Very convenient

I love being able to use my phone tablet or computer to place my order. Instead of dealing with the lines I just go to the back pick up my merchandise and I'm outta there. Love it

The ability to buy on the site and pic up at the store with no delivery fee is great. I like to do that with the things I can. It saves me time and my time is premium. The organization of the site is good and I like that I can search for exactly what I want and not have to walk up and down the aisle looking, not finding, looking for an associate, not finding, finding an associate still not finding.

Untruthful I purchased a tire on the site because it stated that there were only two in stock I failed to read that the tire would not be in until may 31 I was told to call and see if they would let me do a swap because come to find out they had several of the exact same tire right at the store the answer yo the swap was no because it is two different processes same tire same money then I canceled immediately (a matter of two hrs max) I was told I would have the money credited back in 24-48 hours it has now been 5days so before u order anything oonline at Walmart.com please go to the store and see if u can purchase it first

On Walmart.com some of the things all from a secondary vendor and which if you have to return it to them it's a hassle and Walmart will not stand by dare products they say you have to go back to the secondary vendor but if you bought from walmart.com it should be from Walmart just letting people know be careful when you buy from walmart.com

Total screw ups

Ordered two tires online they told me one had arrived then the second one... called ahead they said here and set aside waiting came in that eve and they said they returned one causr it was there over 24 hrs and second one didnt actually make it there. Say what total screw ups online and really didnt care about it... but the good guys at wood village did rescue me and made good deal on other higher priced pair ha really bait and switch still exists

I bought something from Walmart. That was OK. But, I left my credit card on their site. About 5 months later they charged me for two xbox unlock codes - for the same product. When I finally got through to them, they told me it was my fault. I have never played a video game and I do not have kids. They got hacked and blamed me. When I finally got the point across that nobody would ever need two codes for the same thing, They refunded one code fee. So, in effect they accepted blame for the charge. I finally got the fee covered by my credit card. Lesson: Don't trust Walmart with your credit card - I won't, anyway. I might go to the store and use cash if I must. I say "never trust them." They were horrible at customer service.

The stores are so big that you have to do a lot of walking. There is always a crowd in the parking lots and in the stores that make it a pain to have to negotiate them. Add on to that that when you have 40 check out station but only a few of them are open you then have to stand in long lines. The answer to avoiding the crowds is to go shopping after 9:00 PM because most people are done for the day. Walmart has a liberal return policy but there too you often must stand in a deep line. On top of all this, Walmart has done serious damage to small business and they pay their workers crap. These are all good reasons to avoid this retailer.

Went today to pick up a couple of items, what a mistake. Not many people there, but the lines were long because of lack of cashiers.
Okay, so I went to the self-checkout... only 3 of the 4 were working. Two were having problems and the register was trying to help them. This took 10 minutes. When I arrived at one of the computers, it was one of the one that the cashier was trying to help, every time I scanned and item the screen said, UNAUTHORIZED ACTION. When I pressed OKAY I was able to scan my item. I put in the sack, the screen said UNKNOWN ITEM IN THE BASKET. Okay, so I moved the bag to my basket. Then the next time the exact thing happen. I just left the store, basket and all. A similar thing happened at the Orem store.
Never, never, no never will I ever darken Walmarts door. It just gets worst. I have been a loyal shopper for years, but no more.

This place is the worst and is getting toward terrible.
There were LONG lines.
I waited for 15 minutes and when I got to the 2nd in line the clerk was helping a food stamp woman. The clerk had to put in numerous numbers on the food for feed forms, for every couple of items. After 10 minutes, the food stamp lady decided that she needed to get something else, so I decided to go to another line and wait. When I realized that the present person at the register was also a food stamp woman, I just left, cart and all.
Sam Walton would be incensed at HIS store.
Never, never, no never am I going to Walmart again.

So convenient

Fast and free delivery if order is over $50. I use them all the time. Just keep track of your orders. Although rare, things can get mixed up but if you ever have a problem, they will fix it immediately.

Walmart shopping

They offer many products and take major credit cards and PayPal too. If they don't carry it they will send you other companies that do have What your looking for. System online is very fast and very easy to use,. But in all honesty their shipping is very slow. Don't forget shopping other stores to compare prices.

I love to shop at Walmart, everything is there. I get calls from my grocer worried as I am not frequenting him. They have broken hearts but formed real time relationship. A little money saved means you can buy some more. You tend to overspend but it's OK the stuff is good
