Awful awful awful website and customer service. I purchased a watch listed as "in stock and ready to ship" on their website with an estimated delivery date of 2-4 weeks. It's been a month and there's been NO movement on the package and customer service refuses to give me a refund minus a ridiculous restocking fee of $100+. AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. I thought I would be safe as the watch was listed as in stock and not as a pre-order. I WAS WRONG!

I gave them $9000 and cancelled been 30 days no refund at all. Call them 3 times a day. It's a total scam. Will have an attorney on this after the holidays. Order 6106

Watch Rapport takes full payment with their fees up front with a lengthy return agreement. Holds your funds until you finally cancel your order with no refunds.
Pure scam, beware.

In August 3 2022, i bought a watch from this website, i wired around 12k to them, 3 months later still not hear from them, so i called, someone said it is coming, one person said they just don't have the watch, finally asked for refund, that was a week ago i will plan to continue to call every week and give bad reviews until i get my money back now they just take message without any one call me back. Will go around and continue to write bad reviews until i get my 12k back. My order is 5535

To be fair I did get a refund 11/14/22 but after a lot of follow ups

I cancelled a transaction, and I didn't see the refund. The Customer service answer but I am still waiting my money (a month after). I am quite scary about their process.

If you are in the market for a new or used Rolex, you are missing out if you don't seek out Bernil to help you complete your transaction. Bernil is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've encountered during my search. I won't use anyone else but him from now on.

I preorder 4 Rolex Watches in the first week of January 2022, today is 12th September, I paid in full, I suppose to receive within 90 to 180 days Every time I email or call, they make some kind of Excuses. I got email from them if I want my refund. They kept my money for more than 8 months. This how they use your money. Has anyone received preorder Rolex Watch from them?

It is now Aug 30. I have no watch and no refund after multiple communication attempts. If it looks too good to be true, then it is, and that's exactly what Watch Rapport is. FRAUD. I will do everything that I can to make sure this scam company is shut down for good.
