Checking myself out yesterday. Cat food was 4.98 on shelf. Rang up 5.72. I told employee watching self check. She didn't say a word...I said...I know, you don't care. Eventually she said, it's not that I don't care, I can't do anything about it. WHY can't they do something. They need to document the product for price shelf change. This was Walmart in O'Fallon, IL. Also, their personal shopper employees should be told that live customers get priority when moving up and down aisles.
Literally THE WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. NEVER order anything from them online. They took over 2 months to ship my item, which was then lost in transit. A replacement was ordered and when this was finally delivered, it was very poor quality. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to return the item. Each representative I speak with is more incompetent than the last one. Each time I am promised that I will receive a confirmation email and I receive nothing. I am still trying to resolve the issue.

In purchasing this electric toothbrush, I was LIED to by store management in Idaho, had my online order CANCELED, then had to re-order and since the website was completely DYSFUNCTIONAL, I had to call in and it took a full 30 MINUTES to place the order and get it right - NOT ACCEPTABLE and NEVER AGAIN. I reported this to corporate and... crickets. Next time... BUY AMAZON
I went to Wal-Mart in Desoto Mo. To buy a battery and fuel line. The girl in automotive was completely worthless. As I stormed out a girl named Stephanie at the customer svc center came to the rescue. She found my battery and checked me out. She apologized for my trouble and did her job to perfection. I wish she could be rewarded for her efforts. I shop for 3 other elderly people and was never going to that store again. Thanks to Stephanie, I will shop there exclusively. I would also mention a person named Sarah in the meat dept dropped her work to assist me. Her attitude is what customer service is all about. Good job to all.
Bought a battery. It went bad under warranty. Had to fight and argue plus three trips back and forth to get it replaced. Was assured the new battery warranty started the day I received it. New battery went bad. Now told warranty on first battery expired so new battery warranty is also expired. I have all paperwork. No longer shopping at Walmart. Have bought all my tires,batteries, and groceries from Walmart for years. I'm letting everyone I know about their shady business practices as well. Beware!
Walmart employees at the Norman Oklahoma store off of I35, not only rips you off by substituting products with cheaper products, and the manager says he's going to refund you the money and DOESN'T and when you contact their customer service, you get nothing but B.S. ANSWERS!

So been ordering groceries to my home and I love the service but my weight debited fee is just pending and not released, there's a weight fee from March 3rd just sitting so every order I place the weight fee I never get back but charged for it and told would get back. I think it's a joke and after you paid and delivery done my remaining funds should be released than. I had 3 orders that had weight fees and so far 3 orders I haven't received the refund. I've order specific products and most times something's are almost always not available.
I have been shopping at Walmart for years. I love the store and the prices are good. I find that the store is always well stocked with what I need and when I need it. The workers are always friendly and you can find them to help you anytime you need it.
Very poor customer service, irritated to have waited 25 minutes to purchase a deodorant and no one staff came to attend to me. Spoke to a staff who turned to be rude towards. I am highly, highly disappointed. There are no rules with Walmart. Nobody cares and it is very pathetic and sickening to ones stomach, I feel like vommiting.

Walmart has very poor communication with customers when they ask questions about a product. Trying to buy Great Value Diet Cream soda for a large diabetic group. It is as usual I will let them know my question but never get a straight answer back. I receive emails saying I will tell people but no reaction from Walmart. If they know a product is discontinued then tell us instead of sayin it just out of stock in your area! That is so false because I looked up the item in Walmarts all over the USA and unavailable. Why waste my time having me look for it and you know there isn't any!
I found a different brand from a different food chain and only $00.15 more so Walmart say good bye to my business.

We went to the Wadena Walmart to pick up a phone, due to the fact my own is sent in for repair.
The customer service MAN, was not only rude but very hostile, he raised his voice at every question I asked. There was another Walmart employee that was standing there and even mentioned to his fellow employee that he was being rude and he was snapped at.
I do not feel that when I go shopping I need to be treated in this manner and believe this person is not a good fit in the electronic department.
Today's date is March 25,2023 and the time approximately when I was in store 10:05am.
I ordered a baby car seat from Walmart and it was delivered in an unmarked white van that reeked of marijuana! My brand-new baby car seat stinks like a skunk. I will not order from Walmart online anymore, I will do my shopping from Amazon where UPS delivers my items.
We ordered Spalding 60 In. Acrylic Screw Jack Portable Basketball Hoop System and assembly service, total $493.62. After the hoop was assembled we found out that the base had a huge hole and a crack. We talked to many rude customer service employees located all around the world. The defective hoop was not picked up, no refund was issued, and lots of bad feelings because of the rudeness and undesire to understand that a hoop is not a small item you can pack and give back to your ups driver. Walmart.com should not be in the online store business. Walmart.com does not know and doesn't understand how to deal with large items. Walmart.com is not Costco, Amazon, or Wayfair.
My local store has never hesitated to make things right when I've encountered issues with products. That's certainly not everyone's experience but I am a happy customer.
Walmart.con SUCKS.

The system is also messed up, and I return and get a refund, but I haven't received it for 3 months until now. In addition, my account is arbitrarily closed, making the refund process even more difficult. It was so hard and annoying that I thought about just forgetting it, but if the amount is 120 dollars, I shouldn't give up, right? Every time I call, I have to state the situation from the beginning, and now it's hard to even connect by phone.
