Walmart has everything I need and the price is reasonable, however, I hate the crowd, small in space, and they have the worst cart. I wish Walmart was more like Target in terms of space and cleanliness and Target has the best carts to use. I'd shop at Target if only Target had everything I needed like Walmart does.
Bought a ladies watch online. Was too big. Took to local store and was told that online was a different operation and would have to return watch online. So asked to see bands that would make this watch fit. Associate said she wasn't sure. How to help with that. I asked if I found a band could she replace. She said she wasn't sure. Found a band, husband replaced. Next day, battery was bad. After 90 minutes at store, associates, total of 3, finally completed battery replacement. This was at local Walmart on Veterans Memorial Parkway, Lafayette, Indiana. We will not be returning to this store or any Walmart
I went online, easy to use by the way, to see a product price. Then went to store as it said it was in store in my area. The item online was $10 cheaper than in store. When I checked out and tried to price match, I was told they don't price match themselves online! How ridiculous!
I went on line to order merchandise (not found in stores) and the delivery dates were not at all respected. The customer service and help functions are totally underwhelming: surely employees took my call and after 10 mins on the call to resolve my issue they hung-up on me. The next call with a manager I requested left waiting on-line for 35 minutes, and he was no help. My call was transferred to another individual. To date I still don't have merchandise though its been two weeks.
A good share of people who work there have no idea of what they are doing they need better training. Some are very nice but just not well trained.And I've found better prices at organic food stores on healthier natural foods.
When a Company refuses to do their job ( decorating a cake for a policeman) they should be fired. I don't plan to risk that something I want written on a cake might offend a cake decorator. Who do you think they will call if they are in trouble ".
The company came to Lompoc, CA and drove many small businesses out, with their cheap foreign products. They also pay starvation wages. I just can't support them.
I have purchased many item's from Walmart.com, and set it up to have them deliver the item's to my nearest store, and the system is so well set up that they even email you when it has arrived at your store for pick-up. What a Wonderful system. I would say good Job, well Done.
I love the way they arrange everything and organise just about everything. They have all the groceries and items according to locality. The place where I live, I can find almost any item I need in the walmart, plus at an affordable price.

3 out of 3 orders from Walmart.com were bad experiences when I went to the store to pick up the item. The first one I went to the back of the store to the pick up area and had my receipt on the box and went through the checkouts to pay for some other items and was stopped on the way out the door and treated like a criminal as if I was trying to steal something. They were totally unfamiliar and had no process in place for someone that has to walk from their pick up area in the back of the store then to the front to leave. The next time I ordered something it was too large to keep in their pick up area and when I went to pick it up no one knew where it was. It took a long time for them to locate where they had stored it and when they finally did the employees were frustrated and the whole process was poor. The next and the last item that I ordered from Walmart.com was something I waited for over a month to receive and when I went to get it they had marked the box wrong and they gave me someone else's order. I talked several times on the phone to an assistant manager and he said he would be there the mext day to help me return it. I went back to the store again and had to wait in line at the service desk. I told them which manager I had talked to and they ignored me and ended up getting three other managers instead. I had to tell the story three different times plus what I had told the previous manager on the phone. Very dysfunctional at the store level if you have your item sent to the store. They are not set up to provide customer service that would make me ever want to use them again or maybe it's their way of trying to not have the item shipped to the store.
I've never had a problem ordering from Walmart.com whether it's been shipped to my home or shipped to store. Use it frequently.

Every week we are buying food for us and animals in this shop for the reasonable prices. My whole family(including daughter and granddaughter in Russia) are wearing cloths from Walmart,

I would have given them 5 stars if they didn't have such a high threshold for 'free shipping'. I use walmart.com to buy many plastic organizational drawers of all sizes - for papers, makeup, clothes, garage use. Also, great car organizational items. They have the best prices for these items and I have received them in a timely manner and in good shape.
I ordered this kit online to redo some bathroom counter tops. Once done they looked fabulous! However these are NOT heat resistant. My daughter used her curling iron and had laid it down on the counter and the top coat yellowed! Im not sure how they can advertise them for use in a kitchen when Im sure people would be setting hot pans out of the oven on them. I tried to find any other review that was not sponsored by Daich and I couldn't find anything on line so thought I'd try posting one here. Just be careful if you chose this coating.
They have lots of products at great prices.
I like to use them as an alternative to Amazon which has become way too big to my liking. Too big that don't seem to care for what their customers think anymore, so an alternative is imperative now.
I have even found many products that I buy frequently that are cheaper on Walmart than anywhere else online.
Their shipping is a little slow so could use some improvement, but if you're not in a hurry give them a try!
The past experiences were great but this last one did me in! All I have to say
Site offers all the products you can find at your local store, sometimes even more, and makes shopping easy. No trudging up and down aisles to find the location of the product you want. In my case pickup is extremely easy, there is a Walmart Neighborhood Market right down the street so I have products shipped there at no additional cost. Beats driving 10 miles to get to the nearest super center.
Regardless of what Walmart location I have shopped at, they tend to be grungy and less appealing that Target. They claim to have better prices, but I don't see the prices being any better than Target on most items. However, the quality at Walmart is substandard. Most of the time, you are not getting even a comparable quality as Walmart products are mostly inferior.
I would not recommend Walmart as there are too many good alternatives.
