Walmart's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating its wide product selection and competitive pricing, which enhance accessibility and affordability. However, significant concerns arise regarding delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer service quality. Many reviews highlight frustrations with unfulfilled orders, inadequate support during issues, and negative interactions with staff. I order contacts online. His name was Galvin Fien. He was great in helping me. I will order from them again.
I purchased a Ladies Tissot Carson White Dial watch for $230.50 from Walmart.com via their marketplace seller, Watchsavings. I received a defective watch (not keeping time accurately) and the watch is not covered by Tissot (I did not realize before purchase). I tried working with the marketplace seller Watchsavings, so I contacted them by email (was in touch with Mark Gelberman) and sent the watch back twice. It took them a long time to send back the repaired watch and each time, the problem continued. They refused to refund me. Due to this long elapsed time since the purchase, when I finally tried to go a different route by disputing the credit card charge, the credit card company would not grant me a credit (because transaction was more than 4 months old). I know the merchandise is a counterfeit because there is no way for a brand new Tissot watch to be off like that.
They are the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order on January 11,2018 & received my confirmation email telling me that I'd receive my products by January 19. I first contacted them on January 20th regarding the status of my order & the fact that I had not received any tracking Information. I was then informed that my products were coming from another merchant & that they forwarded my message to them on my behalf. Would've been nice to have known that prior to submitting my order. My order finally arrived on January 30th & the products were defective so I went to my nearest Walmart to return them (because that's what my original email told me to do) but Walmart can't return them or even give me a return on my extended warranty. Then furious, proceed to call walmart.com to get connected to this third party sight & not even know the associate from walmart.com hung up & I'm supposed to leave a message for this sight. I wasn't told what information to give it anything. Thanks for nothing Walmart.com
I got exactly what I ordered; did not have to use customer service. Logical ordering process, great prices.
Buy an article in the shop of walmart.com as they do not have how to sell everything that is needed use other associated stores where they sell damaged items and when a claim is made the stupid ones do not answer the messages, I lost my money with walmart. Com should dedicate to sell vegetables and do not make the ridiculous stealing the money to consumers, I do not recommend this $#*! from online store...
I'm still dealing w bs walmart.com... I suggest looking different stores as walmart.com they've. Theieving... I never used check reciepts... prices like clearance... in store and had turn round go back n fix. At least then done... online... Omg... it's been over a mnth. They show or keep info in computer not even matching my order... 2plus days late... for xmas... one time miracle got a live person... they called 7pm... i had to excuse my self at work... for over 30min... was told b fixed and updated and nothing... not only that. Going back into few live chats my messages r shown and only there automatically reply shown but had chats with couple seen how wrong there crap... is...
Not only was price switched., 2days later delievery... charged ASAP order sent... well not only that my statement shows price change charges... not only one but multiple ways running thru... so was outrageous charged... no real person will call... they delete responses SD at one time n say something dif... there records show a charge for my order. Wasn't even price supposed be... check your reciepts. Make sure prices match... change. Balance back. Watch card statements ad walmart online does fuckya I still haven't gotten help and they don't save conversations from there end
Cannot seem to get orders correct, shipping times are way off. Received wrong items, damaged packaging... You name it, every time I order. I would rather pay the extra money somewhere else as long as I get what I ordered and on the day I am expecting it. Customer service is rude, just as bad as going to an actual store, which I try and avoid, my whole reason for purchasing online in the first place. Most incompetent workers I have ever seen.
I bought 2 of the Visa cash gift cards at Walmart.com, $200 each, total $413.76 including the fees. I never receive them.
My shipping address is my working hospital, and we have staffs accepting packages 24/7. However, FedEx said the cards were refused by the recipient, don't know why, and the cards were returned to the sender.
Then I called walmart.com over than 10 times, but no refund can be issued for this simple case. Just nobody is going to responsible to this matter. They always transfer my call to the card company, but the card company said without knowing the card numbers I never receive, they could not help, then pass the ball back to Walmart.com.
Currently I am disputing this $413.76 from my credit card end. But the problem is not solved yet in the past 1 and half months.
Walmart used to be a very good place to shop. Their customer service, overall, is SO bad, the shelves are lacking inventory at ALL times and employee moral has dropped SO much, the majority of clerks are untrained, could care less about helping customers and NOTHING seems to work anymore. Their 'order online/pickup' is the WORST, FALSE ADVERTISING online - promising it's 'in store,' but when you go to pick it up... NOPE, not available and that's happened TWICE. Call to corporate did NOTHING. I don't know who's running the corporation now, but it's obviously young'uns who have NO idea what selling/customer service is all about. Also... why bother doing the Savings Catcher when it can't even be scanned in to use? Things change, but SHOULD be for the better, not worse.
I bought a gun safe on black Friday and it is what date! I still after three deliveries have not received the right gun safe. They are now telling me they want to refund my money and not give me the black Friday deal, by the way can not come close to that price anywhere now, could have bought it in other places at the time! WOW they are unbelievable!
