I have not used this website to much, but the times I have, no problems at all. I would say download the savings catcher app and scan all Walmart receipts! I have received so much money back! LOVE THIS APP, please check it out!

The company has excellent customer service and order assistance. They will give a return and a refund with no hassle. Their only shortcoming is that too many of their product are made in China..

I purchased a TV from Walmart.com in late November, with the intention of getting it by Christmas. There was an error made in the ordering process, and my shipment, after some prodding from me, was received the day after Christmas.

Much to my surprise (and to the delight of my pocketbook), Walmart.com gave me a 20% discount on the item, along with a very sincere apology by an employee.

I was duly impressed. Walmart.com gets great grades in my book.

I ordered several items as Christmas presents on Black Friday and received them 2.5 weeks before the big day. I was so thrilled. I wish I had ordered everything from there. I am still waiting for stuff I ordered from 2 other places and I payed for that the same day.

Great customer service

Blue Parrot headset we bought stopped working after 2 weeks, they quickly sent a replacement and give you 30 days to return the defective one. 12 volt cooler we bought works great. I love the in store pick up.

They will do the less work for the people that work for them and for a customer as well they hide things and will back stab for at any moment that they like dont trust them ever i know after working for they that i will never trust them after what they have done to me even when i had chemical that burned my left side of my face they did very little as possible to fix it.

Their service is satisfactory, providing list of products & grocery items at reasonable rate & thus providing discount offers too is good. The only issue is you required to wait in long queues to get your items done so if it is resolved it will be great for them to offer more good service

Good for ordering, carts $50 or more have free shipping on most items, BUT in-store pick up is free and what a hassle. If it wasn't for getting screaming good deals I wouldn't bother to pick up in-store. Customer service is consistently (between multiple different Wal*Marts in different states) under staffed or under equipped to handle online orders. Be prepared for a headache if you're picking up, unless the deal is worth it, I would only recommend shipping.

I'd rather not return it than return to that store, no one can park right, every car has loud music and gang rims. There was a pit bull with a seatbelt and it had an eye patch. That whole place can goto hell

I ordered a site to store bed frame for my daughter. When I went to the store they took forever to wait on me and then when they did find the item the box was opened and we had to take it out in the store to make sure everything was there. A most interesting experience. I like Walmart but I will no longer do any online purchases with them.

Prices are good. Selection of goods is even better than the store. And if you purchase >$50, free shipping. Excellent customer service - if anything delivered broken or wrong, they will make every attempt to correct it.

Walmart has good prices, a good selection of products, and they do indeed try to provide good service. I like the Automotive Department, nothing too complex, but for basic services they do alright, and again at good prices. They get far more bad rap than they deserve. They are for the most part, reasonable on warranties. Shop till ya drop.

I purchased some great value wing selections one afternoon from my local Walmart.We have purchased these many times before and they've always been very tasty for the price.

I always boil the wings and watch them close so they are not undercooked. Tonight while we were boiling them we noticed white things sticking out and floating around while still attached to the actual wing.

I scooped one out and realized they still had their feathers attached. Needless to say, we did not consume the feathered wings
