My Walmart.com order never arrived after being shipped twice.
In fact, the 2nd time half of my order came as it was shipped in two boxes with two different carriers.
Things happen, I understand. When you cannot get it right 3 weeks after your delivery deadline, have no clue what is going on, offer no resolution other than sending standard templates (your satisfaction is important to us, blah, blah, blah), the problem is not that things happen, the problem is that you don't know your job.
So, not so much because they didn't do the job, but because they were so incompetent and downright idiotic throughout the whole process, I will never again give any business to this company and if you value your time or your money, neither should you.
I THINK WALMART SHOULD OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR PRODUCTS THAT CAN ONLY BE ORDERED ONLINE & ARENT AVAILABLE IN THE STORES.
I ALSO LOST $32.00 IN SCANNING RECIEPTS SOMEHOW. SOMEHOW THE SITE COULDN'T RECOVER THE MONIES. I NO LONGER SCAN THE RECIEPTS. SAD DAY!
BUT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED EXCEPT HONEY WHEAT BISCUITS, BUT NOONE CARRIES THEM ANYMORE. LOL... OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE WALLY WORLD!
I had the experience of buying an item from them online and they did a good job. They got the product to the person it was intended for and it was supposed to be a little wedding present. They got it just in time for the wedding and were happy with the gift. I am glad Wal-mart did a good job anf got it to the couple on time just a few days aqafter ordering it. Thanks Wal-mart!:-D

I have mainly ordered clothing, and found it to be inferior - poor material, bad fitting, etc. It's better going to the store & seeing the items than gambling on the site.
I have never had any issues ordering from the website. Will order again
They have very good deals on electronics, kitchen appliances large and small, and some groceries. Their Pharmacy is No hassle, well stocked, and fast. Yes, Walmart is the kind of place where you pick and choose the good products from the bad, but, they are a lifesaver to have around. I'm probably in the minority, but I have not had problems here, ever. THE biggest gripe I have with them, is they Really need to restock their shelves more often. They're out of stuff, I know they have in the back, which is frustrating, but hey, it's not Nordstrom, so, it's a minor inconvenience all things considered.
Well you can find almost anything here. I just hope they train their cashiers to be more polite. Otherwise they have an acceptable service
Purchased a cedar playhouse for my daughter's 3rd birthday, and it showed up in a torn-up box and pieces too badly damaged to put together. The box had been re-taped, so we think it had been returned before. Trying to return it/get my money back was a bloody nightmare. Over the course of 2 days, I spent over 4 hours on the phone (FYI: don't fall for the "there's no manager available" line. Rep then says "there's nothing a manager can do for you I can't." Is that really the script they're given by corporate?!). Once I threatened to post negative reviews all over the place, a manager was suddenly available! After 2 hours on the phone the first day, the manager reluctantly said he'd give me a 20% credit for inconvenience, but we would have to return the item to the store. Says he is putting a note in my file so there won't be any confusion. SO... my husband hauls a 125-lb box to the store on a 95-degree day, and not only do they pull back the 20% credit promised to me the day before ("it's against policy, ma'am"), but they wouldn't give us the full purchase price back--tried to cheat us out of $15! Husband spent 2 hours at customer service desk, while I had to simultaneously get on the phone with an online manager and threaten to file a complaint with the BBB. These people are just awful. I kept saying, "But you're Walmart... you can't really be this horrible." I was in tears by the end of it all. In short, daughter's birthday was ruined, and we won't EVER be shopping at Walmart again.
I ordered a patio set. When the set didn't arrive in the week that it was suppose to arrive, they discounted the furniture. Customer service was very friendly, very helpful. Prices are good.
Prices are good, quality not so much! Watch your prices on food items as not always the lowest... they do make it easy to price shop.
I've irder stuff from Walmart.com many times. I never get clothes there because the quality isn't really good but camping gear movies and even electronics are great. Every time I order online the items are shipped super fast which I love. House hold products are much cheaper cleaning supplies and stuff.

I've ordered from Walmart and must say not bad Not Bad at all. I received my orders sooner than expected or on time as well as special deals you don't get in the store... I'd order from Walmart again.
I love this stuff! It smells so good! Just never put it in your fabric softner section in the washer. I will get clogged.
Placed my first ever order with Walmart.com for a tire to be delivered to a store. Was promised in 7 days and 10 days later they say "delayed" with no reason or no new date for arrival. Have been driving around nervously on the spare. This is not acceptable and a mistake to go to this site will never be made again. Not worth it to save $10 on a $211 purchase. No one available to talk to either. Store to which was supposed to have been delivered does not have a clue and totally unhelpful. Would never have happended if Sam Walton was still running the show
They have firm warranty guarantee for electronics. I loved the after sales
There is nothing that you need for everyday living that you cannot get at Walmart. Com And there is free shipping on orders over $35.