I bought a large pkg. Of Tyson frozen chicken from Walmart that smelled ruined while I was cooking it. I called Tyson chicken who kindly offered to replace it with a coupon for the value which was $8.00. When I tried to use the coupon at Walmart, it was rejected. The cashier said it was bc the coupon was for fresh not frozen chicken, but I was purchasing the same pkg. As before. I said ok & checked out. Later when I needed chicken again I went back to Walmart & got the fresh Tyson chicken pkg which was $3.00 over my coupon value so I was prepared to pay the difference. My coupon was rejected again. I asked for a mgr to explain this. I spoke to two mgrs who just dismissed me with, Sorry, our computer does not accept your coupon, so too bad. I was infuriated & told them to put back the $200. Worth of items in my buggy bc Im not shopping at Walmart anymore. I later called their Corp. ofc. Who acted like they didnt know why this happened. I later got a call from the local store mgr who offered me $20. For my inconvenience! I will go back & take their lousy $20. But I will not be a regular shopper there anymore. The worry, high blood pressure they caused me, loss of my time, etc is not worth any bargains they may offer. Im sure they dont give a hoot about losing a customer anyway.
When I received my order the cell phone was not scanned properly and I was accused of stealing it. Walmart.com and the walmart store were extremely rude and not helpful at all, even after I showed my receipt. The walmart.com employee transferred me to Verizon and Samsung and even they could not help me. I called walmart.com customer service back and they said federal regulations would not allow them to refund my money for the phone, nor take it back, when I asked them what I was supposed to do they simply said "I don't know, try to take it back to a different wall Mart location". This was a very embarrassing situation as this was a gift for a family member. I was extremely dissatisfied with the whole situation. My walmart store nor walmart.com even offered to make any of this right. I am a frequent online shopper and have never had anything like this happen to me.
I placed 2 ipads on layaway Dec 8,2017 at walmart in Atlanta for my 2 grandsons I found them at another store cheaper, I return to walmart after the 15th of December and was told i would receive a post card in the mail in two weeks and the I can come back in and get the refund, I've waited a month no post card no refund i call corporate was told i could go into the store and collect the refund after standing in line for 45 minutes was told by a employee that i had to wait for the post card, today is the 23 of January 2018 still no refund walmart has enough money to refund people there money back if they decide not to purchase from there the already take a portion of the amount spent on the items walmart sad!
This past Christmas I had been working many long hours. I didn't have time or energy for shopping but have grand young children. I orderd many things online from Walmart that was during black Friday and cyber Monday. I had most everything sent to the store and picked them up on my one day off. There was a young man in the online pick department was was just fantastic. He was courteous, friendly, and highly efficient. That made my Christmas shopping experience was pleasant. He was there each time I went to pick up merchandise that I ordered. He ad a smile on his face and was happy to be there. It was always very early because I wanted to avoid long line. He greatly reflected the spirit of Christmas and Walmart.
I ordered a case of Huggies pampers for $134.62 for a baby shower on the website this case displays multiple sizes in the picture. However, when the case arrived on Friday January 19,2018 the case contained all newborn pampers which was a total of 288 pampers. Nevertheless, I wasn't happy I then took the case of Huggies to a Walmart to get a refund I then was told that they couldn't refund me my money because the order came from a third party and that I had to contact them to get my refund. Clearly, that wasn't in fine print on the walmart website and this was clearly false advertisement on both Walmart and the Outsource Pharmacy Solutions who was the third party company. I'm not happy at all so with that being said please be careful ordering baby products online from Walmart
I bought a lock saying clearance. And original price $200. Now $30. But after it arrived, it really only worth $20, and there is no receipt with package, and really poorly packaged as used. And worst of all... saying don't return to Walmart, and don't return to Walmart, com. It will ask you to pay shipping fee, and 15% fee.
Excuse Me... I buy from Walmart, now, when I return, it has nothing to do Walmart?
For a year I've been using another grocery delivery service, but, Wal-Mart prices were good, so I gave them a try. The delivery was fine, then it turned into a nightmare. Almost immediately after the order the demands for feedback/reviews/surveys etc started. I unsubscribed and when that didn't work called customer service, where I was assured it would stop. That was days ago. Today is Saturday, I was awoken at 6:00 am by Wal-Mart asking if I could find time to review products and complete a survey.
I estimate that Wal-Mart has asked for over three hours of my time to help them increase their profits. And this is with me asking them to leave me alone.
Here's the deal Wal-Mart: I am happy to do business with you, you give me groceries and I give you money, then the transaction is over. If I have feedback or a complaint or a suggestion I will find you. If you want my opinion on a professional level or to spend hours helping you with your business you will need to pay me. I have no interest volunteering my time, having to deal with the flood of emails from you is insulting enough, and don't suggest this is about customer service or my experience. This is about maximizing profits.
I am not your $#*! Wal-Mart. Treat me as a valued customer or I will take my custom elseware.
I know you want to say we value all our customers. But, valued customers are not awoken at 6:00 am on Saturday mornings because the retailer wants some free labour.
Ordered a cradle online. Walmart showed a color that they didn't have. Shipped wrong color. Told me I have to deal with the seller. Unhappy. I ordered the mattress pad and sheets for cradle that was supposed to be delivered between Jan. 2-18. Not delivered. Upon checking, I was told that 1 item would be delivered Jan. 30th. I will never order from Walmart again unless item can go directly to the store.
SMH. I ordered a uv nail lamp dryer from walmart.com... wasn't paying attention that it came from a company called awesome inc... Worst mistake ever... Got the nail dryer and the package was already opened, no instructions, and on top of that... it doesn't work... reached out to them and they want to send me 50% back for what I paid... Really? It doesn't work and was opened. Then have the nerve to say don't accept if seal is broken... like I had a choice it was in my mailbox with my other mail... Makes me not even want to order off walmart.com anymore...
