This store is one of my favorite store that mostly has the clearance sale. I love how they have almost everything in one store. I can spend time as much as I want shopping around cause I know I can get anything I need in one trip without going anywhere. One time they had the $3 each watch I bought 10 pieces, and went home happier as can be. Descent price for a good shape watches. Worth the money and love it.
Walmart.com has helped me out on many occasions when I needed Toys, Bikes, Electric Toy Ride On Vehicles, Kids Puzzles, Dolls, Household items, Giftcards. Always great prices. Always DEPENDABLE. Orders are sent out immediately which is important for birthday & holiday gift giving. Gift cards are always mailed out immediately & postage is free! Walmart is the best! I can afford to shop anywhere I want to but I have been disappointed many times by the lack of customer service at the High End/Prestigious Retailers & Walmart is never snobby.

My only problem is at the store picking up product never with the riding process
Many times 2 days became much longer. Had to initiate calls to customer service several times to find out why I did not receive my order. Also did not honor offered discounts at times.
My online order got damaged during shipping. No customer rep bothered to call or email me. I found out only when I check online the day after it's supposed delivery. Talked to customer rep, we agreed on replacement order. The same whole story happened again. The rep said 'Sorry', and I said "I am sorry for you Walmart, you have just lost a customer today."
They have got everything for the best price available. Why bother ordering stuff over the internet? 5 stars for them, always!
I'm a customer of Walmart. I buy mostly online because nearby no Walmart. There customer service is good. Recently I buy lot of items. If they honest with me then I love to buy moor.
I can always depend on Walmart whenever and for whatever I need. I shop there at least once a week because of the wallet-friendly bargains, trendy fashions, (I'm such a Fashionista)! And friendly and courteous associates. P.S... If you haven't seen someone for a long time, shop your local Walmart and you just might run into them because EVERYONE shops Walmart! LOL.
How anyone has a good Walmart experience is beyond me. If I order for in-store pickup, something always goes awry. Usually, they simply don't have the item in stock as they say they do online. This last time I put in an order for same-day pickup, I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The clerk told me it would be soon, so I shopped for a bit while I waited (defeats the purpose of online pickups!). Came back to find it still wasn't there. The guy who fills the orders didn't even see that it had been ordered on his end, even though they were able to look up the order number. It changed from saying on their website "same day pickup" to an email being sent that it wouldn't be ready for the next day. I cancelled the order and grabbed the item myself so I could leave. I would have just used Amazon, but I needed a thermometer that day because my daughter was running a high fever and our other one broke.
We order from them quit a bit BUT lately the items are coming in to us with broken boxes and really sloppy boxing with heavy stuff on top!
Ordered twice from Walmart.com and have been very impressed with the speed of delivery. In both cases, in-store pickup was an option; however, both were delivered to my home.
Walmart if one of my favorite places to shop. Prices is OK and I can almost get everything there. Different people may have different experience shopping there, but it worth to give it a try yourself.
And a walmart staff at 3680 W Shaw Ave, fresno CA, ******* proved to be a racist today. Her name is Mary, she is white, she called me and my pregnant wife apes from africa. I was going to pay for my sminorf drink, she asked for my ID and i gave her, she wanted my pregnant wife's ID too, i told her the drink was for me and not her, she started yelling at us, she was so crazy, she was almost waiting to fight some black folks, now i HATE that walmart. I live across the street, I'm not gonna buy from that walmart no more.
Improperly described items on walmart. Com, when i had to return took me over 90 days to get staight and a refund. One order was for $800+, one was for 400, and last one i'll ever place was for $260. Thats a long time to let them use your money.
I tend to order frequently from Walmart. It is so convenient to order online, and go in and just pick it up!
Walmart is a great place to shop. You find everything in one place at the lowest prices. Its family friendly and very clean.
Walmart always performs with the best prices around but their shipping/packaging is usually very poor. Products are thrown into boxes with no padding whatsoever, and given today's shipping companies -- yes, that means you UPS -- good luck getting an undamaged box and often undamaged product.
When I need something, but I'm not in a hurry to get it. I order the item on-line and then pick it up at the store. There's no shipping charge and you don't have to look for the item in the store because you just pick it up at the pick-up counter. Also, saves you from buying something else while walking through the store to find your item. As an added bonus, our Walmart is just over a mile away so if the item is small, I walk there and get a little exercise.
Poor business practices. Don't pay it forward for their employees. Most employees are low income to begin with.
I like Walmart website and in many ways it's better than Amazon! Congratulation Walmart for such a great performance.
