To summarize, Walmart.com mispriced an item, questionable but not impossible. Ordered, processed, money taken from bank, Pick up ready. 10 hours later go to pick up and store refuses to fill order based on what I paid, refused to recognize screenshot of price at ordering. Turned out CS online knew about it day before didn't correct or cancel my order or stop the option to order. 3 in store reps, 2 online and all 5 were nasty to up hold a policy that they say doesn't allow to follow through even if they allow you to attempt PU after taking money, then offer a refund with a 6-12 day turn around.
No discussion or unethical to allow false pricing, take money knowing won't fulfill, then show for PU and buy other items while there, but 4 employees blame me, based on the price was to good to be true, i should have know. This is exactly what I was told. I do t care about filling, of course i want my refund, but this type of practice and lack of responsibility has to be felt with if they are not going to in house.

I purchased $ 159.99 electric "hoverboard" for my nephew at Walmart.com (Order number *******) and when it came in 3 weeks later it was in the correct box but upon inspecting product was "pink" not "black" as purchased. I Contacted Walmart to look into an exchange or return and they told me it was a "3rd party seller and I would have to contact the seller ". The "3rd party seller" out of Ca. Was unresponsive to multiple emails, phone calls or fax. I next drove it to a Walmart store to try and return it there or get help. They told me they could not take it back because it came from a "third party seller" and they did not carry the product in store. The lady at Walmart customer service tried to help me out by contacting the seller while I was there but she had not response. I must have spent total 5 hours total over a matter of weeks trying to solve this problem. I researched the "3rd party company" the hoverboard came from but found little to know information. I decided from the little bit of information available it was a "fly by night Chinese importer" that Walmart.com had partnered with.
I finally gave up on the return exchange or getting my money back and gifted the item to charity. Wal mart.com has never acknowledged my problem, issue or taken any kind of responsibility. Their are too many good and responsible e-business suppliers in the market place. Be warned Walmart is clueless in e-commerce.

I had a bad experience with them recently, when I ordered online, on THEIR website, assuming all their products were by Walmart or at least, supported by their company. When receiving a very, poor quality item, I had trouble returning it online, because I couldn't use a printer, to print the return label, they would send me. I tried explaining this in all forms, ending up on their 'Chat', etc. asking if SOMEONE could simply MAIL me their damn label! Nope. This is thru a THIRD party and they would have to contact me?! Well, I had recently moved to another state and decided to just go to their store and return it, right? I was shocked to find out that I couldn't, because I had started this online and something was blocking WALMART from giving a refund! They couldn't do anything for me. Tough luck... its not OUR problem. Because it was thru a 3rd party, they aren't responsible? And this third party is using their website? Don't think I will be shopping with them anymore. It' a shame, because I always admired the original Mr. Walmart and what he was all about, and had been going to them in Northwest Indiana for years but all this techno crap and global $#*! is screwing everything up! You don't know WHO you are dealing with anymore and you end up talking to people thousands of miles across the ocean! So much for American jobs, eh?

I purchased a TV that couldn't be delivered but I had to pick it up from another Walmart in a different city. I was charged for my purchase. Then I get an email that says my ordered can't be filled and they would be refunding my money. I place another order for the same TV but thru my local Walmart. I put in for pick up bc delivery wasn't an option. I was charged for my purchase. I then get another email on the day I was scheduled to pick it up, that my ordered had been modified. They substituted the TV I wanted for another one. I cancelled the order bc it didn't have the specifications the other one had. That's why I purchased the one I did. Now I'm waiting impatiently for Walmart to refund me over $400 and still don't have a TV.
My complaint- if the products are NOT available they should NOT be able to be purchased, regardless if you're ordering online or not.

Poor customer service

Walmart used to be a great company, now they are trying so hard to be like Amazon! I am a senior and have little choice on where to shop so I usually get a cart full of groceries, and a few other things I might need. But this last year they have been forcing everyone to self checkout. The managers will not call someone to the register because they are watching people at self checkout. I guess that's Okay if you're in a hurry or have jus a couple items, but it's a pain in the $#*! to try to self check a cart full! Wal-Mart does not pay me to check myself! They have forgotten, or just don't care, it is customers who made them who they are! I went from 100% shopping at Wal-Mart to 1%, and that is only because I have to. So spending $2000 a month to only a couple dollars is not going to hurt them, but I'm not the only one! I wouldn't give them a single star because they are no longer worth it!
Do not listen to their false advertising saying they care, if they did, they would show it!

Do NOT USE WALMART.COM

I made an order for Christmas from Walmart.com. They sent me the wrong item. I went into my local store to return it and I was told they can't return it. It was a market place order. The clerk told me the Chinese will take several months and try to offer lower prices and I may not even get my refund. I said Walmart needs to get a better grip on the Chinese like Amazon does. I will be writing a bad review everyday until I receive my full refund. December 1,2020 day 1

I bought a Nerf gun for $20 online, they canceled the item because it was out of stock and then told me that I could reorder the same Nerf gun accept the price is now $57. So they lied about their inventory in order to get me to pay triple for the same gun I already purchased and failed to honor the sale price. Shame on you Walmart! You will be losing my business as a result of your shenanigans!

