I like the store, but the checkout lines are too long. The items are often cheaper here than at other stores. They carry a large selection of items. The jewelry department is not well-manned. You could wait there forever. If you have the time, it's a good store.
Clean. Always well stocked. If a purchase is not satisfactory they provide full refund. Some people try very hard to understand a questionbut it is obvious they are trying to learn English. I admire that too. Customer service counter is excellent. Managers are always available and friendly.

I've had a Walmart online account for over 9 years, spent literally thousands of dollars, mainly on groceries, all with the same credit card.
I tried to purchase a Straight Talk phone at Walmart.com, my card was rejected multi times. A call to the card company said there were no problems with my card, and it had a 5 digit credit limit. Walmart acknowledged it was rejected but would not say why. How can you fix something if you don't know what the problem is?
Walmart advised me to drive to the closest store, 50 miles, and try it there.
If it didn't work online why would it work in the store? They couldn't answer.
Checking my card statement next day I found Walmart had charged me not once but twice for a 'pending' charge. Not money taken from my account but over $900 against my line of credit amount. It took over 3 weeks to get the 'pending' charge removed.
I went to another vendor, bought the same phone in only a couple of minutes.
I love Walmart for several reasons. First it has a great variety of stuff to buy and choose from, second it has great prices and third it has an awesome customer service. I go their very very often!
I've ordered twice on Walmart.com and will never do it again. The first time i found out that I was actually ordering via a reseller and waited a month for my package. The second time I actually bought a TV from Walmart (I checked the reseller part this time) and it didn't arrive on time. No idea whether I'll actually get it or not. All I can say is to run away run away! Any place else is better
Walmart shopping on and off line is great! Especially when you are busy and need to get everything in one stop! I love the clearance deals that they have online it is a nice way to prepare for the next season with three kids!
Walmart.com is great to order from, sometimes the online price is lower than in the store. The Site-To-Store feature can't be beat. Great prices, good selection, free shipping by picking it up at the store, what more can you ask for?

I handed the agent at the Walmart Money Center, a new Walmart Money Card and $500 and the fee for the card. She handed me a receiot and a card. I tried to use the card a couple days later and realized I had only $100 on the catx. Since I was away on business, I returned several weeks later to the same Money Center. I was told that I did not have the card that the receipt was for but they will check into it and call me! Never Happened! I called back a week later & left a message for a call back. Never happened! I called again and was adthat they reviewed the tapes and the girl handed me the correct card... What liars!; The girl took my money and the card and works in an area that is not visible to their cameras and they can't possibly see the numbers on the card to verify if she handed me the correct card. I asked if they can find the card that does have my $500 and see that I'm not the person who has the card. I was advised no need to since they were certain I was handed the correct card. My receipt meant nothing to them! They have no respect or consideration for their customers. I wonder if I can call the police on them for theft!

Huge range of products! Never had any issues - the few returns I have made over the years were all handled well and quickly.
Don't waste your time with 2 day shipping. Order from amazon! 4 days to get my 2 day shipping order? Did I mention it shipped in 4 orders. Got 2 boxes on time and the other 2? Still on there way.
Always friendly staff, always helpful when you can't find items. Easy returns. Buys there all the time..
Somehow - my order with "2 Day Shipping" addressed to Florida - got delivered in Texas. When I contacted customer service they said they would "expedite" a replacement. And, by "expedite" they meant send it by the slowest possible method with an estimated delivery of 6 days from now (even slower if I just placed the order again myself with Free 2 Day Shipping).
The rep did the best she could to help, but was not able to provide any resolution to this issue at all. If you want to order something, particularly if you are planning to use it any time in the near future, DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART!
Ordered so much from here over the years. Never had an issue.if you need help you can call and get a real person. Just remember if you need to return or exchange online purchases in store (they never give any trouble about that) make sure you have a printed receipt from home or are able to show them your order on your phone. Sometimes you may have paid a different price online, so this is important.
