Yes, you can find some great deals but I have walked out on a couple of occasions when I only have one or two items and there is a huge lineup. My time is worth more than that.

Best mattress I ever had. I have since ordered two more. Everyone who sleeps on them loves it! Super inexpensive. That proves it doesn't always have to cost the most to be the best.
I spent literally hours trying to register for free grocery pick up at Walmart. To make very long story short, I re-registered a half dozen times bc the site would freeze and I couldn't even get back into my original account much less get my shopping list back. I sent customer service a couple of messages and the response was to call Walmart. I did. No help. When I finally got through, they said I could try again tomorrow. Really?
I'd never tried to use this service before, and I won't again after hours of bs. Get your roll backs and whatever else in line Walmart. Your customer service sucks, not at just this location but I've lived all over the U.S. and have yet to find a location that stood out in a positive way. There are never enough registers open and the people that work there are the last that want to help you. Maybe bc by the time you catch up with the them they have no idea where anything is or how to help you find someone who does. Tighten up Wally World.
My Wal-Mart.com account was hacked, someone ordered over $800 worth of iPad minis, camera equipment and other electronics and even tho my address and store was in Michigan they were going to allow someone with a name not attached to my account to pick these items up in Flordia, far away from my home & home store, had I not gotten an email saying my items were ready to be picked up and called the store where the items were to be picked up at, the hackers/ theirs would have had the items, walmart also released the person with out calling the police when the woman showed up for the items! I will never use Wal-Mart.com again.
Did not meet their shipping estimated date and did not notify me of the change. I only discovered it when I started looking to see why it had not arrived today, the day that was posted as the delivery date all week long. And customer service was a joke. An apology and an offer of $2.95 adjustment! I requested cancellation and refund but they said I have to wait for the order to arrive, refuse it, and they keep my money until the return gets back to them! So if the order doesn't arrive for another week I still don't get my money.
I have used Walmart.com for Years I almost prefer it to going in the store. Almost:-)
They are always so Prompt and polite. I promise the One time I had a problem it was resolved so quickly I didn't miss a beat.

First off, what? The search engine is so stupid, it's beyond words. You type in, say, "hot dog buns" and it comes up with two options. That's it. Or say you just want to know how much something is? Well too bad. Because they will not tell you how much anything is without clicking on the item and waiting for it to load. And even after waiting, 99 out of 100 times, that item won't be within 50 miles of you. Even after you tell them specifically what store you live near. It's like the website exists to tell you everything you can't have because it is either out of stock, or not within 50 miles of you. Thanks Walmart, you're a big help. Usually, I try and focus on the best thing about a website. But in this case, that thing is that you can just click exit.
I have never been treated so poorly in my life. During a return at the customer service desk I snapped a photo of the transaction. The clerk said, "That it was against Walmarts company policy for a customer to take a picture inside their store. She refused to complete the transaction. A Zone Supervisor got involved and removed the photo from my cell phone. The employees were rude and arrogant. I left knowing I would never enter a Walmart again..
Everything and then some, what don, t they sell, I have been buying from this store for 27 yrs, there is never any issue on returns or exchanges and the selection of goods is vast.
Most of Walmarts staff are personable and helpful throughout the USA, i have shopped Walmart in several different states for everything from plants to Electronics, fashions and groceries etc, the only thing i would have them pay attention to is ( Clean out the perishables more often please) and don, t leave dead floating fish in tiny containers on shelves, water the plants YOU Walmart have paid for, sad to see dying plants for lack of water and a waste of your profits. That last ones a constant every year, i see plants half dead as staff forget to water or can, t be bothered to move plants so they GET to water.
I can find what I need at Walmart. But navigating through some of the rudest shoppers ever gets on my last nerve. Some of the employees are pleasant and helpful, while others come across like they don't want to actually help. Then there is the getting different answers from each associate. It's frustrating.
Really love that I have a reliable place to shop for important things. I'd love to support the boutiques, but I simply cannot afford to. Thank you for being there

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON LINE!
They lost my first order, then I placed my second, replacement order. Then wala, they found my first order! Now, time to cancel one of my orders so I don't get double stuff. Well, now I find out the use third party vendors, and I need to call all the vendors to cancel my order, which is not simply a single order as I had placed it, but many orders based off the vendor supplying the item. I tell the customer service person, BS I placed my order though Walmart.com, not the other vendors and they send me to corporate. Corporate agrees to help and call all the vendors to cancel the doubles. Two weeks later, and I now have multiples of everything, so corporate total screwed up, my credit card has been hit for both dollar amounts, and the best part... the third party vendors expects the buyer to pay the return shipping fee! Are you effin kiddin me?!?!? Worst experience ever! I have spent hours on the phone with many idiots, and this crap is still not fixed! Never again, Walmart! Amazon here I come!
I shop online at walmart because the prices suite my budget. Usually, something goes wrong on the receiving end.
