I have ordered several times from Walmart, the products were always on time or early, I would not hesitate to recommend ordering from their site. I have recommended the site to several friends.
I buy a lot of products in the store and from Walmart.com and am always satisfied with either the product, the customer service rep or their return policy. I like that I can pick them up at the store to save on shipping. I have had nothing but satisfaction with my products and especially when I need to return something, I can return it to their store for a refund or exchange. And, what I like most about Walmart is they don't refuse to refund you purchase price if the product does not work out for you. Thank you.
The new grocery website component is absolutely the most user friendly site I have used for grocery shopping. The ability to compare all the pricing for each product is fantastic, we saved at least $15.00 on our last order, plus we pull up to the curb, they let us preview the products like bananas from the drivers seat. They load all your groceries into your car.
Very well thought out and so easy to do the shopping, I open the shopping window Monday, and finish in a couple of days, it keeps the cart loaded. All I can say is WOW!

So our local Walmart in Lisbon CT has decided to start checking our carts contents against our receipt after we have just checked out. I guess the long lines and poor customer service aren't enough of a dig now they have added harassing their customers at the door as they try to leave. What an insult! When I asked the lady when this all started she said two months ago and got angry with me for asking a question. I just reminded her that that's why there is a survey on the receipt. I guess Walmart doesn't value their customers.

Its all very fresh and the work is done for me. All I do is go pick it up. LOVE THIS SERVICE
Also use the online order and ship as well. Never disappointed. Free shipping good prices and orders always get here on time or before.
In the past, I have done majority of my online shopping through Amazon, but have become disenchanted with them. Product reviews are bought and paid for by giving their top reviewers the items for free. Their two day and even overnight shipping are a joke, primarily due to their dependence on USPS to get it done.
Walmart has won me over with their two day shipping pass. Not only is it much cheaper than Amazon Prime, but SO much quicker and more reliable. They use Fedex primarily! What a concept! They don't rely on the inefficient, unreliable joke that is USPS. I have had items due in two days come in one day; it is thrilling really!
The only downside as I order more through Walmart.com, is an issue with missing items; today was the second time this occurred. Having said that though, each time I called Walmart over it, they immediately sent the missing item out. Their picking/checking order process definitely needs improvement.
I have ordered twice from this company, and twice I have not received my product... total run around, until I give up and cancel the orders completely. Will never order from them again. Not worth all the frustration
That's it! I hate Walmart. I had a very bad experience with them in the past and i'm not going back there. I'm done with Walmart. I rather pay more money elsewhere other than shopping at this crappie store.
God love these people, I'm not sure that they are aware that there are other stores offering better product, same pricing and far superior service. They did so much better when Sam Walton was alive and in charge. They knew their market well and dominated.
Shipped pretty quick. Product seemed a bit cheaply made but he loves it and still wears it everyday.

Just as good as going to the actual store with even more of a selection and the ability to shop leisurely online to find exactly what you want and get all the information you inquire about the products you're shopping for.
I use it more then Amazon, albeit for different purchases. Love Walmart's health care products -Equate-, items for the home, grocery, kids, electronics. I avoid going to their stores, online buying is a great alternative. The only issue is that the online products description is so incomplete, I leave more stuff in the cart then what I buy. This is because I could not tell whether what I was picked was what I needed, could not check the size, the color, the material or fabric, the dimensions, whatever! Please improve product descriptions and pictures!
Pissed off! I ordered a pop up kids tent at a clearance price. I waited for it to arrive, told my neighbor about it, who also wanted to order one, it has been a whole month now. I called customer service and they said, it was never shipped because it is now out of stock. Did not notify me prior, they then told me, you can wait until it comes back in stock and we can honor the price. Well the other similar items yet in different charectors have been out of stock forever. That is why I grabbed this one. So am I to keep checking forever for it to go back in stock? That's all they could do for what they did.
2nd complaint: Last year I bought an infuser hair styler at a store. When I got home to open it, it was broken, and had hair in it. I was afraid to return it because I assumed they would think it was a scam and I was returning an old styler on a new receipt. So I pretty much was screwed out of $35.
The grocery pickup is a LIFESAVER for busy mom-life! As long as you don't have to step foot in the store you are good! Try the grocery pickup... i promise it will try your world upside down!
Shopped from them a few times online. Cool thing you can do is order online and pick up in stores. Good prices but never expect amazing service if you need help.
The Wal-Mart app is super easy to use. I mainly order tank tops from them and other household good I need. The shipping is quick and I haven't had any issues with my orders so far.
Always great prices, great deals, great sales. My favorite store.
