I only ordered from Walmart online because I was promised I would receive my item, which I needed in a critical time period, on 4/5, while Amazon wouldn't get it here until 4/6. It's now 4/9, and its not here. I chatted and called with Walmart. Apparently they 'lost' the item, so now I'm supposed to wait until 4/11 while they re-order. No expedited shipping offered to make up for THEIR MISTAKE! Just 'oh well, sorry'. This is not the first time I've had problems and been met with 'we can't do anything' from customer service. Generally, every encounter I've had with Walmart has been a disaster, so I swear I won't shop there again, then I try it again in a few years. This time, it was horrific enough that I will NEVER subject myself to their inane practices again. Customer service is the worst anywhere, prices are generally HIGHER than elsewhere (I have done detailed comparison shopping on groceries, small sundries, cleaning supplies, hygiene items, toys, camping gear, office supplies, and home repair & home decor items - all higher at Walmart than local grocery store, Target, Amazon, Home Depot, Office Depot... sometimes even Whole Foods!). I'm done with Walmart forever, a fact my family will be glad of, because they groan every time they see me pull into a Walmart parking lot, as they have all had horrible experiences as well.

Despite clicking on the filter- "show online only"- nothing that was advertised-that I looked at was- actually available online from Walmart.com. Everything was either "out of stock" or "this item is only sold at a Walmart store." What's the point of offering things online if they are not actually available online? Morons running the website for Walmart-just another example of how frustrating their low prices are - better to pay more and not have to waste my valuable time with the ultimate lameness of Walmart.com.

For as much money as they make, youd think their app would work. I shop online everyday, Walmart is the worst. Having a minimum purchase number for an item thats 1$. Target beats their prices, targets app is ten times better. Ive never picked up my items all at once. Half the stuff doesnt come in, or its picked wrong by employees. They also have different prices. The app prices are different than on the web. The app always empties the cart, having you to individually pay for each item. The app you can order single items as you can on amazon ect, but the web you cant. I think its a bait and switch thing. So disappointed in Walmart, and it wont matter. Youll never see Walmart apologizing to customers because they make so much money. Sad because soon theyll loose customers to businesses that try to make things right and actually care. Im done shopping at wall. Amazon has the same stuff 2 day ship no and will make it right. Amazon also offers prime for low income that totally blows Walmart away. Cheap people do cheap service.

The Wedding Gift Registry hasn't been working for a week, I purchased an item on my daughter's wedding registry (last week) and it was not removed and marked as purchased, allowing anybody else to think it was available for purchase and she could in theory get 100 of the same gift. Contacted online help, "Roberto" told me they are having issues but even though it shows available if somebody attempted to purchase, they would not be able to do so. Well, guess what, Roberto... didn't think I'd take the time to find out what you were saying was the truth, did you?... I could purchase it again. I'm taking them both back and going over to Target to buy the same thing... I understand "technical difficulties"... but lying to the customer just to finish the chat... REALLY? I've been a loyal Walmart customer for years... that just ended today!

Walmart On line shopping is a disgrace. Not on time, wrong # of items, not able to allow daughter to pick up her own gift. Walmart on line shopping needs to be put to an early death. Ordered three plants for daughters birthday. Had them shipped to store nearest her house because I live 200 miles from her. Flowers did not arrive on the date promised. Did not arrive until 3 days after the promised date. I had to go 200 miles back to where I live. No one was able to pick up the flowers for 4 days. My daughter went to pick them up the pick area was closed at 8 pm. What $#*!s. The store is open to 10 pm, but you can not pick the online orders after 8 pm. So, another trip back to Walmart on Friday, 5 days after the flower arrived. She was not able to pick them up with valid drivers license because she did not have my first name, just last name.And the number of flower delivered was not the number of flowers ordered SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT ME. IDIOTS..

I used to check out walmart.com to price check other stores. They used to be the "We'll beat any price" store. They quietly faced out those policies. Despite that they've adapted and you can have anything delivered from their site, or if you need it faster ordered and waiting for you when you get there. They've pioneered this feature and have caused many of the other big box stores to follow suit.

I used Walmart.com to order a wonder women book and two wonder women journals. Walmart sent me two wonder women books and canceled my wonder women journals. I had to use my time to return the duplicate copy that I did not order. I called Walmart.com and tried to make sure they received my return and refund my money. They were rude and unhelpful, and they refused to listen my request. They promised me that the charge would be fixed in the following day automatically. A week later, it was nothing happened. I called Walmart.com back since they did not fix the overcharge. The person was ruled and played that he could not do anything with the overcharge. I am not going to using Walmart and I suggest you do not waste your time, talent and emotion with Walmart.

