Walmart is obviously known for giving us a good value and ordering online is so convenient but it is dissapointing to always find my purchased items packaged so poorly. I have also encountered wrong items and wrong number of items sent and then I had to attempt to get my orders corrected through Walmart customer service. Pack your patience because both online & telephone customer service would get a two star rating from my experiences. It took me three phone calls and two months to get one order corrected!
They have a good supply and choices of things and are very accommodating. I have enjoyed shopping their store and online too! Good quality merchandise and good prices = happy..
I love walmart and to be able to use walmart.com to order things is great since i have no way really to get there... they offer free shipping or free pickup of most orders and they come in really fast. I recommend it to everyone
Have you noticed the pricing scheme at Walmart? It's been going on for quite some time now. I've been following it since they started moving their product line around from isle to isle in 2019. They move the products but not the price labels on the shelves. What ends up happening is there are numerous prices for the same product so you don't know the price you will be paying at the checkout till you actually check out. You always pay the highest price. Sometimes the price sticker for the product is in another aisle. It's too late to put the items back on the shelf and after all, you need it! And, they know it! It's a scam!
I mentioned this to the checker day before last when we did our bi-monthly shopping for groceries. Her response was, "We no longer are required to give you the lowest price on the shelf so you can take things as they are or we will put it back on the shelf for you." It's a scam!
Help me bring this "false pricing" to the attention of someone or a government agency that can help us with this grossly profitable CONSUMER "Rip off."
I have only had one problem with walmart.com. I tried to order groceries, to be shipped to my home, ( I can't drive). I got most of the items, but, those that were out of stock came drifting in one item at a time, over several weeks. What I thought was going to be a pleasurable experience became somewhat of a nightmare. Never had a problem with anything else. Continue to shop there and always will
Walmart wants to be the new amazon.com, but they have a long way to go. Their online marketplace is getting better, but they really need to implement some sort of prime shipping option.
Don't like the physical stores at all. They seem to always be filled with odd people.
I am not impressed with Christmas Deals they are offering on this Christmas. Last year, they offered flat discount on various items but I don't know what happened to them this year. Overall, Walmart is my favorite Supermarket and prefer to do shopping there.
Runs slow, too crowded, too much navigating, and too many errors in how the website runs! And ALOT of times I can put in something to search and it won't have any results for something simple I know they carry.
I ordered 6 Portable video game consoles for grandkids got 3 separate shipments by color of the consoles. The first 4 came in just fine the last 2 black ones came and are used, had wrong charger the screens on both were very scratched up no protective cover on it at all. We complained the day got them didn't hear back for over a week. Then they offered 10 for the cord, I refused. Then they offered 18, again I refused. Now they are offering 20 but I have to pay for shipping NO WAY, my costs was 63.76. Went to walmart they can't do anything as it was shipped/processed from Target Tree Inc. in China. Will not be buying anything from Walmart.com again.
The Walmart app is great... It shows exactly what it needs to show online and in the store... Walmart is a great store and having the Walmart app really helps bc it shows exactly what's online or in the store a and that's a great thing to have
If only their sales staff were more knowledgeable about where things are in stores it would be much better! I ordered a big bag of desiccant packs from them; they arrived on schedule; they were inexpensive; the first person there seemed not to know where to go to pick them up. It was at Delivery!
I've order multiple times and items from the website. Always arrive very quickly and correctly. Don't always like them coming in different shipments but hey they arrive and on time! One of the few websites I haven't had ordering issues with. Especially with Christmas time being so hectic thank you for all your hard work!
Who cares if it's dirty. The prices are great and the merchandise is the same as any other store. Gorcery shopping only there.
I order here plenty of times. But there are items you order from third parties which you cannot return to the store. You have to send it back to the business. I would think its a Walmart order you should be able to return it there.Other then that it is a great place to buy. Prices are very fair.
I absolutely love Walmart. Their prices are great! Fast Shipping! Packaging is great! I never had a problem with their return policy. I just wish they would bring layaway back all year long. In-store and online. Not just from Sept-Dec. That would help a lot of people because some can't afford to pay full price at one time. So layaway would be great.
When I made my first order with Wal-Mart I couldn't believe how fast I got my merchandise. I did a pick up in store. Then i did a free shil to home and they quoted me a date and i got it 3 days sooner. I was so happy. I have been using Wal-Mart Online ordering ever since. I only go in store to buy if I absolutely have to. I am addicted to Wal-Mart Online shopping.

I haven't ordered much from Wal-Mart. But, the orders I did place were great. There prices are better than majority of their competitors, shipping is fast, and always securely packaged. I will continually keep ordering from them.
I shop Walmart at least 4 or 5 times a week, I love the store no matter what you are looking for they have it. The prices on most items are good compared to other stores.
Saw the add, liked the price, didn't want to fight the crowds, went on line, two days later product was at my door FREE SHIPPING awesome!
