If you are reading this, no need to read any other reviews. This website is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm embarrassed to say I should have seen the warning signs. I wired them a large amount of money and have spent the last two months trying to get my money back. Only after threatening a lawsuit, daily emails, daily phone calls, did I finally get my money back. Don't do this to yourself. Please.

I've both purchased a watch and sold one here. The people are friendly and passionate, the options are nearly endless, and the watchmakers work is exceptional. I highly recommend Watchrapport. If you are a watch nerd, pay this website a visit!

I tried to purchase a 7k watch from this vendor, but after almost 20 days, they didn't ship the watch to us, so I decided to cancel the order. They acknowledged the cancellation, and for more than 30 days, I've been waiting for the refund to be made. This seems like a fraudulent website. Beware, DO NOT BUY ANY WATCH FROM THEM. Until I receive my refund, I will write bad reviews to alert buyers!

I purchased a Graham prodive at the end of August.I was in communication with them the middle of September was told it was coming then at end of September they told me the seller never shipped it!. In November I thought I would give them another chance I purchased a prodiver professional on November 26 on December 12 I connacted them I was told it was in getting authenticated on Dec 24 I connacted again I heard back from them on Dec 25 that again the seller didn't ship so lied to again I asked for a refund got the run around and yesterday I contacted visa to reverse the charge! Stay away from this site

I placed an order April 2022 through affirm credit. I never receive any update from them in 6 month. Then I contact them after 6 month (October) ask for refund. Customer service was told me they canceled my order and issued my refund. Since that day I was calling them every other day asking for my refund and same story. I contacted affirm credit as well and didn't get any help from them. Affirm credit was told merchant didn't process any refund. If they don't process any refund you will responsible for the balance. Something I never receive from watch rapport. I am still paying every month to affirm. I feel like I am trapped by 2 scammers. I am still paying for something I never receive. Next step I will contact my AG office. I am tired of calling them every other day and get same music

My husband has beenlooking for a limited edition IWC Portuguese watch. He saw a listing for this on Watch Rappaport and was so excited to tell me. I decided to purchase for his 50th birthday and quickly logged onto the site and purchased. I was so thrilled to be able to have this opportunity. However, in the days, weeks that followed, there was zero correspondence from this company. I started calling after the first week to try to get updates. Each time I was told something different i.e. "you'll get an update once we recieve the watch to authenticate it". This never happened. I became impatient after 3 1/2 weeks insisiting that I get some kind of update and each time was told, "we filed a query" or "one of our specialists will be calling you". There were no emails or calls from their "specialists". I essentially charged $7200 on my Amex. Realizing something seemed wrong, I started to look up reviews and realized I am just one of several hopeful customers who fell prey to their scam. Fortunately, Amex protects its customers from fraudulent scam companies like Watch Rappaport. Sadly, I had to tell my husband that I could not give him this watch which is really the sad thing here. Let this be a cautionary tale. Do not buy from Watch Rappaport. They do not not appear to have these watches, nor do they appear to be a legitimate broker of the watches they list on their site. My guess is they make money off their service fees and hording customer money for a period of time. It's despicable and criminal. Watch Rappaport should be shut down.

Waited for 4 weeks. No watch and then more lies. Customer service is a joke and rude, and all around just a bunch of crooks. Stay away and save yourself the misery

WatchRapport.com has posted a watch of mine that they do not have legal right to sell. My posting was originally from Chrono24 with MY COPYRIGHTED IMAGES. They have copied my listing and photos and trying to scam people. BEWARE

Beautiful watches! An amazing collection— i have never seen so many Rolexes. Also Luminor, Cartier, Tudor. Joe was so patient. Even I found a 100 year old gold pocket watch.

After I paid in full for the watch, I received the Terms and Conditions that read:

"Watch Rapport makes no promises or guarantees of order fulfillment. The customer understands and agrees that no product, physical or tangible product, service, or delivery is immediately rendered or exchanged by Watch Rapport at the time of order confirmation or payment receipt."
Be smart, shop somewhere else if you need to get something. I am planning to file a complaints with the FEDS very soon as I suspect that this is a new scam.

I purchased a watch from them, after waiting over a month and numerous attempts at trying to get confirmation of the order I placed I finally got them to cancel my order. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for my account to get credited back, I called and left a message with their answering service, no reply! I sent them an email through their disputes and claims on their website, no reply! I sent an email from the email address they contacted me from when canceling my order, no reply! Now I have to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back.
These folks are the worst business people I've ever done business with. Stay clear from these Clowns, I'll be contacting the state attorney generals office of Nevada as well!