Avoid at all costs!

Had ordered an item from their website to be picked up at their store location. Then sent an e-mail 2 days later at 3:00am in the morning telling me that the item was not in stock. When I called customer service about my refund I was not given the attention that their mistake deserved. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 sets of tires off from the site and the expected delivery locatoin was incorrect. I sent out at least 6 requests for someone to contact me regarding the issue. No one followed up. I went to the store on the expected delivery date to be told the item would arrive later that afternoon. I eventually tracked the item with fedex to learn it was several states away and I was lied to. I also had an item canceled from the order that was not reimbursed. Walmart you owe me $180.00. I am not surprised this occurred every time I do anything involving your store it is awful.

Walmart has all of your needs. Prices can't be beat, though I don't know how well they treat their employees. I've heard both good and bad things. I assume it's all reliant on if the managers are well trained or not. Still a great place to shop.

Walmart online store is a joke. We ordered a set of bunk bed online with each one was $129 an the mattress where a different price but all together we paid $210 dollars an since February we have been waiting for theses bed well a couple weeks later we got the mattress in the mail but not the frames so we called an talked to customer service an got the run around for like an hour until someone was able to explain why we only got the mattresses an they told us that they ran where out of stock on the frames they gave us a choice of either send back the mattresses an get a different empty frames with out the mattresses or wait for the frames to be in stock so we told we will wait. So so we waited almost two weeks for them to be in stock an we called an they had them so we again talk to someone an they said that they will send out the the full set frames an mattresses that all we had to do was send back the mattresses that cam with the now new frames witch we was supposed to get today 3\14\18 we made this call Monday 3\12\18 but like i thought the frames did not arrive today 3\14\18 like i was told they would so again we call to see what the issue was so we get put on an off hold for about 10mins an finally we asked to speak to a manager an told them the issue they looked it up an try to tell us that we only paid for the mattresses when i saw the oder we paid for frames an mattresses so i said that it was fails advertisment that i should get my money back them lying on there ad but no instead the girl had an attitude so needles to say Walmart online ads an store are liars an put up fails advertisment to get people to fall for buying things together then give them the run around. So thanks for waisting my time an my money

NEVER AGAIN

I am in nursing school and ordered a book on the 6th of March it was supposed to arrive on the 9th and on the 10th I got an email that my order had been delayed. Called walmart.com and the woman informed me that their had been an error with the system and I would have to cancel and reorder my book to get it at all. After telling them that it was a big inconvinence bcause I had to read 11 Chapters by the 18th they told me they would give me a $5 off coupon and free express shipping. Well its the 12th and my order has just shipped and will be here the 15th... Needless to say I have to work the 17th and there is no way I will be able to read what I need to. I am starting off my mother baby class behind. Thanks walmart.com I will never order from this website again

THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH THEM FOR ON-LINE BUYING AND WHEN I AM IN THE STORE, IT'S EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND ANYONE TO HELP YOU. THEY USUALLY DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE ITEM DUE TO BEING FROM OTHER AREA'S IN THE STORE. I HAVE HAD WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I had a family emergency and needed to get a gift card to my son who lives 1200 miles away and he needed it ASAP. So I go online and purchase an e gift card for him easy right, well no this is where my $400 nightmare began. So my bank authorizes it then I get an email saying Walmart canceled it so I redo the order same thing, OK I give it one more try and it seems to go thru so I go to bed knowing my son and his infant are getting the diapers and formula they need. Nope woke up order cancelled to I try again you guessed it cancelled. I called my bank thinking it was something on there end nope they said all good it was Walmart. So I call customer service and I am told that they need to verify my address well hello my card wouldn't have worked if it was not. Anyway I am angry but ok the gentleman tells me that my address had now been verified by Walmart and I can resubmit my order in 1 hour. So I call my son and let him know he hops another bus and off he goes to Walmart again. I wait an hour and half just to be safe and plae my order one last time this is at 9:30 am by the way. So my son sits at Walmart four hours with a screaming 7 month old and at 1:30pm wham cancelled again. So At this point I am not angry I am livid Walmart has $400 dollars on hold in my account I still have no gift card and when I called I was told to just wait 24 more hours and place my order again. Are you f!@(*ng kidding me. No Walmart you go to hell because I went to Target purchased my gift card and will never do business with you again.
