Not what I expected.

Ordered 3 books during the spring for my summer reading and shipping took almost 2 full weeks. I got them tho so I wasn't so mad. Last month or two ago I ordered two sim3 stuff packs... They took my money and sent me 2 bad game codes. I tried to use their 'contact us' and surprise surprise, you can't contact them. You enter in your issue and they just lead you down a rabbithole of suggestions but no CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE! I chalked it up as a lesson. I had ordered sim packs once before from them with no problem, but this time neither one worked and I was out 40$. I can't bring myself to order from them again online... Not when they stole 40$ of my money.

Horrible service

I don't know why I even bothered with Walmaerts website. It took me forever to get a refund... I've always stayed away from the store so I'm not sure what I expected. Horrible service, My advice... go somewhere like Amazon... much better.

Broken for over 4 years

I really enjoy going out to shop on "black Friday" I have done this for the past 12 years or so and generally have a good time. I have to say this year Walmart dropped the ball on their sale products, prices and their website. I think a two year old could design and develop a better website. They have an issue with their sorting ability and it has been an ongoing issue for over 5 years.

I was an associate at the walmart ISD in Bentonville, AR for nearly a decade. I reported this as an open door issue complete with screenshots, documentation and feedback over 2 years ago and got the canned answer we are looking into it. Well guess what guys its still not fixed.

If Walmarts actions do not change they will eventually go the same way as Kmart. Poor Service + Poor policy + Poor Support = bankrupt. You have been warned now its just time to sit back and wait for it to happen.

That is sad to the company isn't all that bad I would say its a good average company to work for but this action will erode your customers to the point they no longer wish to be your customer... Is that a chance you are willing to take?

On line purchase

Never again will I buy something from Walmart on line because first you wait for about an hour for a clerk to wait on you than you wait about another 40 minutes because the room is locked with your purchase and one person through out the whole store has the key and believe me this person is in no big hurry to give the clerk waiting on you the key. Not only our the customers frustrated but also a lot of the clerks were frustrated as well as one clerk would tell the other clerk open the room and the clerk would throw up her hands and insist how can I open up the room I donot have the key. Does walmart not trust more than one person to have a key. Long story short very poor customer service!

Give Them Some Slack

They get beat-up by some sectors of our press or community but bottom line they have saved us billions since Sam Walton started that little company many years ago. They have hired millions and yet they still get no respect. Pretty sad. It is a home-grown company that has done great and all we do is bad mouth them.

Cheap

I don't mean inexpensive, I mean cheap. They also do not treat their help good and there aren't enough staff for the level of volume they have. Super stores have low quality mats and fresh produce.

LOVE/HATE RELATIONSHIP

But you can't beat their pricing. I love shopping Walmart.com. More than shopping in store. They carry items you can't find in store. For example, I use Lime Away, but I can never find it at the store. Lime Away toilet tabs too! Didn't even know those exist! They also have many products, furniture manufactured by other companys' like Wayfair, Overstock, etc. If you hate shopping AT Walmart, then on line is the way to go.

GOING TO WALMART IS JUST RIGHT, I CAN DO MOST OF MY SHOPPING THERE. THE EXCHANGE SERVICES AT THE COUNTER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE JUST FINE. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE NOT ONLY UNDERSTANDING, AND FRIENDLY BUT VERY HELPFUL. I THANK GOD FOR WALMART AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND PRAY THAT THE GOOD LORD JESUS WHO CAME IN THE FLESH AND CAME FROM OUR HEAVENLY FATHER ABBA, WILL CONTINUE TO WORK WELL TOGETHER WITH THEIR CUSTERMERS. Okay, I was at Wal-Mart black Friday looking for a straight talk phone but the one I wanted was not on sale Samsung galaxy prime, so I left the store thinking oh well. When I got up Saturday morning checking my email I saw that Wal-Mart sent a email to me at 1128pm about the same phone l was looking for earlier in the day it was $49 when it was $199 I asked the store manager about it he said Wal-Mart was a little late sending some emails out. So l if it was Wal-Mart fault why can't we as customers get that deal regardless. My Black Friday experience

Last Sunday I made a holiday purchase at Walmart.com and my purchase arrived in great condition on Wednesday evening. I could not believe how fast it was because they actually told me it wouldn't even be delivered until Friday at the earliest and it was two days early! Maybe it is because I ordered before the holiday rush but I was exceptionally satisfied and would definitely purchase again.

HORRIBLE!

The only thing easy and convenient about walmarts website is getting tired of trying to navigate it's webpage and ending up buying what you want from another company's website. Idk what is wrong with their webpage. But you'd think with all the business and money they bring in they would be able to have one of the best sites to shop and navigate through. I'm constantly having to recover it's webpage or wait for several minutes just to wait for a page to load. God forbid you want to backtrack to a previous page. Don't waste your time. Shop somewhere else. And my good fortune I ventured to home depot's webpage after desperately trying to shop for rugs through walmarts and ended up not only getting better quality rugs. But cheaper price. On many things from other sites as well. Walmarts not as cheap as they use to be. And their quality has gone waaayyyy down hill.

If you buy from a merge company they will try to tell you cant have your money for your free shipping fight them on it because on the site it does not specify that they merge...

I love ordering online from Walmart! The prices are the best! Great employees, great prices and excellent service, that is a place I want to shop. Have had issues as far as bottles leaking or damaged packages. But customer service always responds quickly and will reship the item. I highly recommend this shop!

I always bought my groceries and shopping stuff at walmart. They got a huge variety of products and the best is walmart are everywhere. Most of them are open 24 hrs and it is very convenient. It's like everything I need are at walmart.

Need more checkers.

I have learned not to try to return anything, especially if ordered online. It takes forever and the clerks get very aggravated. The stores have way too many empty check out stands. Not even half will be open, but shoppers are required to stand in line often 20-40 minutes. The self check out stands are not any faster. Too many people will be queued up waiting too. Shopping there is not a pleasant experience. Many clerks complain they usually don't get their breaks for hours. I don't think Sam would have liked how poorly his stores are managed. I appreciate walmarts savings catcher and being able to double my saving with a blue card.

Site was okay. Got stuff from here a few times.
Just DON'T store your credit card information on here. Had someone hack into my account and try to buy something with my money. Lucky for me, it sent me an email and I was able to cancel the order.
