I ordered a phone card from Verizon online thru WM. It was the wrong item. Though the email I got confirming it showed it o be the proper item. I called WM online who tried to blame Verizon. Verizon tried to blame WM. Both you fools suck.
I find what I want, on line, place my order, charge my walmart card, they send notice when order is ready, I go pick it up. What's not to love. No shipping charges when I pick up at store.
Why complete? Walmart Supermall offers a very wide variety of products, all in one building. I easily find what I need, from clothing to hardware to garden utensils, etc. Thus, after shopping at Walmart, I still feel energized in that the politeness and pleasantness of their ever accommodating staff add to my pleasurable shopping experience in most Walmart outlets that I've always gone to.
Day before Christmas Eve the walmart.com site was hacked. I spent 2 full days on the phone making sure that they DID cancel the 900+ of orders were actually cancelled before shipping. Was told what had occurred but still not properly cancelled, so I had to continuously call to be sure it was not shipped. Got all but 1 item cancelled. Beware of using online here - their security may not be very good.
Stay away from cymax... Walmart.com. It's a scam company. Cheapest trash, return fee for a 900$ sectional is 550$. And you will return it, because it's a garbage! That's how they make their money! Horrible. I trusted Walmart before. I don't know how it became Cymax...
I do all my grocery shopping here & there prices can not be beat on other items as well
Ordered an air conditioner for my elderly mother. Paid extra to have next day delivery... The air conditioner delivered 3 days later.
Front cover plate was bent. Walmart.com did nothing to resolve the issue except give me the manufacturer's phone number and told me to take care of it myself.

My go to shopping site is Walmart.com. They are always less than Amazon.com, by usually 25-30%. And I have it shipped to the store if it is a small dollar amount. I never have to pay shipping, I love it!

I researched an item I needed and checked Walmart's price. They had the best price but it was not stocked at my local store. Didn't seem to be a problem as they shipped it to my local Walmart and it arrived very fast!
Ship to or pick up at store if in stock, or ship to home options provide flexibility. Very competitive prices.

No longer able to join the brick & mortar, shopping community, I am thrilled with online shopping at Walmart. Website is easy to navigate and deliver is quick w/free shipping over a certain amount, and I'm alway at or exceeding that amount:-)
COMPLAINT: Only one and that is the delivery comes over a period of several days that does not include different vendors. I had a bottle of visine delivered in a box large enough to hold a basketball. I know, I know, what the heck... I'm at home. I still have to get rid of these boxes and w/the way I order there's a lot (10-20 items). Use to get Walmart items in one or two boxes. Bottom Line, I'm still happy w/the Walmart on line shopping

I probably wouldn't shop here if I had more choices in my town, but the prices are good.
