I ordered a straight talk Iphone for my son for Christmas and it was delivered with no sim card or activation card. I contacted walmart.com and they said they would have to send me a whole new phone. I had the rep make sure they had more in stock and he said they did. Then 3 days later I get an email saying they are not in stock! I then contacted them and told them to cancel my new order and went to straight talk and had them send me a sim card and activation card. Then 4 days later I received the second phone anyways! Great job canceling my second order customer service. That's 2 big strikes on 1 deal. Not to mention now I have to deal with sending back the second phone and they charged my credit card an extra $ 300 for the second phone. Never again!

After receiving the confirmation that our order was ready for pickup, we traveled to Walmart. We had to wait 10 minutes for an associate to come to the counter. He was unable to help us because the order had not been processed. He then called for a manager to assist us. 10 minutes later we had to press the button for help again because the manager had not arrived. The same associate came to the counter again and called the manager again and left. After anther 10 minutes nobody came. This went on for 45 minutes total before another manager happened to walk by. He called the manager who could help us and he showed up 5 minutes later. His name was Jay. He then tried to help us, but was unfamiliar with the system. After about 20 minutes a police officer came to the the register to purchase a note pad. Jay then helped him instead of us. We finally started begging any Walmart employ who walked by to help us, and finally one asked Jay to step aside and she solved the problem in 20 seconds. I should also mention that we had to get the item of the shelf ourselves since it wasn't actually waiting for us like it was supposed to be. If this wasn't a birthday gift that we needed the next day we would have never waited the hour and a half for these idiots to help us.

Worst customer service experience ever...
Ordered Razor Pocket Mod Scooter for $265 for daughter's Christmas gift. Was site to store order that I would pick up locally on Dec 15th. Received email on 16th that shipment was "delayed", but to "be patient" because delayed shipments typically arrive no more than a few days late. Being close to Chtistmas though, I decided to call and investigate instead... And that is how I found out that not only had the scooter NEVER shipped at all, it wasn't even in stock. Five hours of hold time and no fewer than ten customer service agents later, I was offered a refund that would take 7-10 business days to receive. Meaning I had lost a huge portion of my Christmas funds until AFTER Christmas was over!
I ordered the scooter again from VMInnovations on eBay and received it within 3 days. All I got from Walmart was TREATED BADLY, and I will never spend another dollar there again. Ever.

I'm pissed. I bought a galaxy ace phone for my daughter for christmas off walmart.com, site to store delivery. However we get to the store and they couldnt find my order. So they pulled one off the shelf and did not scan the phone. Christmas morning we could not acitivate the phone because of this. Went to store, they couldn't do anything and was told to call 1-800 walmart. So I get home and call the 1-800 walmart, they wouldnt do anything because it had been 15 days after I purchased the phone. REALLY it was a frigging christmas present. I order all my big christmas presents on walmart.com every year. I will order else where from now on. It was your fault walmart not mine why should I have to pay for your mistake.

I am not a big fan of box stores because you normally get what you pay for. WalMart has its critics but if you go to WalMart for 'stuff' it is a great place. I bought a Kid Connection Fast Trax Trucks, Set of 2 for less than $10, The 2 reviews were horrible... but when I found out the reviewers didn't know how to use a phillips screwdriver or just didn't look-- or you could push a button to find the out if the battery works or not, I figured I better say something. The toy for under $10 was a big hit for the 2 year old. In fact, all the toys were great for the grandsons. This toy, WalMart and the buyers need to know this was good 'stuff' for the price. I waited 40 minutes for a worker to unlock the glass cabinets so I could purchase some games for my son for Christmas. He never did assist me I had to go buy them elsewhere. This is a complaint about the electronics department of the Wal-Mart at 2801 Cunningham Drive, Evendale, OH *******

The site to store option is a joke. I have had to cancel two seperate orders because the clerks could not locate the items. Walmart has cancelled two of my orders over 24 hours after i placed the orders because the items i purchased were "out of stock". I had to wait 11 days for an item to arrive to the store even though at the time i placed the order it was available for same day pickup. The quickest the clerks have retrieved my item was 45 minutes for 1 compact disc, the longest I've had to wait for the clerks to retrieve my items was 2 hours for 2 laptops.

I ordered a New England Patriots jersey for my Mom for Christmas. When I placed order on 12/11 the jersey was in stock with free shipping in 5-7 business days. I received a e-mail today stating it shipped yesterday 12/15 and will be delivered on 12/29! 2 weeks! Pony express would be faster!
I looked into the new way large companies are using Fed X or UPS to deliver to people's local post office then delivered to their homes and read nothing but nightmares with this. Once your package has gotten to the post office it can no longer be tracked. The postal service is complaining that bar codes and labels are not being generated properly, therefore causing these packages to need to be handled manually. This is causing a huge delay in deliveries.
People need to be find out if the businesses they are ordering from use this type of shipping and be aware of how long it will take their purchase to be delivered.
I wish I had known.

