Ordering online on Walmart.com is easy but the problem in our 2 walmarts, Davie and Cooper City in Florida, is the pick up part. There are usually no people attending the desk and it always takes up to 20 min to get the product in your hands. You have to find somebody that calls somebody who finally shows up and goes grab your stuff from the back. Very annoying.
Never an issue and if there is return to store... I fkn hate walmart but ya cant beat them online.

My ordering has always been good experiences! Will keep using Walmart.com for my orders. If they do not carry it or have it in my store they get whatever I want to my store!
I have personally only ordered from Walmart online a few times. A couple of times I ordered gift cards and had no problem getting them delivered to my home. In the other occasions I was using the site to order merchandise to be picked up at the store. I was dissatisfied with the service on both occasions. First occasion I went to store the day after my order was supposed to be in only to be told it wasn't there yet and it actually never arrived a week later I called to find out what was going on and was told the item was unavailable sorry for the inconvenience, wow they could have notified me of this but refunded my money after my call. On the next occasion I actually did get my item but once again not at the store when it was supposed to be. I no longer use Walmart online ordering unless it is for gift cards.
What I like about Walmart, is that if you are looking for something, they have it. It is shipped quickly. Should I need to return the item, I simply take it to the nearest Walmart store.
I love the products that I give there I like to go to compars there because in some occasions you can find the offers and the different styles of prodcutos that give you to choose I like a lot
Wal Mart is trying to really get into the ship to home business and my first few orders were messy but they not only corrected them but gave me gift cards that I used on my next orders. I was using Jet.com but when Wal Mart bought them the price of bottled luxury waters rose on Jet.com and went down on Wal Mart so I naturally went to then. The shipping is free, it comes quickly and they are cordial and will right any mistake and AlWAYS send out a survey to see how you felt about your delivery. They care in my opinion. I personally am surprised because I am NOT a huge Wal Mart fan due to the way they treat customers in their stores. As far as online ordering goes I will continue to order my water from Wal Mart. We spend almost $150 a month so I expect some degree of happiness and no worries after I order it. I appreciate the good customer service I get.
Hey. Im sick of hearing from Walmart Whiners especially when the same individuals who complain about Walmart turn around and Shop on Amazon and every other spot where they can save a dime and not care where the dime is going. Walmart employeess local folks and does a decent job at supplying the community with a place to shop for a broad selection at a fair price.
To the best of my experience with Walmart.com, I am very proud to state that they supersede over all other website shopping competitors. One of my impressive examples is as follow:
I purchased a small fridge from them for my office. According to FedEx, it was dropped in front of the building and I never got it. I called Walmart and they sent it a 2nd time via FedEx again right away. Fedex did the same thing and I did not get it once more. Walmart resent it a 3rd time with very few questions asked. I finally received the product and it's working effectively.
FedEx is still investigating about the missing shipments.
Kudos to Walmart that should be an exemplary shopping center.

I have never had any problems with Walmart. The quality of the products is great. I receive my purchases when promised. I am very happy with this company.
I come here to get anything from food to books, school supplies, guinea pig supplies, dog food and whatever else i need to pick up quick.
Order was supposed to be on the store on 8/24 and when I went to pick up they changed without notice to 8/28. I cancelled the order.
I don't care what or when I order I have always been satisfied with they products. I been shopping with Walmart for years.
In a nut shell, you get what you pay for! Purchased throw pillows for the couch and within 1 week the seams were coming apart. Paid 12 something for each one so thought I was getting better quality, guess I was wrong.
Yesterday my bed frame broke and I needed a new one or else I would be sleeping on the floor. I ordered one through walmart.com to avoid having to wait in the store for someone to find it for me since often large items like that are in the stockroom rather than on the floor. The item said it was available for pickup in store on the same day, so I purchased it. Minutes later I got an email saying my order was delayed because they needed to verify my payment information, and they would update me when it was complete. They have already charged my account for the order, so it is obvious there is no issue with my payment. Calling customer service was no help. They told me that they do this with all orders which must mean that all orders are delayed at least a day and the "available for pickup today" designation is a complete falsehood. I still have received no updates on the order after a day and at this point it would have been much easier and just as fast to order through Amazon Prime (which I will be doing from now on). I hope that this is a one time issue and that if I ordered something else through the same account and credit card in the future they wouldn't have to verify it again. We shall see if I ever get an email saying the item is ready or if they will just take money out of my account without giving me what I bought.
Customer Service is great and orders always arrive on time or earlier. Refunds are easy. Products are great.
I enjoy going to Wal-Mart because they have such a wide selection of just about anything you would want to purchase.
I don't use Walmart.com often but when I have items were received in good order and on time. Sending to the store near my location is a bonus.
So, easy to order site to store. Don't have to worry about finding the items in store and waiting in line. Also, love the discounts for pickup and the lower prices that you get from ordering online.
Ok so I place an order for just over $250. What does Walmart.com do? They place a hold on my card for the total amount of the transaction, then they charge EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM AS THEY SHIP, WHICH WERE ALL SHIPPED SEPERATELY! This put my account into a negative balance, which caused me overdraft fees from another unrelated transaction.
When I called, they explained that that's how they do it, and that once the last item from my order ships, the original charge/hold of the total amount will reverse and my money will be restored. HUH?! Meanwhile, I'm in the RED! They are keeping my $250+ on hold until the last item ships AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE RE-CHARGING ME FOR EACH ITEM AND I HAVE TO STAY IN THE RED UNTIL WHENEVER THEY DECIDE TO SHIP MY LAST THING!
WHYYYYYYYYYY DID I EVER SHOP HERE?! BACK TO AMAZON FOR ME!
