Order a Strait Talk unlimited calling card for my strait talk phone. My bank account was charged but my strait talk card was cancelled. Unable at this time to get resolution. Out of $45.75. Customer service is in Guatamala so you can only guess how much help they were.
TRIED to order a e gift card for a friend out of state. The website would not let me sign up for an account, it kept kicking me out (over 5 times.) So I finally got into it to order as a guest.
Got the confirmation email, BUT then 6 hours later I received an email saying my order was cancelled? I called the 800 number and they told me because I didnt pass security it was cancelled. Assuming because I didnt sign in? I entered all my info when ordering and MY DEBIT card, does this not prove who I am really?
3 DAYS later they STILL have my order pending with my bank. What a JOKE, will NEVER use this site or store again! BEWARE OF WALMART.COM
Never again! I ordered a pair of sweat pants that were supposed to be cotton and spandex, have in-seam pockets and be sized for petites. The product shipped to me was none of these things. When I tried to write a review on the web site critical of the product the website would not accept the review (that gives you an idea about how reliable the so-called reviews of a product are!). The pants are garbage and are going into the rubbish bin. It's not worth the expense of returning them.
I have had a few good transactions with Walmart.com. I was disapointed to find out if your waitng for a site to store order and it does not show up, there customer service department has no way of tracking it. They were very quick to reply to my questions, but unable to offer any help. The answers they gave me were very generic. They did not address the fact that I got a email saying it had been shipped but never made it to the store. Went to the store it was not at the store. I was told to wait till the expected delivery date and then check back. They did not read very well as that date had passed by as well as several more days. Walmart kindly refunded my money, but could care less that they lost a customer and could care less that they inconvienced a good customer!
I will never order from this site again. I ordered a pet food container w/wheels, and it arrived with no wheels. I tried to contact Walmart; what a hassle! There seems to be no number, you have to fill out a form, and instead of just sending the missing part, they make you return the whole thing and then want you to order it again. The reps couldn't care less, if you can finally get in touch with one of them, and who has time for all of this? It is one thing if you have a problem, can get in touch with someone to resolve it, but to have to do this much work to even get to a live person is RIDICULES. I will never order here again. If they mess up be prepared to do a lot of work.

THEN THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE I USED A "DIFFERENT IP ADDRESS AS A PREVIOUS ORDER."... I LIVE IN NYC ---- SO BASICALLY IF I MOVE, I CAN'T PLACE ORDERS? IF I PURCHASE AT WORK, I CAN'T PLACE ORDERS? SOUNDS A LOT LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT OR WHY ORDERS DON'T GO THROUGH.
PLEASE FIX YOUR BACK-END. I JUST PLACED MY FAIRLY LARGE ORDER WITH YOUR COMPETITOR.
2nd time in a week I have ordered fromantic her for same day pick up and the inventory was incorrect, custimer service is completely unhelpful, that is if you are lucky enough to get to them as there automated system is crap, took 10 minutes just to get somewhere to wait to talk to someone. They have no idea what's going on in there stores.
Told me my order prosessed for pickup that day then sent an email saying it wasn't available sent message to customer twice before anyone responded days later and said they sell you the product before they check if its available?! I can't buy something and then check if I have the money! They refuse to even notify me when it becomes in stock. I was told to check for other stores and guess what... the one I ordered from still had it listed as in stock. Order from Kmart or target instead and buy stuff that they actually have from people who will actually help with your problems, don't buy from walmart!
The Walmart.com people offered free shipping service. But they will charge it in the product cost. I felt like that about their service. They are having on time shipping
The site looks simple, uncluttered and has grand prices. Was a little hesitant to try a site I have not heard of. Spoke to some company guy over the phone. It didn't look like the generic call center. But overall, a very good experience - good price, good product and no delivery delay.

I once ordered a product here. Item was not delivered by due date. I later cancelled my order. I am still waiting for credit. Customer service is useless. Buyers beware, if walmart.com can't deliver a product, you can depend on spending hours on the phone. I'm still waiting.

I recently signed up with Walmart.com. I ordered coconut water (2 cases) and it came to the house in just a few days. I was very pleased, so when I ran out of the water, I decided to order 3 more cases. I was given an arrival date. The day came and went (It was supposed to be here by September 26,2014), so I called Customer Service on Monday, September 29,2014 to find out why it had not arrived.
I was told that the Fed ex man had broken the bottles. I understand that accidents can happen. However, I was never contacted, so was I just going to be charged on my credit card. To be fair, I did speak with a very nice woman and she told me a new order would be shipped out and be here in 2 days. I did receive the water today on October 1,2014.
Now I have to wait for my credit card statement and make sure they haven't charged me twice. Because of this experience, it makes me hesitant to use them again. Why would I not be told if something had happened to my merchandise?

I have ordered a shampoo from this online shopping website but I didn’t receive the quality product from them. When I checked the expiry date I really shock it is expired before 4 moths. I returned the item with them and within 3 days they send the exchanged the product. When delivering the items the service people must carefully check all these details.
I have ordered a few items from wal-mart.com and i find their service to be very good. Their shipping is always on time and the packageing is always secured probaly.
You should allow price matching from other stores to be available online for your customers to be able to see online comparing other purchases with other businesses as well as you do in your store you should allow them to see the different prices that you have found it these different stores while they're browsing online shopping and siding I want to purchase without having to check out other website while on your website they should be able to compare prices and buy from you completely without checking other sites because I would already know the prices and then if the price does change within that 30 days of your gift cards with money back from them saving money by shopping with you. It would better business and allow more business because people would already know the prices and they would be right at sight.
Too many times I find myself in a walmart store looking for what I need. Variety and convenience keep me coming back, but I prefer Target. I'm not sure why anyone would shop on walmart.com when there are so many other better online shopping avenues like amazon.com.
