How can i find my gift card to use? I tried to use it but cannot find it. Im not very happy!
I ordered tow orders of two bags of foam packing peanuts. After a while, delivery began and weeks later still continues. Yup, every morning I open my front door and there on my door step are one or, usually, two huge bags of foam packing peanuts! I get an invoice for $72.00 each time! The local Walmart store won't help! There is no phone number for Walmart.com on their site, so I call the local store and scream for relief. I am provided the phone number for Walmart.com and call. After a lengthy phone triage, I reach someone who is going to check for my invoice(s) and order. I am put on hold for 16 minutes and then get a busy signal. I call back. I get the rep, Andrea, to whom I explain the continuing deliveries, twice to make certain I am being clear. Andrea tells me that "we will replace that order". REPLACE? SHE IS GOING TO SEND MORE? WHAT? I scream in frustration and ask if she can hear and speak English and what does she want to replace? At my request, she transfers me to her supervisor. Erick is going to "fix" the problem... tomorrow. I don't believe it. He does give me the name of the supplier and the phone number. I will call the supplier tomorrow. I wonder how many times I've been charged the $70.00. Heaven help them, if I've been charged and am supposed to mail the stuff back to them. I'll bet they won't let me return it to my local store. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART. Meanwhile, the Walmart sorcerer's apprentice will drop a couple more bags on my door step (without ringing my door bell) as Walmart's "problem solving" continues. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART.
As for walmart I have no complaints. But my main concern in the online ordering and pick up from walmart. How can you order something online and you have to wait almost 8 hours to pick up that item? They don't have any way of letting you know that it's ready and their only answer is "oh the system is down." Really? So FIX IT! I've been through this twice and it's just ridiculous. With all these employees working for walmart they need to have a better system.

I put an order, the Christmas present for my son, in the earlier December and the delivery date was Dec 22th, a couple days later, they sent me an email saying that the new delivery date was December 24th, it was ok, a little bit tight but fine. Sadly, the order never came, and I am still checking and it says "pending". Everyone in my family is so sad, I put an order trusting on Walmart for my son Christmas present and then this happens, you cannot imagine how I feel, no present for my son and my heart is broken.
What is worse is that, yesterday, I opened a chat with one of its customer service associate, called Jessica to get some light on this and reach a solution. And you know what happened? She was so rude with me and also told me that there was no solution that the only thing that I could do is just wait. I could not believe that, but happened.
Clearly Walmart.com is a joke and this is the another reason for Amazon's success.

I was in Walmart yesterday afternoon. I was shopping at the back of the store with my daughter and my stomach started hurting so I told my daughter, I was going to the bathroom. I walked very fast to the restroom in the front.
Of the store. We frequent the store on a regular basis it only a little over 4 miles. When I got to the restroom there was a chain blocking the door and the restroom was being cleaned. The young woman there only spoke Spanish. I told her is was desperate she told me to go to the back of the store. I tried to explain to her my problem she could not understand. She keep saying no so I just dropped under the barrier and went to the restroom A little too late my pants were soiled, but if I had gone the back of the store Walmart's floor would have been soiled. This lady only spoke Spanish so she was obviously not a US citizen because you have to speak English to take the citizenship text. Give jobs to US Citizens not aliens or illegal aliens. A person should understand at least when someone is desperate. I went to the car and waited for my daughter by the way I am 76 years old.
Review for ‘AAA' of Washington
Usually ‘AAA' sends me a request (afterwards) to review their services. Apparently, that only applies IF everything goes "smoothly"; and, usually it does; but, not this time. So, I thought I would leave a review outside of ‘AAA' of Washington.
After requesting help with a dead truck battery, the representative took all the details, including instructions on how to find my hard-to-locate address. (A GPS will not get you here.). I also made sure to request that the driver BACK DOWN MY EASEMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO TURN-AROUND.
She was thorough in taking all the details and repeating them back; THREE times.
I was given a window period of 45 minutes. A phone call (back) confirmed. I opened my gate a few feet and made sure the person had easy access to my truck. I then went back inside to wait.
Next thing I knew, - the window period had expired. I waited almost an hour before calling back and asking for a status update. I'm told that the driver came out and no one was available! She said he had knocked on the door. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! My dog would have yapped his head off if he heard anyone nearby, let alone a knock on the door.
Okay, she dispatched for repeat service. When I went back out, there was a note tucked under my windshield. He left as quietly as he came. NO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. This time, I waited by the gate. Much to my chagrin, the driver is heading in - NOT BACKING DOWN the easement. When I asked why he didn't back down as instructed, he said he ‘DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE'. Whether this is true, I don't know.
IF he didn't get the message, - WHY NOT? Is there a breakdown in communication between the request for help and driver / tech who responds? Why bother asking for instructions if they aren't passed to the driver?
Since he drove straight in, he now has to use my neighbor's driveway to turn around. NOT COOL!
Other than that, he got the battery started and helped hook up the battery tender as requested. Overall, after a testy start he was pleasant.
My message to ‘AAA', - never mess with little-old ladies who might choose to leave a review OUTSIDE of your company.
If I could give a minus 10 rating I would. I ordered and received a kettle (twice). The packing slip says "subtotal$29.99, shipping$599.00 (YES), sales tax$2.49, shipment total$631.47. I also ordered a dirt devil versa. Haven't seen it yet. When I called customer service(which has nobody that speaks english well enough to be talking to customers), I was told that my money would be refunded and I had to purchase the versa elsewhere. Well, the refund shows the kettle. The versa costs $36.77, tax$3.03Total$39.80. POOR, POOR service.
I ordered my daughter a hoverboard for Christmas through Walmart.com. It was the only Christmas present she asked for. The delivery date was December 15,2020 in which I was so happy she would get the present for Christmas. The 15th came and it said delayed. I totally get delays right now but after talking to customer service I learned the shipment label was made but they never put my stuff with the shipment label meaning someone didn't do their job and that's not cause of a delay so now I have to wait 5 business days which means after Christmas now and my disabled veteran only gets paid at the end of the month so now she doe not get what she wants for Christmas this year and I have to explain to her why. Thanks so much Walmart.com.

