Placed a large order, was cancelled, customer service wasn't sure why asked me to wait 30 minutes, waited 45 and placed order again, cancelled, called again, asked me to wait another 30 minutes and place order again! Suggest you find another option for a purchase, if not this is what you will deal with.
Don't order high priced computer for pickup! Given the run around and managers (Paul) don't return calls! Thinking there is a thief within the store! This is from the Euless-Bedford store on 121 & Cheek-Sparger in the HEB area in TX. Thankfully credit card stopped payment! Order # **************
On August 18 I placed an online order said it would ship in two days. Still hasn't even been received by usps. Today is the 23 and arrival date of the 31 of August. Which to me is unacceptable. I've given Walmart.com numerous chances on previous orders that were damaged by the time I received them. It's like they hired Ace Ventura to deliver my dryer. This time my order just sits yet you have no delays when you whack my bank account or credit card. Customers are what makes your business grow. You should make us a priority and step up your game.
I've been using walmart.com more and more lately instead of going to the store. It's just easier and I don't have to deal with driving or parking. Products always arrive on time and in good condition. And the few times I've had to return something, I just do it at the store. The only thing they don't have online are all the clearances.
I've been ordering from walmart.com for over 6 months. Once they offered free 2-day shipping with a $35 purchase, I tried it. It wasn't difficult at all to spend $35 and save myself a trip to the store. Two days later, my order arrived. Anything breakable was protected and all items were in great condition. I loved it so much, I would add things to my cart as i thought of them, and when I reached $35 or better, I'd place an order. Sometimes, items were not part of the 2-day delivery, but they contributed to the $35 minimum which again, was fine. Save another trip to the store. Then, last week, I placed my first free 2-day shipping order with Target for all the grandkids school supplies. Most items arrived in 2 days in perfect condition although one single portfolio binder arrived in a box big enough for most of the order. Same thing with another item. Also, one box with 7 items arrived a day late. We found the box at the front door with the side blown out. All of the items inside were filthy, and the paper packages were torn open and stuff was everywhere. The box was not packaged properly by Target employees. I believe Target employees need packing lessons from Walmart employees. I'll stick with what has worked best!
I ordered through Walmart's online shopping on July 16th. Five weeks later, I still have not received my order. I've tried phoning and emailing, and no one at Walmart cares. In fact, when I emailed head office, they didn't bother to reply. They had no trouble charging the order to my charge card, though. If you order through Walmart's online shopping, be forewarned. You can only cancel the order within 30 minutes after ordering. No one at Walmart will care if you never receive your order. Save yourself time, money and frustration and order from Amazon.
I ordered a Hot Tub cover online on Aug 1st, 2018 based on it would arrive on Aug 6th. It is now Aug 17. I contacted customer service who said they would put in an enquiry and that I would have an answer with what is going on within 24 to 48 hours. That was 12 days ago and nothing back. I called again 3 days ago and they said again I would hear back from someone within 24 and 48 hours and again nothing back. I finally called the supplier Canadian Spa Company who told me that if Walmart doesn't have the cover in stock it takes 4 to 6 weeks for them to build and ship. Why doesn't Wamart just be straight up and be honest with it's customers. The offshore customer service person reads from a manual with standard answers and doesn't get a hoot about telling the truth either. Terrible service. Stay away from online orders or you will be sorry.
Walmart is a great place to find deals! I'm a girl on a budget and Walmart is good about saving me money! Now I can save up for next week.
Do not order a wal mart e gift card from wal mart.com never sent the link with the code for the gift card then walmart.com tell you they can not help you with that... just lots of headaches... lost my money on trying to buy a walmart e gift card... very disappointed
If Amarillo Texas still had K-MART stores I would shop there instead. Myself, my family, friends and many other people I've spoken to want and need year round LAYAWAY. It's so much easier for Christmas and School clothes and other items year round. The Wal-Mart by my place has stopped carrying many Food items I have to eat. Prices aren't much less than other stores, actually more expensive on several items. I've cut my purchases in half or more every year without the LAYAWAY year round and so have others. Clothes and many, many other items not allowed on their so called LAYAWAY.
