Ordered a patio set to be used at an outdoor party. Online it said it would arrive four days before I needed it. The table was delivered, but not the chairs. Called customer service and freight carrier, no one could give a straight answer as to why it wasn't all delivered. Two days later, I get an email, saying the remaining part of my order will be delivered a week later than originally stated. I had an outdoor table and no chairs... Strongly Disappointed!

I tried to make a collage of ugly pictures of my friend for a nice little gift for graduation twice. Not once, but both times I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning trying to create my masterpiece. But this tedious and worthless website acted like they were going to let me pay, and then they told me there was an error in loading the page. I looked in my cart, and my masterpiece custom made blanket vanished before my eyes. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I could feel the tears forming in my eyes and the lump in my throat as I realized Walmart.com has taken a beautiful work of art, crumpled it up, and thrown it away all in front of my very eyes. I went through the seven stages of grief, before I finally accepted what I know to be true, Walmart.com is the biggest snake ever.

I saw on walmart website that the Erawan Rice flour was for $1.46 for a cases of 24. I ordered 10 of them. I called customer service and try to confirm is it correct that is $1.46 for cases of 24. The customer service lady said that is not correct and i will only get 10 bag not cases of 24. I told her that since its not what i want it therefore i want to cancel my order. She said that she will cancel it. Later i got an email saying that its ship. I called back and the customer service said that they can't help it because it already been ship. I was like what. I told her to not ship. So angry. Walmart posted fake and lie that its 24 cases but its not. I am not happy

I bought something on June 18th, but however I cant recieve my goods, why? I called the customer service, but nobody replied!

Heads up and Warning for purchasing Walmart Gift Cards.
I was gifted a $25 Walmart gift card which I went to use last weekend. I was turned down because the card was at zero balance. Impossible. I had not used it! The Walmart employee gave me a printout of the transaction history. Two transactions on the same day that were 3 minutes apart were on there. We looked up the store number which was Walmart 9115. Nothing but scam came up in google tied to this store. I've talked to 3 different employees at Walmart and have called Walmart headquarters. They simply don't care that the money was scammed, they won't provide a different gift card or store credit. I told them that everyone in my social circle will be told about this. They literally shrugged their shoulders and said that "we respect the personal decisions you make in this matter." So... Don't go through Walmart for gifting options.

Walmart is a great store to find everything you need in life (everything other than love and more money of course). Their sites offer great deals and great customer service, making it one of my go to sites for anything and everything. The physicals stores could still use some work. From my experience, the workers aren't always up to par, and the stores never seem to run out of interesting people to say the least (drug addicts, naked people, and etc.).

I went on line and tried for a week to place an order. They took the order then I would get an email telling me it had been cancelled. I tried to talk to someone to see why and could not get anyone on the phone. All you can get is a "chat" page. I finally found a number to call and that person can't place an order for you. So after a week I am ordered from Amazon, paying a little more, but well worth the trouble. Don't intend to ever go in a Walmart again or go on their web page. Worst experience ever.
