Their vendor damaged my car and neither them or Way will take any responsibility. They overinflate their ratings of their parking facilities because if you look at google reviews they are awful. Sent me to Park AC at JFK and they damaged my car and as I read real reviews multiple people had the same complaint.

They sold me a parking spot for airport parking. When I got there I was told I needed to get a taxi to the airport. I had to hurry to park at the airport and pay for parking twice due to their no refund policy. Absolute criminals

I booked through the Way app and was quoted a 'Pay at Lot' price of $59.51. At the lot, the price shockingly jumped to over $100! The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked about the shuttle (which was critical for my flight), they said the wait could be 20-40 minutes. Way's refund policy only allows refunds BEFORE check-in, making it impossible to get your money back if the price or service is misrepresented. They even tried to make me coordinate with the lot to confirm my on-site refund before refunding the reservation fee. This company is a nightmare!

Too Good To Be True

It's the customer's responsibility to be certain the service returned by search are correct.

No shuttle to the *******@Extended Stay America, Oakland Airport. It's located in Alemeda. No alternate transport or taxis available.

Customer support for a referral to service that would get me to the airport in time, offered no help

Used Way.com before for San Jose and San Francisco airports. Was seamless.

I searched for shuttle parking service. Their site returns results that don't have a shuttle despite returning it in the results.

Tried messaging day of, no response.

They're counting on customers being too overwhelmed to ask for refunds/support.
