When I cut the cord with Jeff Bezos and Amazon Prime, I chose to start using WalMart online for most of my necessities. Recently, WalMart has changed their pricing structure which is really upsetting. I used to order all my paper towels, tissue, canned goods etc., but now they TWO PRICES, One for In Store pick up, and One for ONLINE/DELIVERY. MOST items for delivery are anywhere from $1.00-$10.00 HIGHER NOW. I am disabled, and online shopping has made life easier for me, but this strains my purse TOO Much. I have since stopped supporting Walmart
Then there is the Issue of OUTDATED FOOD. COUNTLESS TIMES I was receiving OUTDATED FOOD; from Rice, to Chips, to canned goods, to snacks. I got sick of having to call and report the old food. Not to mention, I was speaking to someone in a 3rd world country who could probably care less.
Im just DONE with Walmart.

Do not shop at the Walmart super center in Santa Fe. NM if your handicap DO NOT GO HERE. I was shopping for grocery I spend 1200. A month I said please pack my bags very light I have Lupus and arthritis in my hands sever he looked at me and smirked. I get to my car the first bad I tried to lift in it was so heavy all 14 bags tore apart while trying to put them in my car. One bag had 13 cans in it I paid someone in the parking lot to help me load up. I was so angry when the cans tore it smashed my hand against the basket broke 2 fingers and dislocated 1. I went in to the store talk to the manager he looked at me came outside saw all my stuff under the basket in the floor of my car and says what do want me to do? Would you like to make a report? I said yes I would went in the store never came back. Well I couldnt go back in as all the electric wheel chairs were dead thats a daily at Walmart. This nice young man went in to ask for him he said go talk to the store manager he said this lady needs help. The manager had the nerve to say those PEOPLE should bring there own help. Its a disgrace they will not help you find a product they operators hang up on you beware handicapp people its not the place for. My bust left picking up groceries for 1:45 minutes broken and fractured fingers. That Walmart

Honestly Amazon fanatics need to try Walmart.com. No membership required fees and free 2 day shipping on almost everything with a minimum purchase less than what Amazon expects from non members and remember Walmart still gives you free two day shipping. Prices are often lower than anywhere else so this is a must go to before anywhere else

They do not seem to hold their partners that list product to any standards. I purchased a small air conditioner which ended up being much smaller than the listing implied. When returning they only refund 80% and I had to pay return shipping.

I vote with my dollars and I vote every day. I cannot in good conscious shop at Walmart any more due to how they treat their employees, their neighboring community aka mom & pop shops or the country as a whole with all of their tax schemes. Nope. No more. Shop local.

Great place to order unless the order back below is the story of the initial order however it does not cover the two stores in different cities that had a hard time figuring out how take a return now I have to wait another 7 days for them to fix the original problem is just a mistake no big to and I loved the bike when I rode for minutes before blew up due to a faulty rim.

I went to the Walmart Grocery Store on FM 518, in League City, TX this morning. I have been here many times, and never had a bad experience like I did today. The produce floors were discussing. They were wet, and pieces of produce all over the wet floor, where the workers had been just running over it all with their carts. Then, I noticed a small bird trapped in the store. I asked "6" different workers about it, and all were aware about the bird. They would just smile, and doing nothing about it. Next, I went to the self check-out, and started having some difficulty with my check-out. The manager was standing at a booth directly in front of me. He could clearly see I was frustrated, and offered no assistance at all. Instead he just stood there staring at me, making me even more frustrated. This was a horrible experience! I may never shop there again. I hope that someone helps get the bird back outside, cleans up the awful mess on the floors, and offers the manager some customer service training.

Pray you don't have a problem with your order because there is very little Walmart.com will do to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. They will offer to rectify the problem, on their time schedule in the manner they want. Apparently, their philosophy is "$#*! Happens. Oh Well. Deal With It." They could get FedEx to come to my house on a Saturday morning to pick up the wrong item shipped to me, but they absolutely could not get FedEx to deliver the correct item to me by Saturday.

I like the idea of walmart competing with Amazon. I tried buying stuff for my college students, but the ship time was too long. Six days to get a pack of pencils is insane! I was hoping it would improve. I will still shop in the store, but so far the online experience is disappointing

I have Brought back 3 packages of pork spoiled before it's date. And now a gv package of cheese with no date. Uggg
Please bring back the scanner if just so we can check prices. It was awesome for that! I miss so much being able to scan for prices!

Walmart is probably one of my favorite places to shop on Earth. I buy almost everything from there- from potted plants to paddle boards to a cool fridge too. The only thing I don't like is sometimes I find some things cheaper on amazon, when walmart prides itself on its low prices. So you just gotta look around to find a good deal online when you can. Finding online shopping at my age has truly been amazing!

I shop the local store, and order on-line for pick up at the store whenever possible. Their website is very easy to navigate and you are usually told when in-store pick up is available or not.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I purchased item through walmart.com. Item was damaged. I tried to return and now they are saying it is a third party item and won't take returns. Called vendor only answering machine picks up and answers in chinese. Now they won't take the returns. Called walmart support and customer service was horrible. Refused to work and said to call vendor directly. Never buying anything from walmart.com again. If walmart is selling third party item through walmart.com. They should accept the responsibility.

I just bought 2 expensive citronella plants from Daylily who sells through Walmart.com and both plants were dead. They were each $ 8.95 which is a lot for me. I couldn't get to a store easily as I am house bound. There is no acceptance of my review and also there is no return or exchange or refund from outside sellers. Just beware. Tough lesson.
