I bought 4 Tv's on walmart.com. They had a better price from there own vendors site. So I tried to get them to match it. They would not. So i returned the Tv's to vendor. I have the signed return receipt and sent it to walmart. But they have not returned my money. It's needn almost 6 months.! Last time I USE WALMART.COM

I liked the ease of having so much in one place and it was very well priced. In Florida for vacation and stopped in and was able to get everything we needed for the vacation home and things we forgot to pack and new swim suits. Good place, some of the workers hate their job and you can tell by their attitude.
I purchased two sets of outdoor cushions from Walmart.com thinking that it would be easy to return the ones I did not prefer directly to the store. WRONG! When I tried to return them to the store, they would only give me half the price as the price online was different than the store prices. I had the receipt and I was trying to do the return less than 10 days after receiving the item! I paid over $250 and they wanted to give me just $120 credit back. The clerk said the online site is like buying items from a different stores - they weren't linked and I would need to call the online service department if I wanted full price back! I was in the store on hold for over 20 minutes and asked the customer service representative in the store to talk with the store manager. He was not there, so, instead, the Assistant Manager came over. The Assistant Mgr said to just overide and give me the full return, the girl at the counter explained that this was not possible and that they needed a code from the online company. In the meantime, the online company finally answers and ask sto speak with the store representative. The Assistant mgr tells the online company that he is taking care of it and hangs up while the sales associate is yelling at him telling him not to hang up. The assistant mgr was wrong - he could not overide without a code and we had to call back and wait again for over 20 min. The whole thing was insane and I was there for almost three hours trying to work it out. In the end the online associate gave me credit and the store was supposed to return my items to the online company. A few days later my return was taken back because the store never returned my items to the online company. I am still fighting to get my refund - AGAIN!
Some days you can love this place, others you could just curse them to hell, why can't they get their act together more.

They clearly hire people who like to disrespect there customers. This is the last time i am going to this walmart. I truly feel sorry for people who have to deal with there customer service. They clearly have no way of helping there customers and would rather yell at them in a nasty tone of voice if you ask questions about any thing. Not a walmart i would recommend to any one. Apparently the customer is always wrong here
I hate the hold that walmart has on my town. I will drive 35 miles out of my way and go to Denton or Sherman TX just so that I have OTHER PLACES TO SHOP. I don't even care if the item I am looking for costs more money as long as the money is not going to walmart I don't care.

The one thing that I find most annoying about this site is that stupid popup that constantly asks me to sign up for their Shipping Pass pilot program.
Other than that, the site it well organized and loads fairly quickly.
If it's a new store, it's fairly easy to shop, with filled shelves & wide isles, and sometimes better bargains than other places.
Check out clerks are fast and on top of things.
But it's still a very long walk from Grocery items to Pet Food. Why aren't they together? It only makes sense. Guess they want you to find something NOT on your list.
Low total amount required for free shipping so we order our everyday items at Walmart.com. Fast delivery - super convenient to have everything from vitamins to toothpaste shipped directly to the house.
Ordering from Walmart is very easy and the great thing is that if for some reason, you are not satisfied with the order, it is very easy and convenient to return since there are so many Walmart stores. Not to mention great prices!
I recently ordered uniform shirts for my nephew from Walmart online and they arrived very quickly and the quality of the shirts are awesome. Very thick and they say anti-shrinkage. Great decision.
