DO NOT believe the 2 day shipping. When I called they blamed it on FedX, then a few minutes later said you have to understand when you place an order it could be 24 to 48 hours to ship. NO, my confirmation says it will be delivered by July 31st. Today is July 31st and it's not due now until late tomorrow. Don't make promises to get the sale then not deliver!

Unreal. Tried to cancel a computer on order Sunday a.m. tried to cancel Sunday eve to order another. Nope. Then ordered another and called cust non-service. Auro system said 25 minutes. Til was on hold 24.5. Said 30 sec. Then 18 more. Stayed longer said 28 minutes then hung up on me. Dissed and pissed. Lol

I wish I didn't need to ever go into another Walmart in my life.
I have never received any customer service that was ever satisfying.
My local store runs out of widely popular seasonal items, then when you ask them when they are going to re stock, they always say they have a true arriving any time, but don't know if the items will be coming in. Even the department managers act as though you are bothering them if you ask for a specific item. Here at this store, the workers congregate and talk about when they are going to lunch and on vacation, and complain about their fellow workers. All in all, they are the worst. It's too bad they don't follow Ace Hardware's lead. Thank God I don't need much of the cheap Chinese crap they sell.

I ordered an item thinking I was ordering from Walmart as we "knew" it..."Order from Walmart, and if there is a problem you can return it to your local Walmart!"
Nooooo. Little did I know that I was ordering from a marketplace THROUGH Walmart. There is no easy return, it has to be mailed back, AND unless it's defective, we pay for the postage. Color me angry. No more Walmart.com

I purchased items at walmart.com on Tuesday 7/24/18 all of the items in my cart indicated 2nd day shipping, at check out it showed they were going to be delivered on Thursday 7/26/18; i got an email yesterday saying my items got shipped and expected to be delivered on August 1st. So whats the 2nd day delivery; its a buying trap

I just purchased 2 laptops for a very good price via walmart.com during our states tax free weekend, but as usual you email me 2 days later to cancel because "you're out of stock." Now a "3rd party" seller has it at a higher price. Yeah, that's a sneaky upsale if I ever saw one. This happens everytime with you. I purchase all of my children's Christmas gifts online every year from many different companies, make 95% of all my purchases online and yet Wal-Mart is the ONLY company I've ever had an issue with. Please tell me how is it that Wal-Mart is such a large company yet the system only updates stock every 24 hours?! You made us miss out on taking advantage of our tax free weekend and now all you can do is try to upsale me? I'm not even one to write things like this and I simply don't have the time but I'm just so disgusted with these sneaky tactics. I homeschool our 2 children and these computers were pivotal for their education. Thanks for once again letting me down!

Perfection!

Ordering was simple. I love that they have an array of products available online that are not available in the store, but at cheaper prices. I ordered several items. They were delivered quickly. Packaging was better than expected as the items I had ordered are in glass bottles. The products were exactly as advertised and I love that I have the option to pick up in one of the three stores near me for free...

Recently at Walmart. The price for item was 60% more than actual purchase pricepoated next to item. My bad should have confirmed price before purchasing. But they should post prices accurately.

I ordered a 6 pack of chart paper from Walmart.com. Walmart sent an email saying that my 6 pack of chart paper was delivered. I only received 2 chart papers. When I called customer service, Walmart said that they've made a mistake and there's nothing they could do about it. Their tactics are deceiving and manipulative. I did not expect these types of scams from a company like Walmart. I've learned from this experience and won't make that mistake again.

I ordered 2 USB cables, on July 2,2018. They were sent from a third party vendor, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were due to arrive on July 16,2018. As of July 17 they are still not here. Fifteen days from Las Vegas to Dallas, Texas is a ridiculous time frame anyway. I won't be ordering anything thru Walmart.com again. I've never had to wait more than 5 to 7 days thru Amazon.

Consumer Experience

I love the overall consumer experience i get at Walmart. They have a lot of things you wouldn't expect to find and some clearance or other unadvertised deals within various departments. The customer service experience is 4 1/2 stars which is due to the inexperience of the younger associates but you may find some are quite good. Prices are fair and they will price match and accept mnaufacturers coupons so how can you go wrong!

Walmart will not have your back when it comes to receiving refunds from third party vendors. They will only odfer to reimburse you with walmart's gift cards. So if you pay 200 dollars to the vendor walmart will only pay you back in gift cards even though you yourself paid cash. Its designed for you to keep your money invest in Walmart. I suggest buying straight from Walmart that way you don't get cheated out of your hard earned cash.

Approved for walmart credit card, to use $25 credit offer, website failure to process checkout using new approved card, spent 3 hours with Synchrony Bank & walmart.com, for 2 days, Cust. Service reps in Phillipines useless, $25 credit is Fraudulent Offer, MOST imcompetent organization

Major Problems

I had an issue where Walmart charged me twice for a transaction. They were insistent that it would take 2 to 3 days to reverse the 2nd charge even though they charged it in an instant. I even had a Walmart employee thell me "It's just $20.00", as if that was pertinent to anything. It did get worked out but why should a customer go throuhg such a hassle to shop?

I think there are better deals in the store than online. I really think that you get specials that you don; t see on the websites, so I shop in the store. The website shodul be in sync with the store but it is not
