I ordered eclipse glasses on August 8 for my entire family on walmart.com. Was advised delivery would be August 15. After numerous delays, they finally arrived on August 21, but at 3:00 PM, 90 minutes after the eclipse ended. My family is pissed off at me! Now walmart refuses to take a return or offer a credit. That is my last walmart order!
I love Walmart! It has most of the things I need and if you shop online you have an opinion to send it to the nearest store or delivered right to your door. I have been a customer for many years and it is so much better than the competition, and I have worked for the competition before in my early years. So I would tell everyone I know or meet to shop at Walmart!
The website has accurate pictures. The prices are seem to be higher than they are in the stores. Shipping rates are declared and shipping timeline is accurate. Delivery is appropriate to your choice in speed. Products are well packaged and if the contents cannot be hidden by the packaging ( important for gifts) it is declared in advance. The 25 to 30 times I've used Walmart.com I have never had a problem. I don't like the ship to store As it seems to take forever to get it to the store if I need it delivered, I need it delivered to me not another place i have to drive.

Obviously we all know that walmart has a good selection of products; everything from groceries to furniture. I am almost 100% certain that nobody can beat walmarts prices so that is a plus for them. My big complaint about walmart is how messy their stores can get sometimes. I often shop here at night after work and the stores always look like they are going through renovation at that time. There are literally boxes everywhere, which makes it hard to move between aisles. Also, when walmart is busy, don't expect them to open extra registers so that customers can checkout quickly. You will be standing in line for a while during their busy hours. With all that said, I have a special place for walmart because I grew to appreciate that sometimes if you want to save money, you will have to go through some inconveniences.
I bought a couple dash cams from Walmart.com. Items came on time and were exactly what I wanted. Problem is one worked fine and one did not work at all. I went to the local Walmart and was told it was a third party purchase and they could not refund my money. I was told to call Walmart.com for the return. So guess what? Same song and dance from them. They gave me a phone number of the third party so I called. Problem here is no one will pick up the phone so I left a message and no one called back. I guess I said all that to say this. Be very careful ordering from Walmart Marketplace. If there is a problem with the product you are probably stuck with it like I am.
Rude employees, if you can find any. Poor management as they are no where to be found. Front end supervisors are terrible they cant help cashiers--too busy talking to other employees or texting

I have shopped at walmart since they first opened. Their neighborhood markets are fantastic. You never have to wait in line at my store. The big walmarts go if you have an endless amount of time. I worked for walmart to. Be great if night managers and HR could get on the same page. I was fired for doing what my night manager said and called a liar.
Shopping online at Walmart saves me time and money. Often things are discounted online. Buying online help avoid the waiting in line experience, when you just want to buy a few things. Wether pick up or drop off my buying experience exceeds my expectations.
Love ordering from there as it saves me a trip. The only problems: 1) Packaging is either too good or terrible. Don't order anything glass, believe me. No candy cause it will melt. 2) I have not received one item and I had to call. It was credited, no problem. I was sent one item that I never ordered. I couldn't return it because there was no record of it (a girl's t-shirt) so I gave it away. ALL-IN-ALL, a good situation but keep your eyes open for missing or broken items.
I am regular to walmart. Great service. An average American cannot keep away from them at all. For me and my family, it has become a part of day to day life affairs. Nowadays, I purchase almost everything from them. They are fast and effective. I save some bucks every week by purchasing from them.
In the past i have always loved walmart because their store has great bargains and savings while having alot to chose from.

This is the second (and last time) I have ordered from Walmart.com, only to have the shipment delayed, cancelled, delayed again and finally, in frustration, cancelled by me. This time the shipment was literally less than 10 miles from it's destination when Walmart informed me the shipment had been cancelled because an item had been damaged in transit. When I contacted them, I was told they would "rush" a replacement shipment and it would arrive in two days. Instead, the items weren't re-shipped at all. I finally got notification that the order had been resubmitted but wouldn't arrive for nine days. When I contacted Walmart.com, the "customer service representative" asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" Really? No other solution or compensation was offered. At first he even told me I couldn't cancel the order because it was "in transit." Finally, the order was cancelled but I was told it would take a week to process a refund. Wow. Really great "customer service" Walmart.

They will deliver everything except fresh food. Even CatLitter. And that's heavy
What can I say. Wal-Mart has great prices for almost anything that you might need. I love their Savings Catcher program and have saved a lot on groceries!
Yes my wife placed an order and my uncle is still waiting on his food too come they told me wife when she placed that order he would get that today not tomorrow by the end of the damn day.
