I have ordered from Walmart many times. Sometimes I have ordered food items they don't always carry in the store. I have ordered things for my 93 year old mother and had them shipped to her. It is easy and quick to have things delivered to both my home store and my home or others. They follow up with excellent communication too. I highly recommend them for price, product and service

I shop on walmarts website so much more now that they have free express shipping. Why lug all those bulky items home when they can be delivered to your DOORATEP FOR FREE! TP, paper towels or even a new trashcam? Just male sure, if your buying a high ticket item, you're aware of the warranty. Most of the time its a short warranty so be aware.

Nice and fun but...

Nice and fun ils à good site to search for the product you need cause you can see picture and all but i found it really hard to navigate for inexperienced users. But buying online prevent us from going to the store wich is a good thing considering the Waves of people who are there everyday

DO NOT GO TO WALMART! THEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I have always been a big supporter of Wal-Mart in spite of all the bad review and media reports I was loyal to them, until now. Just this week I shopped in the store in North Olmsted, Ohio. My bill was about 2.50 more than it should have been. I checked my receipt and questioned the amount of one of the products I purchased. I pointed out to the cashier that the price was incorrect. She advised that customer service would fix it. I went to customer service and they refused to refund the overage. In fact they denied that they had overcharged me at all. I spoke with 2 different managers. The first one seemed sympathetic and like he wanted to help but said he would be right back and never showed up. Another manager came to "help" and she was absolutely rude and horrible. The WORST customer service I have EVER had. She advised that yes, the price was wrong and I had been overcharged but that was just too bad as they would not be refunding my 2.50. I hope that everyone stops shopping at Wal-Mart because believe me they ARE NOT saving you money. I called the 800 customer service number and was assured that a salaried manager would get back with me in the next 3 days. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Very bad way to do business and I'm not sure how it's even legal what they're doing. If I could afford an attorney I would sue them for every cent I could get. This has caused me much aggravation and mental anguish.

Like that they now do click and collect type ordering for groceries. Also like that the selection is bigger on the site with the same low prices. I can get my stuff without braving the gross people in the actual stores.

They are always busy and short staffed... wear big coat or pants. Clothes are the easiest. Wear them under your regular clothes

I love that store. I shop there a lot. I don't just but clothes and house goods but my food too. The only thing I don't like is it is always so crowded but you can expect that out of a with lots of customers and good service. Go "Wally World". That is out nick name for it here.

I have used Walmart to order my medications from the pharmacy dept. for several years. I really miss the mail order service we enjoyed for several years. I often use the website to compare prices too. And Walmart is consistently lower in price than most of the others.

Just like the store but even better because you you don't have to leave your home! From groceries to kayaks I have purchased them all on line! There is not a Walmart store very close to me so this makes it so much easier for me to shop!

They forced US manufacturers to ship jobs overseas by threatening to stock knockoffs if they didn't, and hoped to impress china in the process to open stores themselves there. China tricked them - walmart makes no money there, only from dupes in the west

This review for Walmart Windemere, Edmonton Alberta on June 3,2017. Earlier in the week I had purchased a piece of art work. Priced $ 19.97, then I go home the receipt said $24.97. Not a lot of money but not what I had expected to pay. I returned the art piece still wanting it but wanted to point the stores mistakes. The clerk at customer service did not believe me even with a photo I had taken of the rack with the same pieces for $ 19.97. I also could not return a necklace and erring set never taken off the packaging. The clerk rudely said you can't return that and pointed to a sign on the wall in customer service. Who goes into the customer service area and checks small print on a wall before purchasing anything? I then paid for some items at a check out and ask to speak to a manager. The clerk called and received no call back, she then went to check all duty managers who were on lunch. Really Saturday afternoon the busiest day of the week and they all go for lunch at the same time. In this particular store don't expect help locating items, if a clerk see you going towards them they can move faster than a 747, just try to keep up. Still upset with such bad shopping experience. I will try to avoid this store in the future.

Have orered twice from Walmart online. Each time has been good online but a waste for piickup. First order, Item was not ready at advertised time and place. Made three trips for it. Second order, wrong item was held for pickup. Rude attitudes made me cancel the order.

I had the most terrible experience on this site!

Walmart has what they term "Marketplace Vendors" which are people that use the "Walmart" site as front to sell their goods.

I bought a item from one of these "vendors" and it was the worst mistake ever. Walmart totally abandons you to the whims of the vendor. They have no regulations or specific return policies in place that these vendors have to follow. Each vendor has their own rules.

I had to email the vendor myself through my personal email. The vendor was not at all accommodating. They wanted me to pay shipping back to them. This costed me $11. Now after it got back to them they refunded a partial amound (less $6 dollars). I asked them where is my other $6 and they said it was taken as shipping costs. I was like "WHAT!?" They skimmed off the top of my money to pay their initial shipping and did not give me a full refund.

Total price of the item was $39.99. I got back around $22.99. Talk about really sticking it to me. I will never order from Walmart again and if I have the choice I am not buying things in their store either. If they can't control their vendors they don't deserve my money.

Could you please stop having your security gaurds follow me around Every time I go into Wal-Mart? Thr last time I stole from a store I was 9 years old. This happens again and I can promise you we're going to have an issue.
It's harassment. Loss prevention my butt! Have someone check my bags at the door!
