I have nothing but good things to say about Walmart Grocery online. I have ordered from here multiple times. Everytime, my order was correct. The shoppers pick out the best of the best produce and meat. The people who load your car are super awesome. They are patient, curteous and treat you with respect. They can't take tips either. If they could, I sure would.
I ordered a lamp. 1) Wrong lamp sent and it was very heavy and i had to repackage and return. 2) Replacement was CLEARLY used, damaged, repackaged and incomplete. 3) Missing: Directions, Parts, Electrical cord, Hardware to put together. 4) Replacement box had been shipped and retaped several times and was not usable. Just WAY too much of a hassle.
I only gave you a one star because they don't have one for zero stars! I ordered 7 identical items from Walmart.com and got 4 of one and 3 of something totally different. Went to the store and returned the 3 incorrect items. The CSM at the store helped me to reorder the correct items and was told by Walmart.com it would be sent to the store the next day. The next day I get an email saying my order was delayed 2days. Called the customer service and was told the store had 2 of the items but one was being shipped, so I asked if I could pick up the 2 and she said yes and was sending the store a message to ready the 2 items for pick up. GUESS WHAT? Yep it never happened called again today and was told the same garbage. When I ask to speak to a manager the lady asked for my phone number and said a manager would call me in a day. Cancelling this order and done with WALLY World and WALLYWORLD.COM!
Usually, I used to go to Walmart. But recently, I am happy that Walmart has come near my location. Happy I am because I can save a lot of time and money.

I am so happy to finally have a Walmart in my neighborhood. I went to the Hallandale store and had a not to nice customer service experience. I still purchased the SD card anyway. It cost me $57.00. They "ONLY" had one person in the store who could install and transfer files to SD card. The employee kept looking back at me, but never came over to assist. I finally gave up and drove to 441 store. I met Eric, Electronics Dept. who has excellent customer service skills and got what I needed. If Wal-Mart has a employee appreciation program he deserves it. If fact I will find out tomorrow.
I order at least 50$ from Wal-Mart.com and ship it to my house one a month excellent service never had one problem they are truly five star store.

I am disabled and order a lot of my grocery non-perishable items online to be delivered to me. Sometimes, Walmart lists in store price and shipping price. But today I was going to order HP60 ink for my printer. When I added it to my shopping list online, the price jumped by $5.00! Lately I have noticed they have changed their list so that it does not reflect the price all the time. What is up with that?

I shop at wal-mart once a week for grocery's and other household items, this review is on the website only. I like to look up items on wal-mart.com first to read reviews before I purchase some items. The reviews are helpful to a point. Some people leave bad reviews simply because they didn't use the product right. What I find most annoying about wal-mart.com is that the feature for searching to see if an item is available in your store before you make the trip to buy it, does not work. There have been many times that it says 'not available in your store', but it is or visa versa. So you can't rely on that feature at all. I like to leave reviews of items I've purchased and there isn't any place you can go to view your reviews in case you want to go back and update it. You have to wade through hundreds of reviews to try and find yours. They also wont post your review if they don't like it. I've never had a problem with site to store ordering, except when you get there to pick it up, they often take forever trying to find your order.
So I brought my brother a NFL Madden 18 Xbox one games! When he got home there was no game inside! Well I took it back with the receipt! They there was nothing they could do! They said It was my fault for not checking the game case! So Im out $60 dollars and a game! Im going above yall head! This will be fixed!
The controls for this unit are about 2 feet from the plug that inserts into the throw at the bottom, thus the controls are at your feet. It turns on accidently quite easily. The heating is below average. Would not reccomend.
I ordered 72 coffee mugs from these people and they were printed crooked. I complained and they sent me a photo showing my design and a picture of the printed product. It is blatantly apparent and they offered no resolution. Photos are side by side and you can see it plainly. They still refuse to acknowledge it. Do not order from these people the warranty is a joke, customer service is not a priority. They take your money, provide a substandard product and expect you to like it because there is nothing you can do about it. I would suggest discount mugs.com or branders. There is much better customer service.
I always shop online, the last two times I had bad experiences with the products I purchased and they failed to offer me a decent service when I sent the items back for bad packing and careless handling, I tried to reviewed the products but they wouldn't post my comments, the only reviews they posted were the good reviews.

I had a slip and fall in the Robertsdale Alabama Walmart, As I was entering into the door, two women were coming out of the same door in my pathway, so I step to the right to move out of the way. I slip in some water (trying to save my back), I fell forward. Immediately my hand began to swell. So I go to the cashier to let her know I injured my hand, and If I could speak with a manager to report the incident. The manager comes up, I explain what happened, then she calls for a guy to come up and take an incident report. So the guy ask if I really want to make an incident report, looking at my swollen hand, I said yes, look at my hand. I told each one of these people, that they may want to clean up the water so no one else would injury themselves. No one picked the water up, NOT ONE OF THESE PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH SAID I'M SORRY YOU HURT YOURSELVE. THE GUY WHO TOOK THE INCIDENT REPORT SAID THEY WOULD FOLLOW-UP AND CHECK ON ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. NOT ONE PERSON CALLED, NOR WERE THEY EVEN CONCERNED. I'M SURE A LOT OF PEOPLE MAY HAVE SAID THEY FELL IN THE STORE AND WERE NOT HURT, BUT CLEARLY IT WOULD BE SEEN FROM THE VIDEO, AND LOOKING AT MY HAND, THAT I WAS INJURED. I MAY HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY ON MY HAND NOW! WALMART CAN GO TO HELL, THEY OVER-WORK THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'LL BE SHOPPING AT TARGET FOR NOW ON!
My husband has 2 busted tires on the side of the hwy. Call walmart On Sardis Church Rd in Buford had these tires in stock. Place a order online for pickup today the website does not tell you that online orders takes that amount of time for a pickup, the store cannot find the order. Spoke to the online chat room explained the situation the order takes 5-7 days before its delivered to the store and be ready for pickup, that makes no sense when the item is already in stock.

I used a gift card to place an order with Walmart.com and it was at my door within 2 days. I recomend 100% to shop online with Walmart.com and pickup your needed items. It was snowing 20 inches outside and from the comfort of my bed and blanket I placed my order. Do it!
