I bought two Milestar Grant land tire's and they are nice for the cost. Ive had no issues with them at all. I'll be purchasing them again eventually once I need a new set.
They screwed up my order from the first minute. Then, after many, many attempts to get things straight, they shipped the wrong order and charged me for the actual items I ordered, which were more costly. Exchanging was a $#*! because the items I received were not what I ordered and were fewer than the order. I will never shop Walmart.com again, and advise everyone to avoid the unnecessary head aches.

I am seriously considering never using the photo ordering on their site ever again. I fought with that website for over an hour this morning because it kept adding photos to my order and then wouldn't let me order it so I signed out of my account and created a new one and started all over. Then to top it all off once my order was put through, it was sent to the wrong store. Now I have to figure out somehow to get there because they only hold it for seven days. The price is right but thanks a lot for wasting my time.
We purposely ordered a badminton set from Walmart for our son's birthday party because it had 2 day delivery. When it did not arrive on the date they stated. I checked the status. Walmart site said it would delivered in 3 days which was still before the party but the UPS site said it would not be delivered until after the party. I am now scrambling to figure out what to do for the party. If I would have known 2 day delivery with a specific delivery date (by May 3) was not going to happen, I would have gone to look for a set earlier in the week. It is FALSE ADVERTISING and I will never trust their delivery times again!
Two weeks late and no product, just empty emails whit no help...
So I order an unlocked last night and it said it would shipped within two days, no problem. Today, I find out they cancelled my order because it "exceeds the quantity". Like serious? WTF? I only ordered ONE bloody phone. Don't bloody have unlocked phones at the store if it's a "third party' then. Pathetic. So I said ef it and just ordered from Target, which is a lot better.
As a birthday present to myself I brought the refurbished(great price) 6gen IPod touch. When I got it I was excited never used this new version before. I did exactly what the instructions said to do. Since then it's been nothing but trouble. It fast forwards, rewinds and stops playing. It would go to Siri and say not connected to Internet. Called apple suport several times for help. That was useless they kept saying software problem and whatever they had me do did not fix the problem. Now the iPod does not shuffle any music. I just wanted something simple to listen to while I walked my dogs at park. What I got is a nightmare. Now I have to find something else I'm tiered of fighting with device & apple support. As a side note apple support wanted me to sit on the phone and record my playlist(like any one has time for that) to see why the music does not shuffle. The person I talked to(Ashley) did not think that was odd to do. I did not know about her but I don't/didn't have that kind of time. Told her no I was not doing that. She said that there was nothing else they could do. Told her would buy something else. Whatever happened to the days when you could buy something and it would last longer the 30 days?
On a beautiful afternoon I took 45 minutes out of my day to sit and overheat in standstill traffic to get to Walmart for 2 specific items. Pilgrimage complete, I stepped into the disgustingly fake florescent lighting and off-putting Walmart smell. I powered through in hopes of finally getting my items. Low and behold they were not stocked whatsoever. I walked to the oral care section to get a simple teeth whitening scrub. It was nowhere to be found amidst the overwhelming mass of products glaring off the shelves at me. What a disappointment. I didn't ask for much, but never put it past Walmart to defy even the lowest of expectations. That was a total waste of time that could have been spent doing literally anything else. Just terrible.

Item was for pickup today in store. Processed order and an hour later get message that order was switch from pickup today to Site to store not available until monday. All stores in area have item according to site. Want to switch order to another store and they say they don't have the capability. Have to cancel order and wait for refund. So because of their system messing up and the incapable customer service I can't get item. #walmart
I have ordered my last order from Walmart--took almost 2 months and many frustrating calls to warehouse (and re-ordering) when last I tried, but I gave it another shot. Order to arrive 3 days ago. They keep updating (with no details) to the following day. Item will be returned as if it arrives. Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged for a non-arrival.
You cant return to store which is kind of why I ordered from them, however I dont mind mailing things back. Amazon makes it very easy to do that, but Walmart.com does NOT. Had to contact the company it came from, which took a few days, pay for return (which is not terrible), but worst thing they charge a restocking fee of 20%! Never again, Amazon all the way!
They dont have any way to cancel orders on app. There usually is a three day period to charge a card in case the buyer changes their mind. This is not socfor Walmart app. I ordered a crib and it came with a few scratches. Did not receive any type of assistance.
Diapers from Parents Choice cane faulty. A lot of them ripped and a lot of leaking. Walmart did nothing to return my money.
The food I purchase doesn't taste good all of it is horrible. Next time I am not getting this food from Walmart. There soda is superflat. It just doesn't taste good.
I love WalMart & I remember when it was nothing more then a little shop here in Tennessee not the big store it is today. I have shopped at WalMart for as long as I can remember. I shop their at least 1+ times a month for food, clothes, electronics, etc... They have a great variety off well prices items & inventory that comes in use in pretty much anything I need. I do not shop with them online as they experience has not always been the best being I had ordered a TV years ago that they did not have in stock but didn't have it listed that way, and it was suppose to take a few days to come in & I waited only to find it never showed up then I called to find out no one was going tot tell me & they still had my money. Of course with talking to someone human that got settled pretty fast. WalMart is awesome as a store, and I will continue to shop with them for year to come unless I die soon.
While waiting 45 min. In Fabric Dept. (Jax, FL - store #4444), I asked 3 people to page assistance. Finally Aleta just happened by, saw me waiting and although that wasn't her Dept., she assisted me--with a smile and very courteous, professional customer service. We need more like Aleta at WalMart, and in this world!
I do place orders to pick up but then you run into items that aren't available for pickup... adding shipping so I go else where to shop for these items.
Ordered groceries last week for 2 day delivery. It's now Thursday of the following week and I received a very large box (waste of resources) with 8 canned goods in it. 5 of the cans were so dented that i wouldn't consider using them. I ordered online for delivery because I am handicapped. Now I have to drive to the nearest Walmart store to return the items. Wast of time and energy. Also, their policy was 2 day free shipping but I have noticed in the last couple of months that if you order their "Equate" or "Great Value" products online for delivery, they charge more for them than they do in store.
