I placed a large order on the 6th and it shipped on the 7th. I got free shipping because of the size of the order but I paid extra for one group of items because I needed them by the 13th and the estimated date of delivery was 14th. There was six items in that sub section and only tow of the six was shipped quickly and received on the 9th. It's now the 11th and the estimated delivery of the item that I urgently need is 13th, but tracking shows it hasn't even been received by fedex yet and is being shipped the slowest service they offer. Four days gone by and only two days left and it's still sitting at walmart waiting to ship and all walmart will tell me is to wait until it's late and they can help me, but I'll be in the hospital recovering from surgery with nothing to wear because of their mistake and they won't even make an effort to fix the problem while there still is time.
Not to put too fine a point on this, but their customer service really sucks and I've been buying from them online for years, and one time I need something urgently and not only do they screw up, but they won't lift a finger to help me, or even call the warehouse to inquire, just scripted replies that they can't help until the item is late.
I purchased a $25.00 gift certificate from Walmart as a gift. The person I gifted it to said that when she went to the store to use the certificate, it wasn't valid, and wasn't activated. I sent an email to Walmart requesting my money returned. I was told that the card was now activated, and it is not their policy to return money. I will never shop nor purchase anything in that store. THEY DON'T KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shop elsewhere. They were wrong and they refused to return my money.
Walmart has low quality cheap stuff. They don't pay their workers (both overseas factory and local retail) remotely enough. The only thing saving them from a single star is their pharmacy which offers the same meds for drastically lower prices, and some other staple products which are excatly the same as other store carry at a lower price. If you can't afford to shop anywhere else, WalMart will have to do.
I hate the actual store but the online store is amazing with great customer service and better prices than in their own stores. I order thousands of $ worth from their web site every year on a monthly basis and have never had a problem!
I'm not always pleased with them. You're better off going to the store itself!
I fine that the prices on most of there foods are lower then the other food store in the area
Okay walmart still doesn't have an app but as of this year they have a Canadian website. Now I know why they waited so long. Rather than just offering shipping to Canadian addresses they've created a. Ca that appeals to customers from my region. Fast shipping and store pick up. The usual walmart quality so not great but about what you'd expect for the price.
Very small selection on clothes and toys but I'm sure that will change in the Christmas season. Selection is better at the store but I love the convenience of the site.
Their automatic re-order feature doesn't work, but whatever.

I have been dealing with walmarts for years. Great products and great customer service and support. Have made a few large purchases and never had to exchange.
On the 25 I ordered two RCA two in one tablet laptops. They were suppose to be in on the first and they weren't. I called Walmart.com and they said give it three more days. So on the 5 when they still were not in I called again. They told me they could either make a new order or refund me my money both of would take 3-10. I needed my tablet lap top the next day for school since that was the day my classes started. They then tell me Carbondale Walmart had 5 in stock so I could make an order online for pick up today. I told the lady I could not make the order until I got my money back. She then transferred me to someone who could make the order for me. I was in hold for almost and hour and still no one answered the phone. So I hang up and call Walmart.com back and ask to speak to a manager. Finally get to talk to her and she told me she would fix the problem so she put me on hold for what she said would only be a few minutes. Forty minutes go by and she still had not come back to the phone. So I hang up and call again. This time the lady that answered tells me she is going to put me on hold but hangs up instead. So finally I am so fed up I call back and tell them to just refund me my money. So then I call the Carbondale Walmart to ask them to put two in hold for me and they tell me they don't have any and that they never talked to anyone from Walmart.com. I made my first call at 4:26pm and finally was done with them at 7:43pm. Dealing with Walmart.com was the worst experience and I will never do it again.
Love ordering from walmart online! The shipping is fast and has always arrived the day they say it would, items are always packed great with Great service!

Nothing about this store would ever get me to go back! The clientele, employees and general atmosphere made want to exit immediately. Stopped for something for a headache because it was handy and that was a big mistake! Checker ran out of cash register tape and this process involved shouting back and forth between checkers.
Very nice thing to shop with. Convenient ordering, fast processing and very low prices. Nice!
Everything i ordered was as described, the only comments i have is they delivered it in a big box to the wrong apartment on the wrong floor, 325 instead of 525, it was quite difficult to lug it around
My wife and I moved from an urban setting to a rural life which was a very good move. One of the problems of rural living is that you cannot find things you need without driving into a city and in our case that would be over 130 miles so we shop on line for a lot of things. Our only local shopping is at Walmart since it is the only department store in town but they do not stock some things we need from time to time so we order on line from various places one of which is Walmart. They have a good selection of items not stocked in the store and many will have free shipping for pick up at the store. I have used this service many times with few problems and recommend you give it a try.
I always order basics on-line from WalMart. When it comes to clothing for the family, I prefer a tad bit better quality than what is usually available at WalMart.