I ordered a baby swing from walmart.com and it came broken so I called to return it and was told no problem they would send another one to the store and I could exchange them there. After several weeks and hearing nothing from them i called and they told me my order was cancelled because I had not agreed to an Affidavit that they set up for me, I was never told the first time about this so the woman issued a new one. Then when I went to agree to it I could not find it on the website anywhere. So again I called and after a really rude phone call we finally found it and I agreed. So then I waited and waited and never heard anything and called and they said it was at the store waiting nobody told me about this. So I went to the store and they were so rude told me I did not know what I was talking about finally I found a nice guy that called walmart.com and figured it out and walked me to the site to store to get it himself Thank you to him. On my way out of the store I was stopped like I was stealing it as well in front of a bunch of people. Then I got home opened it and the buttons were broken and it had a chip in it another broken one. Needless to say I called again and did the whole process over again, but of course when I went to complete it I could not find it again. So at this point I am so mad and pissed I decide to cut my losses and keep a broken one and never order again, it has been 3 months since I ordered the first one and 3 weeks since I called the last time and this morning I woke to find that they had charged our credit card again for the cost of the broken swing that I have already paid for. And when I called they told me I have to wait up to 5 buisness days for a phone c all from their financial department untill I can maybe get a refund. Just untill after christmas you know for $115.54 Sounds like theft to me I have been robbed by walmart. I have called my bank and you have robbed me give me my money now you thief!

Wow I don't even no how to describe how horrible my service with walmart.com... I ordered my toddler daughter a chair it was 92.oo they sent me a couple of delay emails saying it was coming later I was supposed to receive it Dec 13th got the 15th open the box take it out looks adorable till I put it I. The closest I realize one to the legs is cracked n then I looked it over there was a small whole in the back also... so I call 27 min wait it says to talk to someone so I wait they answer n hang up :/ I call customer service not returns instead he said Nothing he can do he will leave a not wtf... so I decided to call back later when my husband got home it says 26 minutes I wait the it 6 says 2 minutes then all of a sudden it says 35 minutes then someone answer again n hangs up wow so I call back customer service I tell them how I'm being treated n she says I'll transfer you to a supervisor line the lady says she's gonna give me back half my money then come back on the phone n says 25, I told her I would send pictures of the damage... then she says pick something eles I say I waited so long for shipping to get here there's nothing left I like that's black. Then she tells me she will have FedEx come get it n then return the money I need the money now in time to order from somewhere else. I don't hav money like that. So I ask to speak to her boss puts me o hold about 20 minutes then says Im gonna transfer you n throw my call back where it started... absolutely the worst service / experience iv ever had with any store so one final time I call customer service nice lady nothing she could do either I guess someone is going to call 3-5 days I won't hold my breath thanks for running my daughter's main christmas gift

Worst Online shopping I have ever had. I purchased 2 of the black Friday 3DS Bundles that were on sale as Christmas gifts. Now with all the shipping traffic i didn't mind the 1.5 week wait for the shipping. However that's where my understanding ended. I was tracking the oder every day and noticed something odd. Right before it was to be delivered it turned around and was delivered to another town to an "Invalid address". With that i contacted walmart to see what the shipping problem was. They said they couldn't help me and i had to contact FedEx. So i did and FedEX said someone from Dell Changed the address and Fedex could no longer help me. So now i just spent $300 on a package that is just bouncing around with no destination. So I contacted walmart and asked if they could just return the package and ship out a new one. They said no. They said that they can issue a return to me and that's it. No Rain check on the deal i got jipped due to their lack of organization, nothing but an apology. ANY other site I've ever gone through has jumped through hoops to help me get my product, fast, efficiently, and safely. Walmart just doesn't care.

My daughter ordered a Mickey Mouse Kitchen Set before Thanksgiving from the Wal-Mart online site and another toy for our granddaughter for Christmas. They were suppose to be sent FedEx. When we tracked the packages we found out that Fed Ex had turned them over to the US postal service and USPS had delivered them to a country mailbox without any type of notification (we check this mailbox everyday). We never saw the packages. USPS said they could not do anything about because it was free shipping. We called Wal Mart customer service and told them the situation- they refunded the price of the kitchen set since it was now out of stock and reordered the other toy with rush delivery. Thank you Wal Mart

Been ordering pure balance dogfood from walmart.com for over a year w/out problems, recently attempted to place my usual order and every item put into cart was cancelled obviously they are no longer going to ship for free even though the orders aren over 50.00, this is discrinination and false advertisement! I will never buy from Walmart.com again. I ordered a Christmas tree and ornament bundle on Cyber Monday 12/1/2014 and paid for expedited shipping so I could get the tree up for my kids. I was supposed to receive them on 12/3/2014 and I received the ornaments but not the tree so I called them and they said it was showing as delivered, I told them that I got the ornaments and they said that I should be getting the tree same day, then when they looked they said I would get tree on 12/4/2014 it had already been shipped. Well here it is 12/4/2014 and no tree I called back and asked for a tracking number and they told me they do not know if tree has been shipped yet. When I asked them to check they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then the call was disconnectd so I called back and asked them to check again and call was disconnected again, I am sure it was purposely. So I email them and they said it has to go to resolution and will take 5 days and then if they still have tree in stock they will send it if not I will get a refund. So nobody there even knows what they are talking about or what they are doing they are clueless.

I have ordered a CD on Nov 23, with the estimated delivery date of Nov 28, to be delivered to a local FedEx Office. On the 28th, I stopped by the FedEx Office -- no CD. I called them back again, the last time on Dec 2 -- still no CD.

I then tried to get ahold of the Walmart customer service, to no avail. The 800 number puts you through a lengthy menu, you punch in your order number a few times, end up with being told to wait 20 min. Said 20 min is a joke that gets you precisely nowhere. There is no way to speak to a live rep. Even when I called Walmart headquarters in Arkansas and briefly spoke to a live rep, I was quickly re-routed to the same old same old 800 number routine, back to square one. How does this experience jives with their claims of 'living better', beats me.

At this point, I do not want a refund, I WANT MY CD, and I want it now! This was meant to be a birthday gift, and now what? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never again.