I decided to try their online delivery service for groceries. My first order went ok. My 2nd order did not go so well. I received someone else's groceries. I didn't even know there were groceries out there until I checked and then 15 minutes later I get a text alerting me the groceries have been delivered. I call customer service immediately and spoke to Mateo, he assured me he had called the store and they would be delivering the correct groceries. 3 hours pass by and nothing. I call customer service again and the agent was not able to get through to the store, he tried numerous times and noone at the store picked up. That definitely left a bad impression. He asked that I call them again in 20 minutes, which I did. This time the 3rd agent told me that he would need to offer me a refund. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for the correct order of groceries be delivered to me. His comment was since I did receive groceries they were not going to fulfill my order. What?! I just about had it. I told him the order that was delivered was not mine, but they did not care. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back and go do groceries someone else after I recover from Covid. In the meantime, my kids are left with nothing to eat until then. Never again will I patronize Walmart in any way! This is the most horrible experience in times of a pandemic where I relied on a service that was not delivered.

Funny how back in May 2020 I was limited to only buying 1 playstation gift card but they allow bots to buy as many as possible right before Christmas. What a bunch of hipacritical scum they are. That or they don't have the slightest idea of what they are doing! Either way Walmart is the most pathetic company ever! CEO should be ashamed of their service. Shame on you!

Fast shipping but...

Since I'm ordering everything online now, I appreciate that they have 2-3 days shipping too. But the thing with Walmart, like Amazon, they show a lot of third party sellers. I don't want to buy from third party sellers, but it seems that's most of their listings now. I do like that you can cancel in your order history too.

Ordering on Walmart.com

Walmart released a switch for Black Friday for 299.99. That was being released at 8pm. A PlayStation 5 was being released at 9pm. I got the switch, Finally got the ps5. Well Walmart canceled my order and said they detected fraud. I guess because I ordered 2 consoles... which makes NO sense because why would they release 2 of them an hour apart but not let you buy both? Had I known this going in... I would have ofcourse got the ps5. So, do not order from Walmart if you plan on needing 2 items. Totally disappointed in the way this was handled. They didn't reach out or anything... it just canceled(The ps5 went out of stock in about a minute, so it canceled and I was not able to stop it. Even though I quickly called). Why would Walmart release 2 items but not let you purchase both? I am so very disappointed that I will likely not order anything from Walmart again! Guys be very aware if you are looking to do this that your order will be canceled.

Never think that the days walmart.com says your deliveries will be there will actually happen. Theres no such thing as 2 day shipping at walmart.com. Ive actually waited as many as 11 days for what walmart.com said would be delivered in 2 days. Sux big time

Why ask for your information - ((name, address, email address, phone #, make account)) - with Walmart saying they will notify you As Soon AS A Product is Available when they NEVER HAVE DONE SO. WALMART.COM IS A WAIST OF TIME.

Place a hold on my card after I cancelled a order no less than 5 mins I put it. Currently need to wait up to a week to see it back on my card. They existed and said it was on my banks finish not theirs. Attempted to make me jump thru hoops ie get out of. Will certainly never operate online with them once again.

I ordered an entertainment center that was supposed to have 2 day delivery. Needless to say it's been 3 days and no one can tell me where my product is at. I called and they said the product actually came from Farmhouse, and not Walmart. So they had to call Farmhouse and the Walmart representative said Farmhouse doesn't know where my product is at. Farmhouse will call me in a couple days when they figure where my entertainment center is at. I told the representative that I want my money back, and she said that she has to let Farmhouse know that I want a refund. Farmhouse told the Walmart representative that it'll take 5 days to get my refund. I'm confused did I purchase from Walmart or Farmhouse? Walmart offers two day shipping to compete with Amazon, but Amazon has never lost any of my packages, and my package always arrive on time. These's no way Walmart will ever be able to compete with Amazon, Walmart is about like watching a monkey hump a basketball. I stopped shopping at Walmart and now I will no longer be ordering anything online from Walmart. Give yourself a big round of applause Walmart you just lost another customer hope you're day is as bad as my experience is with you.

Don't waste your time with this garbage site. Add things to your cart, then try to check out, at the very last step of checkout, it's sold out. Puts you back on the cart page, only 5 left, hurry and order! Worst experience I've ever had online.

When you go to Walmart and this virus the Cronus 19 year is expected to clean your own carts where Meijer clean their carts and you should not be expected to clean your own carts you walk in to Walmart they have spray bottles sitting there and paper toweling and wipes to wipe down your own cart you're just asking for trouble right there you touch that spray bottle and other people are touching that spray bottle that's just asking for trouble you can catch the virus by touching that spray bottle all people are touching that spray bottle and wiping down their own carts by touching the carts you can get the virus because other people's already touched the carts they should have them carts clean and sanitary and ready to go so no other people would have to worry about wiping them down that's just how the viruses spread are you touching dirty cards and spraying the and touching a bottle that you have to spray and wipe down the dirty cards yourself that other people is handled all day long that's their job to make sure the cards are clean not ours Walmart is not doing their job I think they should get on the ball and start doing their job by making sure the cards are sanitary and clean for people what are they getting paid for
