This "company" should be ranked negative 1,000,000.They are total scammers! I'm shocked the FBI is not investigating them. There is no intent to deliver any watches at all. I question whether any review that claims a positive experience is a legitimate review. I purchased a watch on Nov 20,2022. A few days later I became skeptical about the tracking information. (You can put any order number - just make one up - into their system and it will give you the same response for all of them.) I called a few times and was eventually connected to someone in a call center abroad. Complete waste of time and just fed me bogus information. I attempted to cancel the order. Ultimately I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. At one point, I received an email from Watch Rapport stating that the order was cancelled and my money refunded. It was a lie. No refund given. It is now Jan 26,2023 and I'm still working with my credit card company to get refunded. STAY AWAY. You will regret any transaction you initiate with this website.
