I recently found myself confined to my home after surgery. I live alone and my loss of independence was a blow. Then I remembered Walmart.com! I was able to order pet supplies, food, sundries, laundry detergent, etc and it would usually arrive at my door within five days with free shipping.
I bought a tv on the website. It was to be delivered on friday, but I got it on wed.
I was told by a Supervisor that I could track my product better than they could. They cannot tell me where the product that has already been purchased is. It left there warehouse in my state over a week ago. The delivery site is 60 miles away. I could walk it faster than that. It is now 3 days past the Due date. And they still say DUH... NOT A GOOD LOGISTICS SYSTEM I WISH ZERO WAS AVAILABLE
They are great, cheap and mostly everything they have. Just I had a bad experiences with there bbq packaging. I receive the packages with my item all broken and all my bbq was all over the box. Overall they great

Prices are always good. Returns are easy. Lets face it, there is a Walmart on every corner, so returns are easy. Almost everything can be returned to the store.
Walmart has great prices, but, do not go into walmart if you are in a hurry! Every time, we are stuck waiting and waiting in line. Walmart has 25 lanes, but, only 2 are open for service! Come on Walmart, where is your service?
I ordered some leggings online. I bought leggings in the store. I loved the ones at the store. The same leggings online were of the same material. That is where the comparison ended. The exact same ones described on line as to the ones I picked up in person at the store. The fit was not the same. They were larger. The description online was not what I received. Not sure if merchandise is exactly the same that the vendor provides to the online stores as the big box store even when said merchandise is the exact description. Just beware of that.
For all of your disgusting consumer needs, you greedy bunch of S. O. B.'s can get it all and more!... Cheap! So come on down to Wally world and get your swag on.

For a Billion dollar company I would think they could afford to update their Internet System. Christmas was just forget it. When looking up something. Using SEARCH. All kinds of junk would pop up. It would take me 2 hours to order 6 items. Then the cart button does not work. It is the same with SAM's CLUB. Several times I am missing items because it did not go in the cart. Walmart hurt themselves and it's happening to Sam's Club. And it effects the employees who are losing their job. I have a Migraine after ordering from the web sites because it is so frustrating.
Most of the time I usually get my order ad promised, I hate that they don't ship clothing to the stores. Also, they do not cancel orders for you.
I can find so many things at Walmart stores. The price is just right, from clothes, shoes, jewelry, under garments, personal hygiene products, food, and other supplies. Save money there.
The customer service is about what you would expect from Walmart. You get what you pay for.
