getting charged anyways. Awful, awful, awful!
The app completely mislisted the parking spot I paid for. Lot didn't exist. Forced to pay $820 for parking.
I booked a parking spot on Aug 14th to park on Sept 8th at Motel 6 neat seatac airport. When I arrived they told me there was not shuttle to the airport. And Uber was extra $30 each way. The site should have said something. When I re booked a parking spot with a shuttle, way.com refused to give me my money back. Eventhough they falsely advertised there was a shuttle. They have terrible customer service and will lose my business over $30 parking.
I picked up my jeep after a week only t o find the name ornament had been removed. I didnt know these were worth money then i realized this place also rents vehicles. Perhaps thats where my ornament went. I wouldnt use these people
We purchased parking in Miami for a cruise. However, we discovered that the address provided in the Way app was incorrect and led to a closed road with no parking. We made several attempts to contact the garage using the phone number provided via the Way app. When we finally reached a live person, we were informed that they do not accept Way Parking vouchers. Consequently, we had to pay double the price for parking at the seaport, rendering the parking voucher we paid for unusable.
I attempted to explain the situation to one of your representatives, but they were dismissive and refused to refund our money. I recently returned to the app and now they've labeled it ordered cancelled and refund processed. ALL lies! I have not been refunded any money. I've emailed them and they have not responded. We paid for an unusable service and were not provided with accurate information to allow us to utilize it. This is FRAUD! STAY AWAY use other companies like Spot Hero
Way.com is a scam company. No service, no customer service. If you want to hear music call their customer service phone number.
They are a rip off company.
I had a disappointing experience with Way.com. The advertised price per day for parking ended up increasing due to hidden fees bundled into the total cost under the guise of taxes and fees. Attempts to seek clarity through email support yielded zero response. Additionally, the parking facilities are often managed by local businesses or hotels, adding another layer of uncertainty. Proceed with caution when using Way.com for parking reservations.
This is a scam in Chicago. They are selling parking at hotels that they don't have access to. When you arrive the hotel lets you know it was a scam and when you contact them they try to move you to another hotel that again they don't have access to. They will continue to do this knowing you have a flight to catch and they can try to get away without refunding you. You will have to dispute it on your credit card and BBB. This group is impossible to work with.
When you need to deal with customer service, they respond very slow and never try to help customer.
I had reserved one of parking garage in Washington DC. When I pulled up my car to the parking garage, person at parking told me "full". He told me Way should not have reserved you to begin with. So I had to find and park other area. When I contacted Way for requesting refund, they took me almost two weeks to get reply even I was asking them every day. Once they contacted me they asked me receipt of parking where I parked at other location. Once I sent my receipt, it took me another two weeks to get reply (Junie C - "Customer Success Senior Team Lead"). Then she took another two weeks to finally send me "cancelation of my reservation".
So app is easy to use and gives good deal but be aware their customer service is the worst. I won't use this app in the future.
Worst customer service ever. I prepaid for 12 days of parking for LAX airport. I lost my passport one day into my trip and had to return back to LA. I spoke with accounting manager for Spectrum parking garage and he agreed that it would be fair for a refund. He even emailed Way.com to put in a request to facilitate it. Way.com was the 3rd party agent that I booked through and refused any sort of credit or refund. I basically paid around $183 for 1 night of parking. I have no ill feelings for Spectrum parking garage but Way.com and Baharath can take a hike. Never again will I have any dealings with these crooks.I only gave one star because no stars is not an option.
Avoid Way at all cost! They dont vet the parking they are listing! One of their parking spot was charging additional $30 a day for a pick up. That's ADDITIONAL! We are being forced to pay cash or zelle, borderling harassing us. Way will not side with customers. Beware!

Answer: Dispute with your bank immediately, they don't give refunds eventhough their cancellation policy States full refund. It's a scam!
