I have used Wal-Mart online shopping several times. Products always came on time by UPS when shipped to my home and within a few days if shipped to store. Merchandise has been as described online and pictures/descriptions are accurate. The only thing I don't like is their extended warranty Program. The insurance program does not give you return merchandise cost back onto your debit or credit card if you do not want a replacement product. They send you a e-mail with the refund amount you can print out and use at a Wal-Mart store or enclose the series of numbers in the section at checkout online which will be deducted from your total amount of purchase. I feel whatever you use to pay for merchandise it should be refunded back that way if you choose not to be forced to spend it at Wal-Mart again if you choose to want to spend it else where.

I live in a pretty rural area, and Walmart is the only place to shop for stuff you can't get at the dollar stores. (We have to drive an hour to get to any of Walmart's competitors, and that's too much work for a few household necessities.) They recently built a Walmart Neighborhood Market right up the road from us, and that has saved us tons of gas money (the next closest Walmart is 30 miles away.) Such a relief to be able to find fresh groceries, as our piddly town only had one private grocery store, and it is always filthy with rotting meat and produce.

Although I don't necessarily enjoy shopping in the store, I love going to Walmart.com. It is especially handy when I have items I need in sets (like storage bins). I want them to match, but there may not be as many as I need in the physical store. I can simply site-to-store my matching sets and never have to drive all over the state trying to find extra pieces.

Another thing I love about the website is the Savings Catcher App. It picks up price matches from stores that are out of my driving range, and I get money back in my account every week. From one year of shopping at Walmart, I have enough in my Savings Catcher to cover Christmas this year.

The only downside to the only store is that is sometimes very slow to load. Navigation and check-out are fast and easy. They even get the items to my local store days ahead of schedule. Plus, I am getting the same brands (such as Fisher Price) that would be in any more "acceptable" store.

Maybe not a necessity for those who live near mega shopping districts, but Walmart. Com is a lifesaver for those of us who live "in the sticks".

Getting the best price on a product or service is not always a good thing. Walmart must bears some heavy responsibility for the migration of US manufacturing overseas especially to China. They have facilitated arrangements wherein US based companies have been introduced to Chinese manufacturers who then build their product in China. What is happening to WalMart now is Karma and Karma can be a $#*!. Americans are still the most productive employees on Earth. They should spend their money at retailers who support them and their prosperity.

Wasn't updated as to the status of our order. When asking support over the phone where our package was, no one could seem to find it. Not even a last location. When talking to the photo center at the store pick-up, neither customer service or the photo center were any help in locating the order. After sending another 20mins on the phone with customer support, they contacted the store and took another 10mins to locate the order. When picking it up from the store, no one could tell me why it was just sitting in a closet. Need to find a better more accurate way to track in system orders.