I ordered a few things from Walmart like wrangler pants but as I was going to pay I noticed they had my wrong credit card. In less than 5 mins went to cancel the order but they never replied and sent the pants. Because of this transaction my credit score went 8 points down. Also they claim next day delivery up to now it has never happened always late.
I ordered a pink backpack. I didn't have email & and a lovely lady on Walmart.com online shopping answered the customer service phone. I am ederly & dont' know much about online shopping or have computer skills. When the sweet lady answered the phone she was so kind and helpful, set me up with ordering item, very cheap backpack for a young 13 yr that has very little, it was nothing to with the price. Wondeful, kind, VERY PATIENT, is only what i can say about her., she helped me with gettting email account I was so proud of that. Best CS ever
My last two grocery deliveries never made it to my home, although I was told they were on the way. Three times this calendar year I've had non grocery products shipped and they make it to Olive Branch, MS. About 25 mi from my home and then sit there in FedEx. First two times I got my money refunded and the products? Right now my two day shipping items are at nine days and have been sitting in FedEx for the last 48 hour. I know all shipping companies are busy - but there is something unprofessional about Walmart shipping. I like their products and usually their prices, but sadly the disappointments outweigh.
Purchased $450 arcade system... very heavy and arrived busted and delivered to a neighbors house. After I went around and finally found it the box was torn and open. Not a well packaged item. Anyway contacted Walmart.com with this issue and they requested That... I a small female to take this game apart after I paid a neighbor to put it together... and take it back to the store for a refund. I said can you Just send me another bottom part since this was a Christmas gift and they are now it if stock. They said no but since you want to keep it or have to keep it we can give you a credit of$25... REALLY! Your gonna give me a credit of$25 on a $450 machine that arrived at the wrong house in terrible condition! Ridiculous customer service. I offered to keep it since the top was in working condition but not worth the price I paid. Like previous reviews... Walmart in no way compares to AmAzon customer service! This was a terrible experience and I felt that they really could cate less what kind of problems we have with our items. Been a long time Walmart shopper but this is it. Amazon will have all my business now.
This is crazy, I will never shop at Walmart again. I am a covid survivor. I got used to ordering online and curb side. Didn't want to get anyone sick and thats what we should be doing. I'm better now and went into store to pick something up notice the day before I ordered something to be delivered. It was $100 more online. When I called they said for the convince of ordering online the price is more lol bull$#*! for the convince! How about pandemic! And it's Christmas pl now aren't going to stay home and go in store shopping and get ok pl sick just for cheaper things. Not cool of Walmart.
I order doll house lol, on the 3rd was going be delivered on 5th every day they changed the date, everyday finally talk to a manger, that guarantee me it would be at my door on the 10th still ain't here they changed the date again at this put I ask that they put, my money back on my card, my first and last time dealing with walmart, I should of stuck with amazon, everyone should always read the reviews of any store before they place a order
The Walmart page overall is extremely confusing. The layout is scrambled up and the products are all mixed up with the filter. The customer service for online orders are robots who are never useful. The orders there keep getting wrong and delayed with each thing bought online.
THEY PROMISE TWO DAY DELIVERY BUT USUALLY 4 DAYS OR IN MY MOST RECENT ORDER NEVER. I HAVE PLACED 20 ORDERS AND MOST HAVE BEEN POORLY PACKED. NOW MY CURRENT ORDER IS BEING HELD UP BY FEDEX AND MARKED DAMAGED. THEY DO NOT HAVE A SMOOTH PROCESS ON THEIR SITE LIKE AMAZON HAS TO TAKE CARE OF MESSED UP SITUATIONS. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER IF THEY WANT TO COMPETE.
