We all know Wal Mart is a mega store, but the website sells so so much, it seems as though for this one, going to Wal Mart would be much easier. Maybe if you are searching for one or two specific items, it would be worth it.

Good but not great

Have ordered several items from Walmart and it is hit or miss on bith delivery and satisfaction. Never buy electronics from them. We have always had to take the item back to a store and then you can not usually replace the item. Notorious for electronic equipment not working! Stupid little items seem to be fine.

I used to be everything Canadian until WalMart showed up! I swear by them, I love shopping at Walmart, the customer service isn't the best, but they do try and are helpful!

Don't have a problem with buying from Walmart online or offline! The only problems I'm having with them, are on certain items you can't get a refund on! Especially, when it comes to an air mattress PLEASE DON'T BUY FOR THEM! You can only exchange ONLY, you can't get a refund! Even if you didn't use/open up the box, didn't even know that until after taking it back! If I'd knew they didn't do refunds, I wouldn't of bought the air mattress from them at all. The lady in customer care told me "I'll refund you this time, but next time it's not going to happen". I was floored to the ground when she said that, never bought anything from them since. Anything that looks like they don't give refunds with, I don't even buy it! Also, some of their workers are rude as well! Don't do anything to them, when you go to the manager or when the manage doesn't do anything... You decide to go crop instead, still nothing be done at all (customers complaints don't matter it seem). Not all cash registers be open, workers are walking around talking to each other, or on their phones! The lines are really long and the express lanes are the only things that get you out of there quick! Most don't even have them at all (some have been removed from the store(s)), so you'll be waiting for decades to get out of the long lines! BEWARE decades is a long time, to be waiting to get out of the long lines, at walmart!

Savings Every Day

I walked in and could not find any of my listed items in stock. As I walked out I noticed a huge line at one open register, out-of-order signs on the self check-out registers, and three managers deep in conversation about what a hassle retail was. Saved a ton of money on this one trip alone!

Love their fresh produce and bananas. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables in the stores. I use the online app too for gift cards for my family when they need groceries and other items. Have used them for many years and they are great. We use the ones in Wichita Falls Marble Falls and Austin, Texas most of the time.

Rude staff if you can find an employee. They don't stand behind their products unless you buy warranty which is highly illegal per federal law all electronics have a 1 year warranty automatically except when you buy from Wal-Mart. Additionally, dont use their grocery shopping service. They'll bring you crap & bad produce. Bye Wal-Mart!

I bought a power washer from Walmart. Com not fully realizing that 3rd party Costway was the company I was buying from The washer at $89 free shipping was a deal.
The washer worked for ONE MINUTE and then smoke. I tried to call website phone no answer. I read the return information and found that I had to pay the return shipping, not reimburseable.
I called Walmart.com and found that they would not get involved in any way.
Lesson: Never buy from Walmart.com as they will not back up purchase from 3rd party.

I love their online services-free delivery on orders of 35 dollars or more, many Walmart exclusives and they also will have your order ready and you can pick it up for a discount price-you can't get everything online but close (groceries are limited)-they are great packers, I have never had a broken item and a great return policy

I ordered an item for my husbands birthday almost 2 weeks in advance so I could get it in time. The estimated arrival day came and went and after 2 days, I called customer service. It took 15 min to finally get a hold of somebody and to find out that my item had been "lost" at the store and so they would have to cancel my order, reorder it, and send it out again. Just lame apologies and no real responsibility taken! It wouldn't be arriving in time for my husbands birthday and now the reordered item that was supposed to be arriving today, is nowhere to be found! I have received no notification and the tracking is saying that it cannot pull up any data on it! Worst customer service and experience ever! Definitely going to stick with Amazon!

Very kind people

I bought a garden chair last week and got it delivered to a store nearby. When I sent a friend for pickup they were very nice. The only thing is the item was in a bulky carton packaging and he tried to leave it by taking the chair out of the box. They refused to get the empty box; weird :(

I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it. Chatted with a customer service rep and a shift supervisor who simply sent me policy links and let repeating NO, NO, NO. Called customer service this morning to ask assistance but was twice connected to offshore agents who wete unable to help and unable to locate an available supervisor. Wal Mart customer service ranks very low compared to Amazon. Very frustrating.

The cashier's at the check outs are getting very picky about price matching competitor's sales adds. Example the add stated 8 Oz to 10 Oz on a product, the same products picture on the add was 7.5 Oz, this product does not come any larger, the cashier did not care and said buy it or leave it. Fine I will take my add to the store who had the weekly special and Walmart can take there price match bull and go to the birds. I also will buy the other stuff I would Of bought at Walmart else were. Most of the employees not all but some act as you are a inconvenience stopping them talking between them and there friend to take care of the customer. If I have to go into a Walmart again I will go out of my way to avoid this store. A top manager needs to come into this store unannounced and take notice on the loafers and clean house.

New round hairbrush

Love the fact that when they say it will be delivered its here! I got my 3 inch round professional hair brush its very nice was just what i thought it would be, and what i needed, now they are gonna give me a mini flat iron free! I love it! FREE is GOOD! I think the company that manufactured this brush HSI Professional done a great job, love it! Thanks...

I will never forget my first trip to a Walmart... It was in the 1980's. My husband was attending school for the Federal Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City, OK. We are from Alabama... and at that time there were no Walmart stores in our area. I was traveling with my in-laws to see my husband and I think my mother in law and I stopped at every Walmart between Arkansas and Oklahoma... trust me, there are a lot of Walmarts between Arkansas and Oklahoma!

Then Walmart started building everywhere. And the internet was invented... I now do most of my shopping on line, including Walmart.

It's a great place to shop and when you can't get there in person, they have it on line!

Walmart is a store that is more a necessity and a need for me. If I need an item today I can count on Walmart. I am able to use the Walmart pharmacy with competent pharmacists, and pharmacy techs have been able to answer all of my questions, when given a drug I was unfamiliar with. I save money on all of my needs, as well, the shopping hours are compatible with my schedule. I am also happy with their delivery service. All of my needs are cared for by my local Walmart when I need it "now."

Yes, they have some employees that do not have any manners, but the people I have delt with have been very nice. I get my groceries online and go pick them up.
