Except for a couple of hick-ups, Walmart.com has been reliable.
In general Walmart is the best chain retail store. Very fair pricing but selections are limited, slow moving items will be discontinued.
Some special made for Walmart small appliances such as toasters or ovens may have "unclear" 2 year warranty … make sure you ask about warranty before you buy… because after 90 days it could be your problem.
I still go to Walmart to shop because in small cities they are the only places to shop..
You know that saying "Fool me once, shame on you - Fool me twice, shame on me?" Well Walmart has done it to me two times in a row now, and I'm finished with them. I ordered a baby shower gift last week and my online receipt said it would be there no later than 5/15/15. We got an email on 5/16 from Walmart Online saying that my delivery had been delayed. Sorry, we have no further information, but we'll email you when it arrives, and chances are it won't be more than another day or two. HA. Guess what? I have FedEx proof of delivery that the item was delivered to my Walmart store early in the morning on 5/15.
The same thing happened last month, and we waited for almost an hour in site to store while my package was hunted down. When it finally turned up, they told us it had fallen behind a large box. Seriously?
I'm between a rock and a hard place now, because I need the gift in the next few days and it's already paid for on my credit card. I hope it doesn't take an hour for them to track it down. I'm done with Walmart Online shopping. Saving the extra couple of bucks is just not worth the aggravation! Do yourself a favor and run the other way, just like I'll be doing from here on in.
I have ordered many times from Walmart.com. Everything came within a reasonable amount of time, they sent exactly what I ordered, and the prices are amazing! Very happy with this site.

Getting expensive and more expensive slow slow product by product that way people don't realize it much only when you haven't been there for some time and go back you noticed fast or if you saved receives from years back you know it

Walmart just lost a long time customer. I've used the credit card a few years. Then totally out of the blue, using the card it was declined because it was expired. I looked all over the card NO expiration date. Called customer service and talked to someone that spoke broken English. Yes was told my card is not expired that I need to enter this month/year. What? Why? If Walmart doesn't put an expiration date on the card but can be declined for an expiration date that doesn't exist. Bye bye Walmart!
They all came very quickly I bought a washing machine and it came under 2 days because it was in a nearby warehouse.
I moved to Hawaii this year so doing Holidays for my family on the mainland would have been expensive if it were not for Walmart.com. I ordered easily, paid for items and had them picked up at the local Walmart in the area.
I'll do this from now on for Christmas and other holidays.
You are just supporting slave labor. The walmart clan gets wealthier and the poor get poorer. They can enjoy their wealth now but they will pay for it in the end. Business practices are unethical. Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he could see what this company has evolved into. How many billions do you need to live a life of comfort.
But usually orders are quick and accurate and usually easier than fighting the crowds at the stores (if they even have that item at the store).
I have never had such a bad shopping experience in my life. All I can say is that Walmart can go F### themselves. They followed us around and treated us like shoplifters. We were there to get a car battery and work shorts for me. While I was trying on shorts I could hear a lady on the outside saying oh we have a shoplifter. I was curious about what she was talking about. It was taking a while because I am having a bad hip day. When I got done trying the shorts on Lee was pointing out a guy to Ozzy that had been following him around. The guy came right up on him and said you do not have the right to point me out. Then proceeded to follow even closer. We went to talk to a manager and all she could say was well he must be following you for a reason. I said well show me the evidence because we work hard for everything we have and we are not shoplifters. She said well we can not do that. I then got pissed and removed everything from the cart and set it on the floor. I shouted and told everyone that they have treated us like shoplifters and I am not going to have it. They called the cops and I called the cops. The cop was a dip$#*! telling me that I am not welcome back... like I want to go back! I have a major in psy, I have a clear record, never have I committed a crime. I had my kids with me for pits sakes.
I've purchased many things on Walmart.com and I prefer it over the stores. I can't stand going into Walmart (smell, crowd, ect...) but their online shopping is awesome! I've bought many big ticket items for my kids and it's worked out fantastic. We bought bedding, car seats, trampoline and outdoor playset. It was the cheapest price by far for the exact same product (brand name and all) and delivery was super fast and it all came in perfect condition! Super happy online Walmart shopper
I purchased a computer from Walmart.com four months ago in February paid for it on the 17th. Received it the 2nd of March. Now four months later Walmart has over drafted my account claiming that I did not pay for it. My bank statement says otherwise. Now I am being bounced around form department to department to fix the mess and not receiving any help in doing so. I need my money they took and now my account is frozen. Do not order off of Walmart.com nomater how well priced the item is it only will cause you a mess.
Never received my product although they claimed it was delivered. The package was to be delivered to an office with a reception area and somehow fedex left at the door yeah right. Then getting a refund was a pain in the $#*! with terrible customer service that could not get over that the information they were seeing was inaccurate.
