They said 3-6 months for my watch, after 8 months, I cancelled and requested a refund. After 3 weeks, I still have not gotten my money back. No one will talk to me on the phone and all of their email responses are the exact same as the previous emails. They're blaming the "bank delays, beyond their control, My account may not be credited yet". They're also encouraging me to file a claim with my credit card.

Below is an email I have gotten at least 3 times.

I wouldn't trust them or recommend them to anyone.

The people are very friendly and attentive. The lady (sorry don't know her name) took great care in helping me to purchase my selection. I brought a Tudor GMT and I absolutely love it! Great place to go if you're shopping for a watch.

Strongly would recommend to stay away they are not good for business very displeased after waiting 1 and half month they do no communicate at all you (the customer) have to regularly check your order mine failed inspection I did not know until I logged in on my PC and it said failed a couple days ago so my thought is you spend all this money yet they do not email nor call you to see what you want to do about your order 2nd my order was mostly covered by affirm (financing) and now I'm having to pay the interest for a product this company could not provide! Very unhappy would not wish this headache to anyone looking to buy their dream watch

Beware Of This Merchant!
I pre- ordered a Rolex Datejust 41 mm Oyster with White Gold Bezel from their Rolex Boutique on 12/24/2021 and paid in full. Order # 3967. ( The easiest to come by versus the Skydweller or Daytona models). The delivery date promised was to be between 90 to 180 days. I followed up on the status of the order via e-mail on the dates; 02/22/2022, 04/26/2022, 06/20/2022, 06/27/2022. The delivery was due on 06/24/2022. No news. I kept on following up further on 07/09/2022, 07/10/2022. There was no legitimite answer. Only excuses... I asked for a refund as it was almost 3 weeks over the promised date and seemed that there was not going to be a watch coming. I wanted to file a complaint with BBB but watchrapport is not BBB accredited. If anyone out there experienced the same issue and if there is any attorney, we should initiate a class action against this merchant so they can stop taking advantage of people..

I ordered a Grand Seiko SBGM221 at a great price through their site. Then for the next month I periodically would get updates like "we haven't heard from the seller yet" then "we are in contact with the seller and the process is moving along." After a month I started growing concerned and reached out for status updates. Each time I contacted their support team, the story changed - "the seller has not sent the watch for authentication," "the authentication team has the watch and are inspecting," "we can't get a hold of the authentication team," "we have not heard from the seller yet and authentication still has not received it." I asked multiple times for someone on their support team to pick up a phone and call the authentication team or the seller to find out what exactly is going on, and instead I received lip service - "I have a message in to our authentication team, I'll be following up with you tomorrow, my supervisor is looking into this" but each time I would have to follow up myself and continued to receive the run-around.

Finally, after 2 months, when it seemed they had run out of excuses, they admitted defeat and said the watch could not be sourced. Even then they changed stories between "the seller never sent the watch and we never heard from them," and "the watch did not pass inspection and was either inauthentic or damaged." Well, which is it? If you're going to lie to me, at least pick one story and stick to it.

In my opinion: Either their support team lies about status updates without knowing what's going on, or their 3rd party authentication team lies about receiving the watch before they actually take possession, but it is my impression that everyone involved is so incompetent they shouldn't be operating a lemonade stand, let alone a business selling luxury items worth thousands of dollars.

Literally the only part of the process that was quick and smooth was the refund, which I received 2 days after submitting on their end. 1 star for the refund, no stars for the rest of the experience. Go to Chrono24 or another reputable site.