Ordered a drone from walmart.ca marketplace but it came with missing parts. Tried to contact 3rd party seller many times through walmart site but never got a reply. Contacted with walmart customer service many times but they wont let me me return the product or refund my money. I felt like i got ripped. Wont recommend walmart marketplace. Even aliexpress, ebay, wish provides better customer service.

They have a bed store outside of walmart on bethany home rd in Phx AZ and apparently they have only 8 open across the country.
The signs says "walmart sleep shop", when you pay, you pay at walmart cashier, but when I got my order delivered to my house the salesman sold me incorrect bedframe they did nothing to make the return easy. I am over 2 months and still have not recvd my refund and every time I speak with a manager from the store I bought it form they tell me the sleep shop is NOT AFFILIATED with walmart? In$#*!ingcredible how rude ALL the employees have been during this process!... save yourself a headache and return hassle... switch to Target.

I don't really go into the stores because I find them large and overwhelming, but the website works really well, and the selection is great. They seem to have just about everything.
"This has happened to me 3 times now! I placed an order on walmart.com. 8 items, 4 of which were to have FREE TWO DAY SHIPPING! As I sit here now it is 507 pm on DAY THREE! Their exclamation (After being on the call over 40 minutes which 25 of those were on hold), blamed the carrier for 1 out of the 4 items an then blamed ME for the others. I guess they somehow know in ADVANCE that I am going to get angry when they do not honor their commitment! They may stink at shipping, but they are all PSYCHICS! When I call I 1st get a woman obviously from another non English speaking country. She did not even know the difference between the words "when" and "why". After getting very frustrated with her I asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting over 18 minutes on hold a male answered at least his English was better but he still was not all that helpful! 6 more minutes on hold while he "looked up my account" and more run around!" DO NOT order from walmart.com unless you have time to kill!
I've ordered many items from Walmart, both shipping to home and free shipping to store. I've never had a problem with anything.
Walmart has almost everything you need for low prices. I like walmart over target because of the lower prices on things.
"New" website is a joke. Site will not allow account setup, will not allow account login, will not send out a password recovery to the email as it should, and will set the pickup location in an entirely different state unless you log in to your account. Customer service is a joke as well. When contacted, instead of looking at the actual problem they decided it must be my web browser, not an actual problem with the website.
I bought a modern crystal chandelier from https://www.wmtsellers.com/strong-united on Walmart market place seller. Thinking it will be safe, because It's walmarts site.
The strong seller shipped me a cheap capri pants under the same tracking # so it shows that product was delivered. And trying to send me email to accept $5/$7 for the capri. Realising they had miss advertised the price and took down the product from walmart site since then. But I have a pic of the order page. And they are avoiding me to honor the price and send the product.
I hope Walmart stands by it's loyal customer for years and see this through.
It's really our own fault that Walmart and Walmart.com have grown so big so fast yet offer unacceptable service. Once again we have fallen for the "all American" advertising brainwash. Proven and genius, it works every time when delivered with a powerful marketing punch. Ray Crok's Mcdonalds Corporation is a perfect example.
It is truly amazing that corporations (people) are allowed to continue to steal mom and pop's American dream even after being exposed as the ruthless vultures they really are. The corporate strategy is to make you believe you are getting more for less, in reality it is the opposite. We buy into the advertising that Walmart's products are better even when we are looking directly at the low quality merchandise, which in reality is overpriced for what it is, especially given Walmart's huge buying power.
We don't care that the stores are dirty, unorganized, and improperly stocked. We don't mind that we are treated like suspected shoplifters on the way in and out. We don't care about a minimum amount of cahiers, lack of qualified English speaking floor assistance personel, and a terrible return experience. Walmart.com is a completely separate corporation specializing in online commerce that has a handshake with Walmart based on sharing it's Brand and advertising. Walmart.com cares even less about it's faceless customers, all we are is bankcard numbers to be processed, once that happens the rest is up to chance. We are fooled by the notion that Walmart is "passing along savings" to it's customers. Corporations do not pass along their precious profit to anyone, ever! Especially to the consumers from which they made it. Even though Walmart and Walmart.com are outnumbered by competitor quality, price and consistency, the average consumer stays committed because the advertising boasts that all other Americans are, and so it goes.
